日本是森林大国，因此日语中和树木有关的表达方式极其丰富。本文拟就日语中和树木有关的表达方式做一个总结，强调了日本的“木”文化对日语表迭起到的作用以厦由此形成的特色．旨在将文化学习与语言学习有机地结合起来。

Protein kinase TTK interacts and co-localizes with CENP-E to the kinetochore of human cells

Spindle checkpoint is an important biochemical signaling cascade during mitosis which monitors the fidelity of chromosome segregation, and is mediated by protein kinases Mps1 and Bub1/BubR1. Our recent studies show that kinesin-related motor protein CENP-E interacts with BubR1 and participates in spindle checkpoint signaling. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying spindle checkpoint signaling, we carried out proteomic dissection of human cell kinetochore and revealed protein kinase TTK, human homologue of yeast Mps1. Our studies show that TTK is localized to the kinetochore of human cells, and interacts with CENP-E, suggesting that TTK may play an important role in chromosome segregation during mitosis.

Prime role for an insulin epitope in the development of type 1 diabetes in NOD mice

A fundamental question about the pathogenesis of spontaneous autoimmune diabetes is whether there are primary autoantigens. For type 1 diabetes it is clear that multiple islet molecules are the target of autoimmunity in man and animal models. It is not clear whether any of the target molecules are essential for the destruction of islet beta cells. Here we show that the proinsulin/insulin molecules have a sequence that is a primary target of the autoimmunity that causes diabetes of the non-obese diabetic (NOD) mouse. We created insulin 1 and insulin 2 gene knockouts combined with a mutated proinsulin transgene (in which residue 16 on the B chain was changed to alanine) in NOD mice. This mutation abrogated the T-cell stimulation of a series of the major insulin autoreactive NOD T-cell clones. Female mice with only the altered insulin did not develop insulin autoantibodies, insulitis or autoimmune diabetes, in contrast with mice containing at least one copy of the native insulin gene. We suggest that proinsulin is a primary autoantigen of the NOD mouse, and speculate that organ-restricted autoimmune disorders with marked major histocompatibility complex (MHC) restriction of disease are likely to have specific primary autoantigens.     

中华蚱蜢触角感受器的扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电镜（SEM）对中华蚱蜢（Acrida cinerca Thunberg）触角感受器的超微结构、类型和分布进行了研究．结果表明中华蚱蜢雌雄虫均有7种感受器：毛形感受器、刺形感受器、锥形感受器、腔形感受器、腔锥形感受器、Bohm氏鬃毛、芽孢形感受器．触角感受器在每节上的数量和分布不同．     

山西省小麦品质区划研究

本文根据山西省主要小麦产区小麦品质形成的气候特点,以小麦品质的评价指标面筋强度为依据,将山西省小麦产区分为三个主区和六个亚区.三个主区为:晋南强中筋冬性弱冬性中熟冬麦区,晋中强中筋强冬性冬性晚熟冬麦区,晋北(雁北)中筋春性麦区.六个亚区为:运城盆地灌区强中筋品质亚区,临汾盆地灌区强中筋品质区,晋城盆地灌区强中筋品质区,运城临汾丘陵旱地非稳定性强中筋品质区,晋中盆地灌区中强筋品质亚区,长治盆地灌区强中筋品质亚区.

对现有的结构可靠度计算的解析方法进行了分类与总结,分析了每种方法的特点及应用的适用范围.     

Identification and primary genetic analysis of Arabidopsis stomatal mutants in response to multiple stresses

In response to variable environmental conditions, guard cells located in the leaf epidermis can integrate and cope with a multitude of complicated stimuli, thereby making stomata in an appro- priate state. However, many signaling components in guard cell signaling remain elusive. In our laboratory, a tool for non-invasive remote infrared thermal images was used to screen an ethyl methane sulfonate-mutagenized population for Arabidopsis stomatal response mutants under multiple stresses (ABA, H2O2, CO2, etc.). More than forty "hot" or "cold" mutants were isolated (above or below 0.5℃ in con- trast to normal plantlets). Identification and primary genetic analysis of these mutants show that they are monogenic recessive mutations and there exist distinct difference in stomata apertures compared to wild type. These mutants in response to various environmental stresses and hormones were comprehen- sively investigated, which enables us to further un- derstand the cross-talk in different signal transduction pathways.

异构数据集成可分为实际存储方式和虚拟方式两种.主要介绍后一种方式中的基于包装器/中介器(w rapper/m ed iator)的信息集成方式.它通过在全局模式和数据源模式间建立映射关系,实时地对各个数据源进行查询,适用于数据源众多,数据量庞大,数据变化快的情况.它有4种映射方式,LAV、GAV、GLAV和BAV.对同一数据情况分别采用4种映射方法进行对比.最后总结各种方法的特点,及未来发展方向.
