光合细菌P—3作为几种浮游动物与鱼类饵料添加剂的试验

本试验系采用福州菜地沟泥分离和培养出来的光含细菌P-3菌液作为饵料添加剂,培养发头裸腹(?)和花箧臂尾轮虫均有增产效果;培养短盖巨脂鲤鱼苗、革胡子鲶鱼苗和饲养鹤顶红金鱼均提高成活率,同时,可减少水体的换水次数。试验表明,此细菌有开发和利用的价值。     

Periodicity in marine phosphorus burial rate

There have been arguments both for and against a periodicity of 26-33 million years (Myr) in terrestrial and extraterrestrial records. The best way to identify such periodicity is the analysis of geomarine evolutionary records. We have analysed the marine sedimentary phosphorus burial rate (PBR), as fluctuations in this rate are strong indicators of the coupling of climate, continental weathering and ocean primary productivity. We find a statistically significant harmonic component of 33 +/- 3 Myr against the estimated robust background noise spectrum, supporting the idea that geomarine processes are cyclic.     

Antiviral activity of coralloid root ofCycas revoluta extract against some viruses of tomato plant

Summary Crude coralloid root extract ofCycas revoluta showed significant antiviral activity against viruses of the tomato plant (PVX, PVY, TMV, TAV and TRSV) when applied 24 h before virus inoculation, or when mixed with different virus inocula before virus inocultion, in hypersensitive and systemic hosts. No such inhibition was observed when extract was applied 24 h after virus inoculation. TAV did not show any inhibitory response in a systemic host.Authors are thankful to Dr S. N. Gupta and Dr (Smt.) Model of production planning and scheduling in shop floor based on collaboration and competition

The planning and scheduling in real shop floor is actually achieved by coordination between different persons. In this process, cooperation is mainstream, but competition also exists, for example, the competition between different groups, operators with the same skill, etc. In multi-agent based shop floor management and control system, this competition and cooperation relation must be embodied. The general process of shop floor production planning and scheduling is studied, and a colored Petri-net model for the competition and cooperation process of three main agents in such system to achieve shop floor production planning and scheduling is presented. The evaluating method of bids in bidding process that especially embodies the competition relationship is also presented. This colored Petri-net model gives a clear illustration of this complex coordination process to system designers, effectively promotes the cooperative development. 水稻雄性不育细胞组织学的研究

水稻雄性不育系的花粉败育一般可分为无花粉型、单核败育型、双核败育型和三核败育型等四种。个别不育系花粉败育方式较特殊。野败不育系的花丝和药隔维管束退化最严重,花药开裂结构的异常主要表现在裂口、裂腔分化发育异常。     

应用PAPS免疫微球法快速诊断家畜锥虫病

ＰＡＰＳ锥虫快速诊断试剂，是中国农业科学院上海家畜寄生虫病研究所研制成功的一种新型的载体微球，它与伊氏锥虫抗原交联所制备的锥虫快速诊断液具有特异性强、敏感性高，重复性好、快速、简便的特点。笔者应用锥虫快速诊断液检测１４９头锥虫阳性病牛（见虫），阳性检出率为９８．７％。对２２５头非疫区阴性牛进行检测，阴性符合率为９９．６％。ＰＡＰＳ试验与间接血凝试验的符合率为９６．１％。对２２７７头耕牛血清和血纸两     

MX(M=Fe,Ru,Co和Rh, X= Si和Ge) 合金化合物的热力学性质和硬度的第一性原理计算

基于第一性原理,利用赝势平面波法分析MX型合金化合物的结构性质、弹性性质和力学稳定性。计算得到的MSi/Ge的结构参数和形成焓与实验结果以及其他理论计算结果相吻合,结果表明MSi/Ge具有热力学稳定性且易于合成。计算得到了MX型合金化合物的弹性常数、体积模量、剪切模量、杨氏模量、弹性各向同性指标以及泊松比。基于弹性常数,得到了CoSi/Ge和RhSi/Ge的德拜温度-压强曲线。基于计算硬度的半经验模型,计算了该系列物质的硬度。其中,RhSi、FeGe和CoGe具有较高的弹性模量和较低的泊松比,具有成为超硬材料的潜质。
