杂环息夫碱及其金属配合物的合成与表征

本文报道了通过水杨醛、香草醛分别与2-氨基-5-偶氮苯吡啶缩合而成新的双齿(N,O或N,N′)杂环息夫碱。将这两种息夫碱作为配体分别与过渡金属盐作用合成了两个系列10种杂环息夫碱配合物M(L_Ⅰ)_2,M(L_Ⅱ)_2Cl_2[其中L_Ⅰ=2-(2′-羟基)苯甲亚胺-5-偶氮苯吡啶;L_Ⅱ=2-(4′-羟基-3’-甲氧基)苯甲亚胺-5-偶氮苯吡啶],并利用元素分析、电导、熔点、磁化率法测定,红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、热分析等手段进行了表征。基于以上研究推测出配合物可能的空间结构。     

溶液中混合配体化合物生成的极谱研究 Ⅰ、铅(Ⅱ)和以丙二酸根为初级配体,以乙酰丙酮、氨基乙酸根和乙二胺为次级配体的混合配体化合物

本文用极谱法研究了以丙二酸根(mal)为初级配体并分别以乙酰丙酮(acac)、氨基乙酸(gly)和乙二胺en)为次级配体的pb(Ⅱ)的1:1:1型混合配体化合物的稳定性,实验结果表明pb(Ⅱ-mal--acac体系的稳定性略低于统计效应的期望值,而其他两个体系则都高于期望值。对于统计效应的正偏离,按以下顺序下降:pb(Ⅱ)-mal-acac>pb(Ⅱ)-mal-gly>pb(Ⅱ)-mal-en。讨论了造成上列顺序的原因和混配化合物稳定性对配体的依赖关系。

广告是商家宣传产品的主要手段,以往的研究大都集中于传统环境下的供应链企业间的或者供应链与消费者之间的广告投资策略.随着互联网的飞速发展,网络广告的作用越来越明显.文章研究Internet环境下的网络广告投资渠道合作问题,把网络广告渠道分为大广告和小广告,运用博弈的方法,得到不同情况下的最优投入和最大收益,并用仿真技术验证结论的正确性.     

High expression of human serum albumin in milk of trans- genie mice directed by the goat p-casein gene promoter region

We have constructed a mammary gland expression vector that contained the goat β-casein gene pro-moter, 5'upstream regulatory region, exons 1, 2, intron 1 as well as the human serum albumin (hALB) mini-gene (including the full-long sequences of hALB cDNA and its intron 1). Injection of the vector into mouse tail veins showed that the recombinant construct was expressed only in mammary glands. The vector was microinjected into the mouse fertilized eggs, followed by transferring the eggs into the foster mice. 33 F0 mice were obtained. Of the 33, 8 mice (5 , 3 ) were transgenic with hALB gene integration identified by PCR as well as Southern blot hybridization. The integration rate was 24.2% (8/33). Western blot analysis showed that 3 female transgenic mice had hALB expression in their milk. The hALB contents in milk reached 3.54, 0.21 and 3.03 g/L, respectively.     

基于创新应用型人才培养的实验教学改革研究与实践

从广东工业大学实验教学中心的实际情况出发,针对国家教育部和当前广东省对经管类人才培养提出的新要求,进一步强调对创新型、应用型和复合型人才的培养。在创新应用型人才培养过程中,树立先进的教育理念和教学观念、建立符合创新型人才培养要求的实验教学体系、改革和创新实验内容与实验教学方法、依靠结构合理的实验队伍和新的运行机制等措施保证实验教学和改革的顺利实施,促进学生知识、能力和综合素质的协调发展,使实验教学真正达到支撑人才培养的目标。     

一类带谱参数的奇异Sturm-Liouville算子特征的渐近分析Ⅱ

研究了一类具有转换条件且在一个边界条件中带谱参数的奇异Sturm-Liouville问题.将上述问题的特征值与特征函数的渐近分析,转化为考虑定义在适当的Hilbert空间H中的一个线性算子A的特征值与特征函数的渐近分析.同时,推导出该奇异的Sturm-Liouville算子A的特征值与特征函数的渐近式。     

集装箱码头物流系统仿真

为提高集装箱码头的运营效率,基于Witness仿真软件模拟整体集装箱物流系统的方法,提出了集装箱(船舶)在港时间最短调度策略.计算该策略对应的总成本、泊位及设备利用率、船舶平均等待时间、船舶平均作业时间、集装箱滞留时间等指标,对集装箱码头瓶颈所在进行分析并优化.结果表明,该方法可以较好地改善集装箱码头的操作流程,且可实现可视化效果,具有广阔的应用价值.     

基于K-means算法的改进蚁群聚类算法及其应用

基于化学识别的蚁群聚类算法无需给定聚类数目就能自动实现数据集的聚集,但大量采用随机策略使得蚂蚁达到平衡的运行时间长,效率不高。为此提出了一种用K-means算法做初次聚类、蚁群聚类算法再次聚类的新算法,结果表明该算法具有较高的正确率。最后将该算法应用于系统应用协同中,得到了较好的分析结果。     

BFGS quasi-Newton location algorithm using TDOAs and GROAs

With the emergence of location-based applications in various fields,the higher accuracy of positioning is demanded.By utilizing the time differences of arrival(TDOAs) and gain ratios of arrival(GROAs),an efficient algorithm for estimating the position is proposed,which exploits the Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno(BFGS) quasi-Newton method to solve nonlinear equations at the source location under the additive measurement error.Although the accuracy of two-step weighted-least-square(WLS) method based on TDOAs and GROAs is very high,this method has a high computational complexity.While the proposed approach can achieve the same accuracy and bias with the lower computational complexity when the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) is high,especially it can achieve better accuracy and smaller bias at a lower SNR.The proposed algorithm can be applied to the actual environment due to its real-time property and good robust performance.Simulation results show that with a good initial guess to begin with,the proposed estimator converges to the true solution and achieves the Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB) accuracy for both near-field and far-field sources.     

A Tumor Suppressor Gene fhit Prokaryotic Expression and Identification

The recomblnant expression vector pGEMD-fhit wMch contains full encoding region of fhit gene was constructed. The recomMnant was introduced into the BL21 (DE3) strain of E. coli and induced by 1 mmol/L IPTG to express a 29× 103 polypeptide of fhit fusion protein. And the 29× 103 protein was sensitive and specific in reaction with anti-fhit antibody in Western blot.
