基于VC6.0的SR830数据采集系统的设计与实现

基于VC6.0实现了对SR830锁相放大器串口数据的精确采集与监测.首先,分析了光电检测系统中常用的SR830锁相放大器的串口数据传输特点,并分析了VB等环境下使用通信控件开发采集软件的不足.其次,通过需求分析,从框架建立、图形显示、通信设计等方面,对系统结构进行了构建.最后,基于VC6.0和重叠I/O,实现了数据采集系统.结果显示,该系统实现了对SR830数据的实时精确采集、显示和事后保存、历史文件比较等功能,克服了之前软件易发生溢出错误的问题,满足了光电化学检测的需要.     

南方S750在土地监测中的应用

全球定位系统（GPS）在土地监洲领域中既是遥赢技术的辅助定位手段，也可以作为独立的数据获取手段。南方s750手持数据采集系统的核心技术采用就是GPS定位技术。本文首先整体把握土地监洲的内容和方法以及应用领域，在这基础上来阐述如何利用高精度的南方s750对土地的违法使用进行实时苴控与管理，对土地进行整体的、实时的和动态的监潮分析，从而保障土地违法执法工作的实效高效，以及土地资源的合理管理。     

三个新大环草酰胺Ni(Ⅱ)配合物配体的合成、结构和DNA切割活性研究

合成了3个新的大环草酰胺Ni(Ⅱ)单核配合物NiL1(1),NiL2·CH3CH2OH(2)和NiL3·1.25H2O(3).由于羟基和草酰胺基团的氧原子都能够与金属离子配位,因此,NiL1-3可以用作构筑同多核和异多核配位化合物的配合物配体.X-射线单晶结构分析表明,每个大环配体的4个N原子与Ni(Ⅱ)配位,构成变形的平面正方形配位环境;Ni-N键的长度都非常短,表明3个大环配体中所有氮原子的配位能力都很强.1~3中的醇羟基使羟自由基淬灭,从而抑制了配合物切割DNA的活性.     

《环境监测》课程体系改革探讨

根据《环境监测》与《分析化学》课程的特点,合并两门课程,重组形成《环境监测与分析》。并从理论教学和实践教学两个方面,提出提高教学效果、培养适应社会需求的＂后劲足,上手快＂的合格人才的具体措施。     

Construction of a bacterial artificial chromosome library for Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum

Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum is the only wild cotton species within the cultivated diploid G. herbaceum. As the A sub-genome donor of tetraploid cotton, it is characterized by its resistance to insects, diseases, and other adversities. We have constructed the first bacterial artificial chromosome library (BAC) for G. herbaceum var. africanum. With high quality and broad coverage, this library includes 75000 clones, with an average insert size of about 115 kb and fewer than 4% empty clones. Our library is approximately five-fold the size of the A-genome (1667 Mb) and it provides 99.3% probability for isolating genes of interest or their sequences. Using nine SSR markers that are located on five different chromosomes and linked with resistance to Verticillium wilt, seven of nine could amplify the 40 superpools and got 1-14 hits. Because of its moderate wide coverage and relative large insert size, this library will be an important genomic resource for classifying and analyzing the evolution of cotton species, as well as for isolating disease-resistance genes and control elements.     

Suitability assessment of deep groundwater for drinking, irrigation and industrial purposes in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, north China

Groundwater has been a major natural resource for human consumption in north China. It is necessary to appreciate the suitability of deep groundwater for drinking, agricultural irrigation, and industrial uses in this region. To this end, a total of 47 groundwater samples were collected from the study area; by comparing the concentrations of different hydrochemical variables with quality standard values, the variable fuzzy set (VFS) was applied to calculate the groundwater quality index (GQI) for various purposes, respectively. Afterward GQI spatial distribution maps were constructed using a geographic information system (GIS) tool to delineate spatial variations of groundwater quality. In this case study, the GQI spatial distribution maps reveal that the areas covered by "Maximum Permissible" groundwater for varying purposes (drinking, irrigation, and industrial) is 1377.2; 2354.7; and 3854.8 km2, respectively. The groundwater in the eastern part of the study area is suitable for drinking, with the southwestern region as the irrigation water source; the entire study area is acceptable for use in industrial, except the western part of Jiaozuo City. Therefore, the GQI spatial distribution maps can provide useful information for non-technical decision makers for better sustainable groundwater resources management.     

二甲基亚砜和胎牛血清对293T细胞冷冻效果的影响

使用含不同体积分数二甲基亚砜(DMSO)(5%、10%、15%、20%)和不同体积分数胎牛血清(FBS)(5%、10%、20%、40%)的细胞冷冻液以三步冷冻法冻存293T细胞.台盼蓝染色法进行活细胞计数后计算出解冻后细胞存活率.结果表明:FBS对293T细胞冷冻效果的影响是显著的(P<0.05),但添加20%和40%FBS的效果无显著差异(P>0.05);DMSO对293T细胞冷冻效果的影响则是极显著的(P<0.01),添加10%DMSO时,细胞的冷冻效果最好;冷冻液中含10%DMSO、40%FBS时的冷冻效果最佳,细胞存活率可达到82.00%.而实际应用中,含10%FBS、10%DMSO或20%FBS、5%～10%DMSO的细胞冷冻液也可达到较理想的冷冻效果,足以达到一般实验的要求.     

篌竹笋化学保藏工艺条件研究

对篌竹笋化学保藏工艺条件进行研究和探讨 ,采用氯化钠、山梨酸钾、苯钾酸钠、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸配制联合试剂 ,其保藏效果明显 ,不仅解决了篌竹笋的褐变问题 ,而且可使产品保质 4个月以上。
