本文通过构造下解的方法，证明了当右边非线性项满足某些增长性条件时，完全非线性二阶椭圆型方程的边值问题是可解的，这完善了已有的结果。

非实质性报酬通过对动机的影响而支配着从业者的行为，是一种十分有效的外激励因素，本文从发放基础的角度，把非实质性报酬分为系统报酬、团体报酬和个人报酬三种，并分别论述了其对从业者主观行为即参与行为、公分贡献行为及非公务贡献行为的影响。     

Monotone additive Schwarz algorithms for solving two-side obstacle problems

Additive Schwarz algorithms for solving the discrete problems of two-side obstacle problems are proposed. The monotone convergence of the algorithms is established for M-matrix and the h-independent convergence rate is proved for S-matrix. The so-called finite step convergence for coincident components is discussed for nondegenerate discreted problems.

Cooperative Mechanism of Supply Chain Under Asymmetric Information

Abstract: The cooperative mechanism is one main issue in the decentralized supply chain system, especially in an asym-metric information structure. We analyze the non-cooperative game behavior of a 2-echelon distribution supply chain,compare the results with the system optimal solution, and give the supplier dominated cooperative mechanisms. We alsoanalyze the validity of our contract under the asymmetric retailers' holding cost information and give some useful conclu-sions.
