Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Properties of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation

The range and the nonextinction property of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation are studied. It is pruved that under a suitable condition, the conditioned superprocess of the supercritical superdiffusion is a subcritical superdiffusion.     

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.     

薄层色谱法测定戊二酰基-7-氨基头孢烷酸酰化酶的活力

用薄板层析分离ＧＬ＿７＿ＡＣＡ酰化酶反应的产物和底物,然后用薄层扫描仪进行扫描定量,经过与ＧＬ＿７＿ＡＣＡ和７＿ＡＣＡ标准品的薄层扫描相比较,得出酶反应液中的７＿ＡＣＡ浓度,从而计算出ＧＬ＿７＿ＡＣＡ酰化酶的活力     

陕西省被子植物分布新记录及新分类群（Ⅱ）

通过对西北大学生物学系植物标本室收藏标本的研究,发现属于陕西省分布新记录的被子植物２１种、２变种及３新变种,并对它们的名称和分布情况做了报道。     

镰游仆虫Euplotes harpa无性分裂时期形态发生的研究

在显微和亚显微水平上,研究了镰游仆虫Ｅ．ｈａｒｐａ的形态结构及其在无性分裂时期的形态发生。对无性分裂期间各种纤毛器原基的起源和发育作了详细的观察和描述,着重注意了各种纤毛器原基的相互关系和发生的顺序性。同时,对基体在皮层上的“移动”及基体与“基体托架”的关系也作了研究和分析。     

对《城镇地籍调查规程》和《地籍测量规范》的探讨

国家国土局批准的行业标准《城镇地籍调查规程》(简称《规程》)、国测局批准的局标准《地籍测量规范》(简称《规范》),是当前从事城镇地籍调查可遵循的两个技术标准。对《规程》、《规范》制定的指导思想、精度指标以及实践中如何执行等方面进行了探讨。     

日中机器翻译中的可保留歧义关系

着重阐述了日中机器翻译中可保留歧义关系（ＲＳＡ）这一新概念及其处 理手法．所谓可保留歧义关系是指即使不消除原输入文中授受构造上的歧义 性也能生成反映原文意思的译文关系．具体而言,就是研究由并列助词［］、 连体助词［の］和名词构成的名词短语及由用言连体形构成的句子中授受构 造上的可保留歧义性;并在此基础上提出了一个新的翻译方法．从技术论文 的２ ９１９个句子中抽出了含有上述可保留歧义关系类型的句子８０６个进行了 翻译实验,正确率为９７．７％．从而确认了所提方法的有效性．     

角膜保存方法综述

本世纪30年代,Filatov成功地保存了尸体角膜.60年代后,角膜保存得到了广泛的重视和研究,并先后发展出十余种保存方法,其中一些方法得到了推广和应用.本文全面报道了这些方法,并给予简短的评述.
