Holocene lake deposits of Bosten Lake, southern Xinjiang, China   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
A 9.25-m-long sediment core from Bosten Lake,Xinjiang, provides detailed information about changes in the water budget and biological acticity over the last 8400 cal-endar years. The chronology is constructed from six AMS radiocarbon dates on the terrestrial plant remains. Based onanalyses of TOC, CO3, detrital compounds and biogenic SiO2,lake level fluctuations and periods of remarkably-negative water budget appeared at 8.4-8.2 cal ka, 7.38-7.25 cal ka,5.7-5.5 cal ka, 3.7-3.4 cal ka and 3.3-2.9 cal ka, respec-tively. As they are in-phase with low lake levels at Sumxl Co and Bangong Co in western Tibet Plateau and with paleo-lakes in Inner Mongolia, a climate-induced change to some-what drier and warmer conditions is inferred. A further drop in lake level after 1320 AD of about 200 yr duration may heattributed to a negative water balance prior to the main phase of the Little Ice Age. Deep and stable lake phases of 1500 yr and 1800 yr duration at 7.2-5.7 cal ka and 5.5-3.7cal ka coincide with maximum moisture during the Holocene Megathermai in China. The long term trend towards aridity since about 4.3 cal ka can dearly be recognised. The reduced water budget of Bosten Lake from 640-1200 AD may be attributed to local effects.  相似文献

铁磁形状记忆合金 (FSMA)是在一定温度范围马氏体相稳定同时又具铁磁性的一类特殊的形状记忆合金。Ni2MnGa铁磁形状记忆合金近年来成为呈现磁场驱动大应变的新型驱动材料 ,这些应变来自磁场诱发马氏体孪晶的重排 ,而不是磁场对奥氏体至马氏体相变的作用。孪晶变体的重排在宏观上呈现为正或切应变 ,一非化学计量比Ni2 MnGa单晶于室温加 0 .4T磁场能产生6 %的应变 ,Ni Mn Ga单晶在高至 15 0Hz的交变磁场仍可得到 2 .5 %的应变。本文阐述了与这种磁控形状记忆效应相关的孪晶界迁动的磁学和晶体学理论。马氏体相的大磁晶各向异性能使磁化沿c轴方向有利 ,穿过孪晶界c轴刚好转动 90度 ,同时 ,这个孪晶界也构成了约 90度的畴界。在各向异性的情况下 ,孪晶界的迁动仅有相邻孪晶变体的Zeeman能差驱动 ,μ0 ΔMis·Hi。磁场和外应力对应变的影响通过对一简单的自由能表达式取极小值来表示 ,自由能表达式包括Zeeman能、磁晶各向异性能和外应力以及在某些情况下需考虑的内部弹性能 ,模型的所有参数可通过应力 应变曲线和磁化曲线测量得到。铁磁形状记忆合金的磁场诱发应变可类比传统热弹性形状记忆效应 ,与更为人们所熟知的磁致伸缩现象不同。  相似文献

根据对柱样沉积物210Pb定年及有机碳、硫和有机碳同位素含量分析, 研究万泉河口沉积环境演变. 硫和δ13C均自19世纪初期开始持续减少, 硫从1.92%逐渐减少到0.36%, δ13C从−20.63‰减少到−23.64‰. C/S比在20世纪之前一直很稳定, 处于0.47~0.80之间, 有机碳与硫呈正相关; 在此之后, C/S比急剧增加, 至表层为3.94, 硫的含量与有机碳的增加没有相关关系. 结果表明在19世纪之前万泉河口尚为开阔的海湾, 处于正常海洋环境,未形成被沙坝围封的泻湖, 海水能够直接出入. 19世纪初期开始, 随着玉带滩沙坝向北发育, 河口逐渐被围拦成泻湖型, 进入的海水量逐渐减少; 在19与20世纪之交, 水体已开始明显淡化, 发展成为今天近乎淡水的泻湖.  相似文献

