兽药添加剂喹乙醇对水生生物的毒理学研究

兽药添加剂喹乙醇是一种在畜禽及水产养殖中应用广泛的促生长剂 ,但其安全性仍存在较大争议 ,使用不当或过量使用会对环境构成潜在危害 .采用斑马鱼和鲤鱼作为生物材料 ,分别研究了兽药添加剂喹乙醇对斑马鱼的急性毒性、对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响及对鲤鱼肾细胞DNA的损伤 .急性毒性试验表明 ,96hrLC50 为 1 996.87mg/L ;胚胎发育试验实验结果表明 ,96hrEC50 为2 2 1 .2 0mg/L ;单细胞凝胶电泳试验结果表明 ,喹乙醇能引起较大的DNA损伤 ,与空白对照相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,并在设定的剂量范围内呈现一定的剂量效应关系

Study and Application of Internal Coating Technique to Drag Reduction of the Trunk Pipeline for the West-East Gas Pipeline

Coverage layer coated in the internal wall of pipeline enables the friction drag to be reduced, the throughput and the gas transmission efficiency to be increased, the frequency of pigging and the number of the intermediate compressor station to be reduced, and the power consumption of the compressor to be decreased etc. The drag reduction is a high advanced scientific technique with outstanding economical benefit. The study and application of internal coating technique for drag reduction of 4000km trunk pipeline in West-East gas transmission pipeline (WEGTP) project are described, in which the main points are the drag reduction principle, coating process and the indoor study of this technique with own-decided knowledge property right at home.     

Microstructural characterization and oxidation resistance of multicomponent equiatomic CoCrCuFeNi-TiO high-entropy alloy

CoCrCuFeNi-TiO was prepared by arc melting of the pure elements and Ti₂CO powder under an Ar atmosphere. Both CoCrCuFeNi and CoCrCuFeNi-TiO alloys are composed of a face-centered cubic (fcc) solid solution, whereas the alloys of CoCrCuFeNi-TiO are basically composed of an fcc solid solution and TiO crystals. The microstructures of CoCrCuFeNi-TiO are identified as dendrite and interdendrite structures such as CoCrCuFeNi. The morphology of TiO is identified as an equiaxed crystal with a small amount of added Ti₂CO. By increasing the amount of Ti₂CO added, the TiO content was dramatically increased and part of the equiaxed crystals changed to a dendrite structure. A test of the oxidation resistance demonstrates that the oxidation resistance of CoCrCuFeNi-TiO is better than that of CoCrCuFeNi. However, as the TiO content increases further, a corresponding decrease is observed in the oxidation resistance.

Review of public-key cryptosystem based on the error correcting code

The paper review the public-key cryptosystems based on the error correcting codes such as Goppa code, BCH code, RS code, rank distance code, algebraic geometric code as well as LDPC code, and made the comparative analyses of the merits and drawbacks of them. The cryptosystem based on Goppa code has high security, but can be achieved poor. The cryptosystems based on other error correcting codes have higher performance than Goppa code. But there are still some disadvantages to solve. At last, the paper produce an assumption of the Niederreiter cascade combination cryptosystem based on double public-keys under complex circumstances, which has higher performance and security than the traditional cryptosystems.     

工科大学研究生学术英语教学模式探究

为了应对高等教育国际化带来的机遇和挑战,工科大学研究生英语教学应该把重心放在强化研究生用英语获取科技信息并进行学术交流的能力。为此有必要在研究生阶段导入学术英语。然而多数从事研究生英语教学的教师缺乏专业知识,而绝大多数研究生在入学时也没有多少学术英语基础。介绍了如何分两阶段来组织、开展学术英语教学,循序渐进、逐步深入地培养工科大学研究生的学术英语素养。英语教师在教学中应注意学习积累专业知识,不仅要精通英语,而且对所教授的学科专业知识有所了解才能确保研究生学术英语教学质量。     

基于动态阈值的混凝土裂缝高抗噪提取及识别方法

针对表面布有蜂窝麻面等复杂噪声的混凝土裂缝,提出了一种基于动态阈值的混凝土裂缝高抗噪提取方法.首先,通过灰度变换、高斯滤波、信息增强等技术弱化、去除噪声,增强图像中裂缝的亮度,提高裂缝与背景的对比度;然后,采用OTSU阈值分割算法去除伪裂缝,基于裂缝与干扰噪声面积的差异,引入动态阈值,实现各类型裂缝的提取;最后,基于边缘检测和裂缝骨架细化处理,计算裂缝的长度、宽度和面积3项特征参数.基于室内实验和室外实际桥梁拍摄的4组裂缝图像结果表明,4组裂缝的平均宽度分别为2.01、1.07、1.34、0.97 mm,说明该方法适用于不同背景下各类型裂缝的提取,具有较强的鲁棒性.     

Aptamer and its applications in neurodegenerative diseases

Aptamers are small single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotide fragments or small peptides, which can bind to targets by high affinity and specificity. Because aptamers are specific, non-immunogenic and non-toxic, they are ideal materials for clinical applications. Neurodegenerative disorders are ravaging the lives of patients. Even though the mechanism of these diseases is still elusive, they are mainly characterized by the accumulation of misfolded proteins in the central nervous system. So it is essential to develop potential measures to slow down or prevent the onset of these diseases. With the advancements of the technologies, aptamers have opened up new areas in this research field. Aptamers could bind with these related target proteins to interrupt their accumulation, subsequently blocking or preventing the process of neurodegenerative diseases. This review presents recent advances in the aptamer generation and its merits and limitations, with emphasis on its applications in neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, Huntington’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
