用神经网络方法对卡巴醌系列抗肿瘤药物的QSAR研究

运用人工神经网络方法研究了卡巴醌（Ｃａｒｂｏｑｕｏｎｅ）系列药物对用Ｌ－１２０１白血病细胞接种的小鼠延长生命的活性，与传统的回归方法进行比较，可得到更为精确的结果，并且在活性预测方面有很好的效果。     

Optimized transmission coordination mechanisms for opportunistic routing

The successful rate of transmission coordination of opportunistic routing (OR) is analyzed systematically,and then two efficient transmission coordination mechanisms (TCMs) are proposed for OR:a batch sliding window-based TCM and a bit map-based TCM,to reduce the total number of packet transmissions and improve end-to-end throughput for OR.The batch sliding window-based TCM avoids the oscillation of the successful rate of transmission coordination by transmitting packets in continuous batch mode so as to improve the average successful rate of transmission coordination efficiently,while the bit map-based TCM improves end-to-end throughput of OR by reducing the overhead of transmission coordination.Exhaustive simulations show that the average end-to-end throughput gains of the two proposed TCMs are 15.4％ and 6.4％ over the batch map-based TCM,respectively.     

浅谈《劳动合同法》对企业人力资源管理的启示

劳动合同制度是企业进行人力资源管理的基础,《劳动合同法》从保护劳动者权益的角度出发,对企业人力资源管理工作提出了严格的规定和要求。笔者就如何正确认识劳动合同法的内在作用,切实提高现实劳动用工管理水平作一简要分析。     

Gerstewitz非线性标量化函数的性质及其在向量优化中的应用

【目的】对Gerstewitz非线性标量化函数的性质作进一步研究与应用。【方法】利用代数内部和向量闭包研究Gerstewitz非线性标量化函数的一些性质。【结果】给出了Gerstewitz非线性标量化函数的一些性质,进而利用这些性质建立了集值向量优化问题有效点和弱有效点的非线性标量化结果。【结论】将拓扑内部推广到代数内部情形,推广了Gerstewitz非线性标量化函数的一些性质与应用。
     

稻糠制取草酸研究

研究了以稻糠为原料用水解－氧化－水解法制取草酸的工艺方法。确定了最佳工艺条件，在此条件下，草酸二水合物收率可达８０％。

Phase field simulation of the 180° domain-switching process in PbTiO<Subscript>3</Subscript> single crystal under an antiparallel electric field

The process of 180° domain switching in PbTiO₃ single crystal under an antiparallel electric field was investigated by the three-dimensional phase field simulation, especially the effect of electric field on the type and duration of domain switching. It is found that the polarization reversal of domains takes place under an antiparallel electric field in PbTiO₃ single crystal. The results of the phase field simulation indicate that there is only 90° domain switching under a weak electric field. With the rise of the electric field, 180° domain switching appears. If the electric field is strengthened further, 90° domain switching disappears and the duration of domain switching is shortened.     

Method for tumor recognition with short dynamic PET images: theory and simulation study

A new method was provided in this paper to recognize tumor in PET images automatically and reduce the waiting time of patient. Based on the unsupervised clustering algorithm (ISODATA), this method diagnoses tumor with short dynamic PET images. The theoretical basis of this method is that the metabolic characteristics of different tissues, represented by time activity curve in the region of interest, are distinctive. The computer program was developed and validated using simulated dynamic PET data with small tumor in lung. Simulation study shows that, this method could recognize tumor with the short dynamic PET data in 10 min successfully, and this method was not sensitive to initial cluster center.     

R^n空间中闭光滑流形上的线性奇异积分方程

本文给出了高斯奇异积分的合成和反演公式,并且证明了R~n空间中闭光滑流形上的线性奇异积分方程的有关结果。     

改革教育评价制度推进滇西乡村小学素质教育——弥渡、祥云县乡村小学教育现状调查与分析

以祥云、弥渡县部分乡村小学为调查对象,发现滇西乡村小学存在师资队伍、教育设施、教育评价制度等方面的典型问题急待解决。为此,从课程开设、师资队伍建设、基础设施的增添与使用、地方课程资源的开发、教育部门领导的培训与管理、地方教育评价制度的改革等六个方面提出了推进滇西乡村小学素质教育的相应建议。