采自五台山台怀镇南8 km处滹沱群变质火山-沉积岩层中的长英质凝灰岩样品含有两组锆石, 所记录的SHRIMP锆石方法207Pb/206Pb年龄分别为2180±5 Ma和2087±9 Ma. 在误差范围内, 较老的一组年龄与五台山大洼梁花岗岩年龄相当, 表明它们来自相似的地壳岩浆源; 而较年轻的一组锆石年龄与相邻地区阜平杂岩湾子表壳岩中变沉积岩和变火山岩及南营花岗片麻岩年龄相当, 因而被解释为滹沱群火山作用年龄. 这两组年龄的存在表明: (1) 滹沱群形成于早元古代而非太古宙; (2) 早元古代火山-沉积作用在五台和阜平地区同时间发生. 这样, 早元古代沉积作用在该区是广泛的, 它们代表了华北克拉通东部陆块西侧大陆边缘相沉积. 滹沱群火山作用年龄的确定也表明该群所经历的变质-变形事件发生在2087±9 Ma 之后, 这进一步佐证我们最近根据其他方面研究结果所得出的吕梁造山事件(约1.8 Ga)是该区主要构造事件的结论: 该事件导致华北克拉通东部陆块和西部陆块的最终拼合, 并成为全球早-中元古代超级大陆组成部分之一.  相似文献

Effects of serotonin (5-HT) on cerebral cortical neurons were examined by patch clamp techniques. 5-HT produced a variety of responses such as outward (19/73 patches/neurons), slow inward (15/73 patches/neurons), fast inward (8/73 patches/neurons), and mixed currents (initially fast inward deflection followed by an outward response: 2/73 patches/neurons), with a latency of 12 sec, 15 sec, 0 sec, and 0 sec respectively, at a holding potential of −60 mV in whole-cell patches. The fast inward currents were again evoked by a selective 5-HT3 receptor agonist, 1-(m-chlorophenyl)-biguanide hydrochloride (CPBG). In the cell-attached patch clamp configuration, 5-HT inside the patch pipette elicited single channel currents with slope conductances of 42 pS and 132 pS (4/42 patches/neurons). CPBG inside the patch pipette evoked inward single channel currents with a lower slope conductance of 41 pS (3/23 patches/neurons). In contrast, application of 5-HT or a 5-HT2 receptor agonist, α-methyl-5-hydroxytryptamine-maleate, outside the patch pipette induced outward single channel currents with a major slope conductance of 140 pS (8/30 patches/neurons) or 135 pS (6/20 patches/neurons), respectively. These results indicate that the outward and fast inward currents may be mediated respectively by the 5-HT2 receptor, which is coupled to a G-protein, and by the 5-HT3 receptor, which contains the non-selective cation channel, and that the mixed type may be caused by both the 5-HT2 and 5-HT3 receptors. The fluorescent dye Merocyanine 540 (MC540) is often used as a probe to monitor the molecular packing of phospholipids in the outer leaflet of biomembranes. In a previous study we showed that the increased staining of erythrocytes with a perturbed membrane structure was mainly due to an increase in the fluorescence yield of cell-bound MC540, rather than to an increase of the number of bound molecules. Erythrocytes and ghosts exposed to continuous fluxes of H2O2 exhibited pronounced lipid peroxidation. Further, red blood cells subjected to this form of oxidative stress also showed increased staining with MC540. It appeared that this was caused by a strong increase in binding of MC540, together with a slight red shift of the fluorescence emission maximum and a small increase in the fluorescence yield of bound MC540. The changed MC540 binding characteristics were not observed when lipid peroxidation was suppressed by the presence of the antioxidant BHT in the incubation medium. However, open ghosts exposed to H2O2 showed no increase of MC540 binding, excluding a direct involvement of lipid peroxidation. Measurement of fluorescence emission spectra and gel filtration studies showed that MC540 can bind to H2O2-exposed hemoglobin. Experiments with erythrocytes lysed in hypotonic medium after exposure to H2O2 revealed that peroxidation of lipids with H2O2 induced a non-specific permeabilization of the plasma membrane to MC540, thereby allowing MC540 to bind to the oxidatively denatured, more hydrophobic hemoglobin. These results indicate that conclusions about packing of phospholipids in the outer leaflet of the membrane based on increased MC540-staining should be drawn with care. Conclusion The optimum wavelength of Nd3+-doped double-clad fiber laser or amplifier made in China is near 830 nm. The efficiency of Nd3+-doped double-clad fiber devices pumped by 820-nm laser is low due to ESA.
