国际刑事法院管辖权补充性原则初探

国际刑事法院是世界上第一个常设国际刑事司法机构,其管辖权补充性原则关乎国际义务与国家主权的均衡协调;《规约》对于管辖权补充性原则进行了多层次的规定;针对检察官重复启动调查、起诉程序以及修改、追加指控或代之以较严重的指控的权力,应当实施限制次数和间隔时间的制约措施。

1 Results Classic oxidants require rigorous control of the experimental conditions added with the problem of lack of selectivity. Catalysis by transition metals with environmentally safe oxidants provides synthetic routes to minimize pollution by giving environmental benign by-products. ROLE OF α-PSEUDO-UNIVEX FUNCTIONS IN VECTOR VARIATIONAL-LIKE INEQUALITY PROBLEMS

In this paper, we introduce a new class of generalized convex function, namely, a-pseudounivex function, by combining the concepts of pseudo-univex and α-invex functions. Further, we establish some relationships between vector variational-like inequality problems and vector optimization problems under the assumptions of α-pseudo-univex functions. Results obtained in this paper present a refinement and improvement of previously known results.

化学配比对TiAl有序合金微观组织和变形特性的影响

本研究用三点弯曲实验测定了铝含量为43at·％～56at·％的Ti-Al二元合金的力学性能;利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜研究了不同成分合金的微观组织和变形亚结构。实验结果表明:根据不同成分合金的微观组织可将其分成三类,即:γ-TiAl单相组织(52at·％～56at·％Al);双态组织(46at·％～50at·％Al)和全片层结构晶粒组织(43at·％～46at·％Al),其中以具有细晶双态组织的合金具有较好的塑性变形能力。本文从微观组织结构和变形位错组态的变化,探讨了合金成分对TiAl基有序合金塑性变形的影响机制。     

Sister chromatid exchanges in lymphocytes of normal and alcoholic subjects.

The effects of alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking and age on sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency in human lymphocytes were assessed by means of multiple linear regression. An increase in SCE rates was associated with alcohol consumption (p = 0.0001), smoking (p = 0.0231), and, to a small extent (p = 0.057), age. These three confounding factors explain 48% of the inter-personal variation in SCE rates among subjects studied.     

外气的旋频曲线的实验研究

“旋转曲线”是旋子模型及旋子流假说的重要内容，该曲线在气功外气的研究中占有重要地位。本文从实验的角度证实了旋频曲线的存在，证明了意念对外气的调制作用．
