海洋平台用钢焊接接头断裂韧性概率特性的试验研究

对海洋平台用钢焊接接头断裂韧性概率特性进行了试验研究，测定了５种温度下Ａ１３１钢焊接接头临界ＣＴＯＤ值的统计特征多数，应用最小二乘法和Ｋ－Ｓ检验法证实不同温度下临界ＣＴＯＤ值均服从Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布，并估计了相应的分布参数．在此基础上，首次获得Ａ１３１钢焊接接头Ｐ－Ｔ－δｃ曲线，这为海洋结构缺陷评定和断裂安全可靠性分析提供了基础数据．     

测定蛋白质与胆酸盐结合量的方法

介绍一种应用高效液相色谱仪连接示差折射率检测仪测定牛血清白蛋白与脱氧胆酸钠的结合量的简便方法．该法通过凝胶过滤实现脱氧胆酸与蛋白质的结合平衡和脱氧胆酸的分离，根据示差折射率检测仪的读数定量脱氧胆酸钠．应用该法精确测定脱氧胆酸钠与牛血清蛋白结合等温线与已报道的采用其他方法测定的结合等温线相似     

鱼露外加酶工艺的探讨

通过对鱼露外加酸发酵及自然发酵过程中氨基态氮、挥发性盐基氨的分析，可比较出鱼露在外加酶发酵及自然发酵过程中的成分变化．以市售优质天然鱼露作对照，检测外加酶鱼露产品的氨基酸及多肽的组成，得出了外加酶发酵的意义．

多不饱和脂肪酸对谷氨酸诱导的大鼠海马神经细胞损伤的双重影响

通过测定原代培养的谷氨酸诱导的受损海马神经的细胞存活率,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,以及谷胱甘肽和一氧化氮的水平,研究多不饱和脂肪酸,如二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)、花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA),对大鼠海马神经细胞损伤的影响.海马神经元用神经特异性烯醇化酶进行鉴定.研究发现:(1)DHA 5～50 mg/L能有效的对抗谷氨酸诱导的海马神经细胞的损害作用.表现在细胞存活率、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性较谷氨酸处理组明显提高,NO水平降低,谷胱甘肽含量与对照组相比变化不大.(2)5 mg/LAA对损伤没有影响,而30和50 mg/LAA对损伤具有加重作用,其细胞存活率、GSH-Px活性、GSH水平较谷氨酸处理组明显降低.结果表明,多不饱和脂肪酸对谷氨酸诱导的神经细胞损伤具有双重作用.     

Alkaline digestion behavior and alumina extraction from sodium aluminosilicate generated in pyrometallurgical process

In pyrometallurgical process, Al-and Si-bearing minerals in iron and aluminum ores are easily transformed into sodium aluminosilicates in the presence of Na₂O constituents, which alters the leaching behaviors of Al₂O₃ and SiO₂. It was confirmed that sodium aluminosilicates with different phase compositions synthesized at various roasting conditions were effectively digested in the alkaline digestion process. Under the optimum conditions at temperature of 100-120℃, liquid-to-solid ratio (L/S) of 10:2 mL/g, caustic ratio of 4, and Na₂O concentration of 240 g/L, the actual and relative digestion ratio of Al₂O₃ from the synthesized sodium aluminosilicates reached maximums of about 65% and 95%, respectively, while SiO₂ was barely leached out. To validate the superior digestion property of sodium aluminosilicate generated via an actual process, the Bayer digestion of an Al₂O₃-rich material derived from reductive roasting of bauxite and comprising Na_1.75Al_1.75Si_0.25O₄ was conducted; the relative digestion ratio of Al₂O₃ attained 90% at 200℃.

Molecular regulation of sexual preference revealed by genetic studies of 5-HT in the brains of male mice

Although the question of to whom a male directs his mating attempts is a critical one in social interactions, little is known about the molecular and cellular mechanisms controlling mammalian sexual preference. Here we report that the neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) is required for male sexual preference. Wild-type male mice preferred females over males, but males lacking central serotonergic neurons lost sexual preference although they were not generally defective in olfaction or in pheromone sensing. A role for 5-HT was demonstrated by the phenotype of mice lacking tryptophan hydroxylase 2 (Tph2), which is required for the first step of 5-HT synthesis in the brain. Thirty-five minutes after the injection of the intermediate 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), which circumvented Tph2 to restore 5-HT to the wild-type level, adult Tph2 knockout mice also preferred females over males. These results indicate that 5-HT and serotonergic neurons in the adult brain regulate mammalian sexual preference.
