L-模糊集的可数STARPLUS-紧性

研究了在L-拓扑空间中,利用L-拓扑的水平拓扑引入可数Starp lus-紧性的概念,获得了可数Starp lus-紧性的性质,并且对一般拓扑中可数Starp lus-紧性的推广.     

Structural and optical properties of Zn1−xNixTe thin films prepared by electron beam evaporation technique

Zn1-xNixTe thin films with different composition(x=0.0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) were deposited on glass substrate by electron beam evaporation technique followed by its characterization using advanced structural and optical analysis techniques. Structural properties of the prepared thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The XRD patterns revealed that the binary compounds transformed into a ternary compound with cubic structure having preferred orientation along the c-direction with(111) planes. Composition analysis of the films was determined by energy dispersive analysis of X-rays(EDAX) and found to be in agreement with the precursor composition. Optical properties such as extinction coefficient(k) and band gap energy of these films were examined by using a spectroscopic ellipsometer. It was found that the extinction coefficient(k) increased with the addition of Ni content in the alloy. In comparison, the band gap energy was also determined by using transmission spectra and found to be agreed with that of the ellipsometric results. These analyses confirm that the band gap energy decreases with the increase of Ni content in the alloy.     

An improved technique of preparing primary cultures of isolated cells from adult frog kidney

Zusammenfassung Eine verbesserte Technik zur Gewinnung der ersten Einzelschichtbildungen von Froschnierenzellen wurde entwickelt. Die Zellen werden in neuem auflösendem Nährboden isoliert und wachsen auf modifiziertem Eagle-Nährboden mit 13% Kalbsserum. Nach 10 Tagen zeigt sich stark aktives mitotisches Zellwachstum in der Kultur.     

Transition metals in an experimental tumour system.

In this report we present an analysis by atomic absorption spectrometry of some of the transition metals Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, and Ni in tissues and nuclear fractions in an experimental tumour system.     

EDXRF中几何探测光路分析及其优化设计

能量色散X射线荧光分析因其分析速度快、准确度高、分析过程简单等优势已经广泛的应用到医疗、考古等诸多领域。探测光路的最优化设计可以减小仪器散射本底,降低检出限,提高仪器的分辨率及探测效率,增强特征X射线的全能峰的峰背比,改善仪器的工作性能。应用自制的一款低检出限、高分辨率的能量色散X射线荧光分析仪,通过对纯元素Cu特征X射线探测完成了光谱仪几何光路最优化设计。实验结果表明,X射线管与样品的夹角、样品与探测器的夹角均为45°,X射线管到样品、样品到探测器的距离均为10mm时,特征X射线的峰背比最佳。同时将Al-Pb准直加装在光路中进行本底测量,散射本底以及仪器的检出限大大降低,提高了仪器的分辨率及探测效率,为痕量和微量元素的分析提供了优化的光路解决方案。     

Inhibition of phosphodiesterase activity of human spermatozoa by spermine.

Sperm motility and metabolism are dependent upon the levels of cyclic AMP. Our studies have demonstrated that spermine by inhibiting sperm phosphodiesterase activity could regulate sperm physiology.
