Almost periodic solution to singular systems

The problems about the almost periodic solution to singular systems are studied. The criterion that the singular systems have almost periodic solutions is obtained. At the same time, the applied example is given.     

Preparation and optical properties of solid solution semiconductor (Zn x Cd1−x S) doped silica glasses

Semiconductor(Zn_xCd_1−x S) doped silica glasses were prepared by Sol-Gel process andin situ growth technique. The structure of the materials was characterized by X-ray diffraction technique, the particle size of semiconductor crystallites from X-ray patterns was estimated less than 10 nm. From absorption spectra, it is obtained that the absorption edges shifted to short wavelength direction when Zn contents increased, and the absorption edge can be adjusted from 2.46 eV to 2.96 eV by controlling Zn contents. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility was studied at 532 nm with 8 ns pulse laser by degenerate four wave mixing (DFWM) technique.     

Preparation of InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO2 thin films

InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO₂ thin films were prepared by rf magnetron cosputtering technique. THe observation by transmission electron microscope showed that InSb nanocrystals dispersed uniformly in SiO₂ matrices. InSb nanocrystals with different sizes can be obtained by changing the annealing condition. The average size of InSb nanocrystals depended on annealing temperature and time, but not on the t_1/3 rules. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were also applied to the analyses of the composite thin films.

机动巨标跟踪的自适应混合多模算法

本文介绍了用于机动目标跟踪的自适应混合多模算法.这个算法不需要预先定义模型,它利用一个二级卡尔曼滤波器来估计目标的加速度,这个加速度被用于混合多模算法中具有不同确定性加速度的子滤波器中.文中给出了自适应混合多模算法的一个计算机模拟结果并和无自适应混合多模算法的结果进行了比较.     

Weibull分布和极值分布场合下简单步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计

产品的加速寿命试验被用来较快地获得关于产品寿命分布的信息.本文研究了Weibull分布和极小值分布下简单步加试验的最优设计问题.为解决Nelson折算法对极小值分布的数据处理产生特殊情况的问题,作者应用近年来一些新的研究成果,将位置-尺度分布中的尺度参数设为随应力变化的量进行最优设计.给出一实例,并将其推广到更一般的形式.     

镦粗工艺理论与技术的进展

提出了普通平板间镦粗圆柱体高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〉１时刚塑性力学模型的拉应力理论和高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〈１的静水应力力学模型的剪应力理论,前者打破了传统工程塑性力学中所阐述的镦粗体内部总处于三向压应力之说,后者圆满地解释了大型饼类锻件中常出现的“夹馅饼”缺陷问题,平板镦粗所理论已被定性物理模拟和定量数值模拟,广义滑移线解,力学分块法和生产解剖试验所证实,在该新理论基础上,进一步提出方柱镦粗的两个新力学模型,锥形板镦

得到复流形上具有逐块Ｃ（１）边界的有界域Ｄ上的（ｐ,ｑ）－形式的带权因子的Ｋｏｐｐｅｌｍａｎ－Ｌｅｒａｙ－Ｎｏｒｇｕｅｔ公式,在适当的假定下得到Ｄ上－方程带权因子的连续解。作为应用,给出Ｓｔｅｉｎ流形上实非退化强拟凸多面体上（ｐ,ｑ）形式的带权因子积分表示式及其－方程的带权因子的连续解．
