多元低合金对高铬锰白口铸铁组织和性能的影响

该文利用正交设计试验探讨了Nb、V、Cu在高铬锰白口铸铁中的合金化作用和稀土硅铁的变质作用,结果表明,合金元素能够细化晶粒,改善碳化物的形貌和分布,提高力学性能和耐磨性,确定了多元低合金高铬锰白口铸铁的最佳成分和热处理工艺。     

Effect of Al<Subscript>2</Subscript>O<Subscript>3sf</Subscript> addition on the friction and wear properties of (SiC<Subscript>p</Subscript>+Al<Subscript>2</Subscript>O<Subscript>3sf</Subscript>)/Al2024 composites fabricated by pressure infiltration

Aluminum (Al) 2024 matrix composites reinforced with alumina short fibers (Al₂O_3sf) and silicon carbide particles (SiC_p) as wear-resistant materials were prepared by pressure infiltration in this study. Further, the effect of Al₂O_3sf on the friction and wear properties of the as-synthesized composites was systematically investigated, and the relationship between volume fraction and wear mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the addition of Al₂O_3sf, characterized by the ratio of Al₂O_3sf to SiC_p, significantly affected the properties of the composites and resulted in changes in wear mechanisms. When the volume ratio of Al₂O_3sf to SiC_p was increased from 0 to 1, the rate of wear mass loss (K_m) and coefficients of friction (COFs) of the composites decreased, and the wear mechanisms were abrasive wear and furrow wear. When the volume ratio was increased from 1 to 3, the COF decreased continuously; however, the K_m increased rapidly and the wear mechanism became adhesive wear.     

工业生物技术的过程科学基础研究

本文简述了工业生物技术领域在过程科学方面的研究现状及发展趋势;从“大规模培养细胞群体效应及复杂多相流场测试方法”、“绿色工业生物过程高效全局优化原理”、“生物转化过程优化新策略”、“生化反应过程直接放大新方法”、“工业发酵过程优化新方法”等5个方面介绍了973计划项目“工业生物技术的过程科学基础研究”取得的重点进展和在国际上的地位：并提出了在工业生物技术过程科学研究方面未来的战略方向。     

蒸汽压力对IOSF管强化传热特性的影响

根据笔者此前所建立的数学物理模型,在不同的冷凝换热温差下,进行了蒸汽]压力对小螺旋角内外螺旋翅片管强化传热特性影响的模拟研究。结果表明,小螺旋角内外螺旋翅片管的冷凝换热系数在蒸汽压力为0．65MPa时有最大值,且其强化传热效果主要取决于冷凝换热强度,而受蒸汽压力的影响较小。因此,对于蒸汽压力变化范围较大的电站回热加热器的强化传热,小螺旋角内螺旋翅片管有明显的优点。     

几种水泥对铀(Ⅵ)滞留特性的研究

用硝酸双氧铀模拟放射性废物铀(Ⅵ)，模拟地下水为浸出液，通过固化体表面浸出实验和颗粒浸出实验研究了富铝碱矿渣粘土矿物复合胶凝材料、碱矿渣水泥、硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥固化体对铀的滞留性能。结果表明，在实验条件下，硅酸盐水泥对放射性核素铀有较强的滞留性能。

In Building Wall Construction Technology and Quality Control

Mutations in IHH, encoding Indian hedgehog, cause brachydactyly type A-1.

Brachydactyly type A-1 (BDA-1; MIM 112500) is characterized by shortening or missing of the middle phalanges (Fig. 1a). It was first identified by Farabee in 1903 (ref. 2), is the first recorded example of a human anomaly with Mendelian autosomal-dominant inheritance and, as such, is cited in most genetic and biological textbooks. Here we show that mutations in IHH, which encodes Indian hedgehog, cause BDA-1. We have identified three heterozygous missense mutations in the region encoding the amino-terminal signaling domain in all affected members of three large, unrelated families. The three mutant amino acids, which are conserved across all vertebrates and invertebrates studied so far, are predicted to be adjacent on the surface of IHH.
