基于支持向量机的机场检测算法

提出了一种新的机场检测算法．该算法通过把机场跑道的几何特征与其所在区域的纹理特征相结合来描述机场特征，其中由灰度的平均值和方差、区域的光滑性、直方图的偏斜度、区域的一致性、图像的随机性、图像的梯度平均和方差等8个特征组成机场的纹理特征向量．先通过直线检测找到机场跑道的候选区域，然后用基于高斯核函数的支持向量机作为分类函数，对候选区域的特征向量进行分类，由此判别机场跑道．实验表明，与传统的仪通过形状判断机场的方法比较，该算法对机场的误检率较低，检测率比刘德红的方法高近10倍，几乎能实时完成一幅图像的检测．     

以双包层光纤光栅为后腔镜的掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的研究

本文对LD泵浦以双包层光纤光栅为后腔镜的掺Yb3 双包层光纤(DCF)激光器进行了实验研究．采用相位掩模法直接在内包层为圆形的掺Yb3 双包光纤一端写制反射率约为0．2 dB的光栅,并用其作后腔镜, 以二向色镜为前腔镜构成了双包层光纤激光器．在1 054．6 nm处得到峰值半宽(FWHM)<0．1 nm的稳定单模激光输出,并对试验结果进行了理论分析．     

二代小波消噪在数字信号处理器中的实时实现

以数字信号处理器(DSP)为开发平台，提出了基于二代小波的一种新的信号消噪算法．它只需把信号分解一层，然后把分解后的高频系数和低频系数同时进行软阈值量化处理，再进行小波重构，就可以有效地消除信号中的噪声．相对于传统的一代小波，该算法计算简单，可有效节约内存，因此非常适合于DSP的实时实现．同时，为了提高计算效率，对程序的处理流程进行了并行优化，用仿真信号对该算法进行了验证，并应用于对实测信号的消噪中．研究结果表明，该算法可以有效地提高信噪比，降低原始信号中所含有的噪声．     

权重质量系数在水环境质量评价中的应用

将权重W与质量系数Pi进行有机结合，确定出“综合权重质量系数水环境质量评价法”，综合考虑水体中所有水质参数的水质类别以及实测值在所属类别中所起的作用，确定水体污染程度．与其它评价方法相比具有较强的直观性，运用于山东省水环境的质量评价，真实反映了水体质量．     

Function and interaction of maturation-promoting factor and mitogen-activated protein kinase during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAP kinase) cascade and maturation-promoting factor (MPF) play very important roles during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte. Interaction between MAP kinase and MPF influences meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte throughout the animal kingdom, including stimulation of germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), suppression of DNA replication, control of meiotic chromosome segregation, maintenance of metaphase II arrest, and resumption and completion of second meiosis. This review focuses on the function and interaction of MAP kinase and MPF during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte.     

兽药添加剂喹乙醇对水生生物的毒理学研究

兽药添加剂喹乙醇是一种在畜禽及水产养殖中应用广泛的促生长剂 ,但其安全性仍存在较大争议 ,使用不当或过量使用会对环境构成潜在危害 .采用斑马鱼和鲤鱼作为生物材料 ,分别研究了兽药添加剂喹乙醇对斑马鱼的急性毒性、对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响及对鲤鱼肾细胞DNA的损伤 .急性毒性试验表明 ,96hrLC50 为 1 996.87mg/L ;胚胎发育试验实验结果表明 ,96hrEC50 为2 2 1 .2 0mg/L ;单细胞凝胶电泳试验结果表明 ,喹乙醇能引起较大的DNA损伤 ,与空白对照相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,并在设定的剂量范围内呈现一定的剂量效应关系

Development of the CAS-IBB single-particle microbeam for localized irradiation of living cells

A single-particle microbeam facility has been constructed at the Key Laboratory of Ion Beam Bioengineering (LIBB), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The system was designed to deliver a defined numbers of hydrogen ions, produced by a van de Graaff accelerator, in an energy range of 2.0-3.0 MeV, into an area smaller than that of the nucleus of an individual living cell. The beam is collimated by a borosilicate glass capillary that forms the beam-line exit. An integrated computer program recognizes the cells and locates them one by one over the microbeam exit for irradiation. We present technical details of the CAS-LIBB microbeam facility, particularly on the collimator, hardware, control program, as well as cell irradiation protocols available. Various factors contributing to the targeting and positioning precision are discussed along with accuracy measurement results.

Study and Application of Internal Coating Technique to Drag Reduction of the Trunk Pipeline for the West-East Gas Pipeline

Coverage layer coated in the internal wall of pipeline enables the friction drag to be reduced, the throughput and the gas transmission efficiency to be increased, the frequency of pigging and the number of the intermediate compressor station to be reduced, and the power consumption of the compressor to be decreased etc. The drag reduction is a high advanced scientific technique with outstanding economical benefit. The study and application of internal coating technique for drag reduction of 4000km trunk pipeline in West-East gas transmission pipeline (WEGTP) project are described, in which the main points are the drag reduction principle, coating process and the indoor study of this technique with own-decided knowledge property right at home.
