Mineral-phase evolution and sintering behavior of MO-SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3 (M=Ca,Ba) glass-ceramics by low-temperature liquid-phase sintering

In this work, network former SiO₂ and network intermediate Al₂O₃ were introduced into typical low-melting binary compositions CaO·B₂O₃, CaO·2B₂O₃, and BaO·B₂O₃ via an aqueous solid-state suspension milling route. Accordingly, multiple-phase aluminosilicate glass-ceramics were directly obtained via liquid-phase sintering at temperatures below 950℃. On the basis of liquid-phase sintering theory, mineral-phase evolutions and glass-phase formations were systematically investigated in a wide MO-SiO₂-Al₂O₃-B₂O₃ (M=Ca, Ba) composition range. The results indicate that major mineral phases of the aluminosilicate glass-ceramics are Al₂₀B₄O₃₆, CaAl₂Si₂O₈, and BaAl₂Si₂O₈ and that the glass-ceramic materials are characterized by dense microstructures and excellent dielectric properties.

2017年土壤重金属污染与修复研究热点回眸

 土壤污染关系着生态环境质量、农产品安全及人体健康,土壤重金属污染与修复是社会发展所赋予的重要研究课题。本文遴选2017年度在重金属污染的来源时空解析、监测和风险评估、过程和形态转化、植物修复机制、植物修复强化调控措施、稳定化修复、修复措施对土壤生物与化学性质影响、重金属污染土壤安全利用等方面的研究进展进行盘点。     

Improved dehydriding property of polyvinylpyrrolidone coated Mg-Ni hydrogen storage nano-composite prepared by hydriding combustion synthesis and wet mechanical milling

In this work, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) coated Mg_(95)Ni_5 nano-composites were prepared by hydriding combustion synthesis(HCS) plus wet mechanical milling(WM) with tetrahydrofuran(THF) and donated as WM-x wt% PVP(x = 1, 3, 5 and 7) respectively. The phase compositions, microstructures and dehydriding property, as well as the co-effect of PVP and THF were investigated in detail. XRD results showed that the average crystal size of MgH_2 in the milled Mg_(95)Ni_5 decreased from 23 nm without PVP to 18 nm with 1 wt% PVP. The peak temperature of dehydrogenation of MgH_2 in the milled Mg_(95)Ni_5 decreased from 293.0 ℃ without THF to 250.4 ℃ with THF. The apparent activation energy for decomposition of MgH_2 in WM-7 wt% PVP was estimated to be 66.94 kJ/mol, which is 37.70 kJ/mol lower than that of milled Mg_(95)Ni_5 without THF and PVP. PVP and THF can facilitate the refinement of particle size during mechanical milling process. Attributed to small particle sizes and synergistic effect of PVP and THF, the composites exhibit markedly improved dehydriding properties.

本文从昆明长水国际机场鸟击防治工作现状出发,提出人工管理、纸质台账存在的问题,由此引出构建鸟击防治管理信息平台的必要性。在需求及技术框架层面上,对系统功能进行了简洁明了的说明。     

“信号与系统”与“数字信号处理”的知识点整合

"信号与系统"和"数字信号处理"是通信专业的2门核心课程,它们联系非常紧密,内容上存在一定程度上的重复。对2门课程的知识体系及其间的联系进行了分析,在此基础上对2门课程的知识结构进行了重新整合。实践表明,通过知识点的整合,有效地减少了重复的教学内容,解决了教学内容多与教学课时少的矛盾,极大地提高了授课效率。     

DanHong Injection inhibits the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms in apoE knockout mice

Clinical observations indicate that DanHong Injection （DHI） can increase blood flow and reduce various syndromes in patients with cardiovascular disease. How- ever, it still needs to define the function of DHI and the involved mechanisms in details, such as the protective effect on the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAAs）. In this study, we determined whether DHI is able to inhibit AAA in apoE knockout （apoE-/-） mice. Thirty apoE-/- male mice on high-fat diet （0.5 % cholesterol, 21% fat） were randomly divided into two groups and received i.p. injection of saline （100 μL/day） and DHI （100 μL/day）, respectively, for 16 weeks. At the end of experiment, we determined the development of atherosclerosis in en face aorta and aneurysms,pathological morphology of arterial wall, and serum lipid levels. We also determined the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1）, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall using real-time RT-PCR. Our results indicated that high-fat diet induced the development of AAAs in apoE-/- mice, but the induction was totally blocked by DHI （P 〈 0.01）. The result of staining of abdominal aortic cross sections showed that DHI main- tained the collagen content in arterial wall, thereby pre- venting the animals from the development of AAA. Although DHI had little effect on serum total- and LDL- cholesterol levels, it reduced the expression of MCP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall （P 〈 0.01）. Taken together, our study suggests that DHI can inhibit the high-fat diet-induced AAA formation. The inhibitory effects may be related to the maintenance of the collagen content and inhibition of expression of AAA-related genes. Our study may suggest a new application of DHI in clinics.     

基于树状分子及炭黑复合纳米材料修饰电极的Cr(VI)电化学检测

用树状分子及炭黑纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极,并对六价铬Cr(VI)进行电化学测定.采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗法(EIS)、方波溶出伏安法(SWSV)等方法对修饰电极进行了表征.研究发现多种其他离子如Ni~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、NO_3~-、SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-等对六价铬离子的测定没有明显干扰,且Cr(VI)的还原峰电流与Cr(VI)的物质的量浓度在4~60 nmol/L和0.06~500μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限达1 nmol/L.该法具有简便快速,选择性好,线性范围宽,灵敏度高等优点.
