RFID及识别技术在开放实验室中的应用

通过对电子标签及识别技术的研究,提出在开放实验室可将人和物二者有机结合的科学管理的一种实用方法.以往的实验室管理方法研究也只注重对仪器设备的科学管理而往往忽略对人的记录管理.通过可加贴在金属表面的电子标签及其阅读器可以自动识别读取设备状态信息,而通过电子标签通讯控制器可以自动识别仪器设备的合法用户以及自动开启设备电源,可随时查询设备利用率和人员使用时间或考勤时间.     

Membrane shaping by the Bin/amphiphysin/Rvs (BAR) domain protein superfamily

BAR domain superfamily proteins have emerged as central regulators of dynamic membrane remodeling, thereby playing important roles in a wide variety of cellular processes, such as organelle biogenesis, cell division, cell migration, secretion, and endocytosis. Here, we review the mechanistic and structural basis for the membrane curvature-sensing and deforming properties of BAR domain superfamily proteins. Moreover, we summarize the present state of knowledge with respect to their regulation by autoinhibitory mechanisms or posttranslational modifications, and their interactions with other proteins, in particular with GTPases, and with membrane lipids. We postulate that BAR superfamily proteins act as membrane-deforming scaffolds that spatiotemporally orchestrate membrane remodeling.

The Analysis of the Untwisting and Retwisting Methods in Determining the Twist of OE Yarn

The twists of twelve kinds of the cotton OE yarns in different machine twists and different yarn linear density have been determined by one time back twisting and twisting method, triple twisting method and double twisting method. The quantitative analysis of the measurement principles of all the untwisting and retwisting methods has been made by the writers. It is theoretically and practically concluded that for twelve kinds of the cotton OE yarns the difference between the twist determined by triple twisting method and machine twist is the lowest and there is measuring method error in determining the twist of OE yarn by all the untwisting and retwisting methods.     

热轧卷表面夹杂缺陷的分析与控制

对低碳热轧卷表面夹杂缺陷形貌、分布规律及相应成分进行分析。结果表明,结晶器保护渣卷入是引起低碳热轧卷表面夹杂缺陷的主要根源。在研究结晶器卷渣机理的基础上,通过调整保护渣成分,提高保护渣的黏度,并调整浸入式水口结构,优化结晶器流场,同时改进相关的工艺条件,使该类缺陷的发生率得到有效控制,由此引起的改判率也由4%降至0.2%以下,总体效果显著。     

求解析函数模最小零点的倒数幂级数法

解析函数ｆ（ｚ）的模最小零点满足一定的条件时，可由「ｆ（ｚ）」＾－１＝∞／∑／ｎ＝０ｂｎｚ＾ｎ幂级数前后项系数比的序列｛ｂｎ／ｂｎ＋１｝＾∞ｎ＝０所逼近，据此，得出求解析函数模最小零点的倒数幂级数法。
