基于跳跃马尔可夫模型的红外点目标检测方法

提出一种基于跳跃马尔可夫模型的红外点目标检测方法,根据模型设计了采用粒子滤器的模型参数与状态估计算法.该方法既能用于图像的空域滤波,也能用于序列图像的时域滤波.实验表明采用该方法进行空域/时域滤波可以极大地抑制杂波背景并增强点目标的可检测性.

Regulation of PDGF signalling and vascular remodelling by peroxiredoxin II

Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) is a potent mitogenic and migratory factor that regulates the tyrosine phosphorylation of a variety of signalling proteins via intracellular production of H2O2 (refs 1, 2-3). Mammalian 2-Cys peroxiredoxin type II (Prx II; gene symbol Prdx2) is a cellular peroxidase that eliminates endogenous H2O2 produced in response to growth factors such as PDGF and epidermal growth factor; however, its involvement in growth factor signalling is largely unknown. Here we show that Prx II is a negative regulator of PDGF signalling. Prx II deficiency results in increased production of H2O2, enhanced activation of PDGF receptor (PDGFR) and phospholipase Cgamma1, and subsequently increased cell proliferation and migration in response to PDGF. These responses are suppressed by expression of wild-type Prx II, but not an inactive mutant. Notably, Prx II is recruited to PDGFR upon PDGF stimulation, and suppresses protein tyrosine phosphatase inactivation. Prx II also leads to the suppression of PDGFR activation in primary culture and a murine restenosis model, including PDGF-dependent neointimal thickening of vascular smooth muscle cells. These results demonstrate a localized role for endogenous H2O2 in PDGF signalling, and indicate a biological function of Prx II in cardiovascular disease.

Matching strategies and fuzzy URLs in web-based component retrieving

The World Wide Web (WWW) has greatly changed the way of component-based software reuse, for large number of components provided by different vendors become available and it’s rather difficult to find and choose what we in fact need. To make large amount of the components collaborate, an information exchanging model is essential. In order to retrieve and search the suitable or usable components more effectively, some techniques should be taken into account. Among these techniques, matching strategies and fuzzy URL semantics are significant for the former help us to find components which could be reused and the other both to broaden the searching areas and use some uncertain information to make the searching more purposive. A brief discuss on an abstract component model (UACModel) is begun, which was proposed to promote the interoperability and information exchange among various reusable component libraries (RCLs), and a framework for component retrieval. Then the emphases are put on some matching strategies, especially incomplete ones that encourage reuse through component customization, and fuzzy URL extensions to be supported and realized.     

光切法三维测量在逆工程中的问题分析

从实际应用的角度出发,对现今光切法三维测量技术应用于逆领域中的测量速度与精度的统一、测量数据的完整性与正确性、测量数据的可视化等关键问题进行了论述,并结合实例给出了各自的改进方案,通过将软、硬件进行有效结合,在不影响精度的前提下有效地提高了速度;通过对称放置对CCD,保证了数据的完整和测量精度,在不影响精度的前提下有效地提高了速度;通过对称放置双CCD,保证了数据的完整和测量精度;采用由粗至精消除误差点的方法,保证了数据的正确性,实验结果表明,研究结果对工程应用具有实际指导意义。     

Ag和Ni离子注入聚合物的分形生长

在Ag和Ni离子注入聚合物样品结构分析中,首次观察到注入的离子在聚合物中分形生长现象,用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜在注入样品表面与横同处均观察到了漂高的离子注入分形生长图,讨论了分形特点和分形生长的机理,并且与理论计算进行了比较。     

The western boundary of extrusion blocks in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau

The model about block extrusion related to collision between Eurasia and India which is proposed by Tapponnier et al. has not been accepted so far in the field. Based on kinematics and chronology, the Gailigong dextral strike-slip fault in west Yunnan and Nabang dextral strike-slip fault which is the part of Mogok belt are the western boundary of extrusion blocks, as the eastern boundary Red River-Ailaoshan left-lateral fault. And more studies show that as the important way for absorbing the convergence between two continents, the age of blocks’ multistage extrusion is about 23 and 13 Ma.     

声发射技术在Q345E钢拉伸损伤破坏中的应用研究

针对风电机组倒塌事故频发的问题,综合塔筒材料和声发射技术在动态监测与评价方面的特点,探讨了声发射技术用于风电塔筒动态监测的可行性,研究了塔筒材料Q345E两种典型试样在外力作用下的应力变化曲线和对应的声发射特点,验证了Q345E材料的拉伸断裂机制与声发射特征参量的相关性。结果表明,预制缺陷的A组试样与B组相比,声发射信号的活动性更强烈,参数分布范围更广,材料在屈服和颈缩阶段有明显的声发射信号特征。     

清乾隆时期的治新政策及和谐边疆的构建

清前期提出的"恩威并施"、"因俗而治"治新理念,在乾隆时期得到更好的发展与实践。探讨乾隆治新政策及其出于统治利益的需要所体现的有限的"民本"思想,对我们今天建设和谐新疆有一定的借鉴意义。
