基于区域知识的快速匹配定位算法

针对雷达图像与可见光图像间仅存在大尺度的共性区域特征这一特点，提出了采用区域分割技术获取雷达图像和可见光图像中的各区域特征，结合各区域知识及各区域间的关系，通过识别与雷达图像中的大尺度区域相对应的可见光图像中的区域，达到快速匹配定位的要求．     

一类新型表面活性剂表面活性的研究

表面张力法测定了七种新型的氨基酸表面活性剂的各种物理化学参数，结果表明，此类表面活性剂均具有优良的表面活性．可望对此类产品的实际应用提供理论依据．     

机电一体化液动蝶形调节阀的原理和应用

简要叙述了一种新型的由微处理机控制的机电一体化液动调节阀门的基本结构、工作原理、特性和应用。该阀由阀体、电磁换向阀、油缸、阀位检测器和智能控制器组成，工作时控制器将接收到的调节器的信号和检测器的阀位信号进行比较，根据偏差大小和方向发出调节命令，经光电隔离驱动器使电磁阀和油缸动作，改变了蝶片的角度，达到控制流量的目的，具有较好的实用性。     

金属及其二元合金镀层耐蚀性能的理论研究

本文用EHMO法研究了铁、镍、锌金属及其二元合金镀层的耐蚀性能,结果表明:金属表面形成氧化膜后能使金属的最高占有轨道能量降低,金属失去电子的能力减弱,相当于使电极电位正移,因而使金属抗氧化能力提高。这个结论支持了现有的耐蚀理论。计算结果可说明锌镀层与镍镀层具有较好的耐蚀性能的实验事实。对于二元合金,解释或预示铁镍、锌铁和锌镍等合金镀层有比单元金属较好的耐蚀性能。     

桡足类刺尾纺锤水蚤(Acartia spinicauda)对赤潮生物海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)摄食的研究

以浮游桡足类刺尾纺锤水蚤(Acartia spinicauda)对海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)的摄食实验表明,摄食率随着饵料密度增高而增大。在水温20℃时,最大摄食潜力约为33000细胞/个·天,夜间摄食力显著大于白昼,混合饵料实验中,刺尾纺锤水蚤表现出较强的择食倾向。由实验结果推导出摄食经验公式为:1=33 000(1-e~(-0.4x~2))。     

Comparative studies on the biochemical characteristics of natural actomyosin isolated from PSE and normal pork

Biochemical changes of natural actomyosin from fresh pale, soft, exudative (PSE) and normal pork were studied,and the effects of different storage temperatures and different incubation temperature and times on sample superprecipitation,total sulfhydryl (-SH) content, and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) sensitivity were investigated. The results demonstrated that ATPase activity and thermal stability of PSE actomyosin were lower than those of normal pork; and that PSE actomyosin had higher -SH content than that of normal pork at all incubation temperatures and times tested.     

一种抑制半桥逆变器输出电流畸变的新方法

半桥逆变器应用广泛，但存在直流分压电容不均压，使分压电容中点电压漂移，导致输出电压和电流畸变的缺点．分析了引起输出电流畸变的原因，并提出可根据系统工况分段控制开关频率的方法来解决由这些原因引起的输出电流畸变．通过对系统的仿真分析，结果表明该方法简单易行，能够比较有效地解决这一问题．     

我国特有植物七子花叶表面和花粉的扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电镜技术对七子花叶表面和花粉的形态与微观结构进行了观察,并探讨了与其他一些忍冬科植物的异同.结果表明,七子花叶表皮粗糙,细胞不规则,排列紧密;上下表皮均被有单细胞非腺毛;气孔仅见于下表皮,为平列型,气孔下陷,副卫细胞相对于保卫细胞突出;表皮毛和气孔器在叶面上分布不规则;花粉近球形,具有3孔沟,沟稍长于孔,外壁纹饰小刺状.七子花与忍冬科其他一些植物的叶表面和花粉有许多共同特征,表现在叶表皮细胞形状,气孔的形状、类型和分布,花粉大小和外壁纹饰等方面.但七子花也有其独特的细微构造,尤其在表皮蜡质层的有无、非腺毛和气孔的形态结构与着生位置、花粉形状和孔沟数量等方面.     

Dicer is essential for mouse development

To address the biological function of RNA interference (RNAi)-related pathways in mammals, we disrupted the gene Dicer1 in mice. Loss of Dicer1 lead to lethality early in development, with Dicer1-null embryos depleted of stem cells. Coupled with our inability to generate viable Dicer1-null embryonic stem (ES) cells, this suggests a role for Dicer, and, by implication, the RNAi machinery, in maintaining the stem cell population during early mouse development.     

Molecular structure and biological function of proliferating cell nuclear antigen

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is the core component of replication complex in eukaryote. As a processive factor of DNA polymerase delta, PCNA coordinates the replication process by interacting with various replication proteins. PCNA appears to play an essential role in many cell events, such as DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis, through the coordination or organization of different partners. PCNA is an essential factor in cell proliferation, and has clinical significance in tumor research. In this article we review the functional structure of PCNA, which acts as a function switch in different cell events.
