当前西藏产业结构存在的问题及原因分析

西藏和平解放六十年来,经济发展成效显著,产业结构不断得以优化,但各产业之间以及产业内部各部门、各层次之间还存在诸多问题,在一定程度上制约了西藏经济的跨越式发展。西藏三次产业结构的主要问题是结构偏离度大而产业高度化程度低,各次产业内的问题则主要表现为各子产业发展失衡和不均衡现象突出,产业发展尚处于低级阶段。文章认为社会经济体制发展基础薄弱而市场化程度低下;高原地理特征、气候条件和资源禀赋制约;人口相对稀少、分散加上受教育程度相对低,是产业发展相对滞缓的原因。     

Gas-liquid phase coexistence and finite-size effects in a two-dimensional Lennard-Jones system

The gas-liquid phase coexistence in a two-dimensional Lennard-Jones system is investigated using Maxwell construction method together with molecular dynamics simulations.The results of phase coexistence in different truncations of the potential are compared with data obtained from the literature,and the corresponding critical properties calculated.The crossover from Ising-like to mean field behavior is observed and confirmed as the temperature approaches the critical point from below.Performing simulations on systems with different sizes,we find that a finite size effect is more significant than those shown in most of the previous results,and a lower critical temperature is obtained when the full extent of this finite size effect is considered.     

新型T+1断裂蛋白质内含子的构建

首次从天然C端外显子为苏氨酸(Thr)的标准蛋白质内含子(TerSnf2)构建出两类T+1型断裂蛋白质内含子:Snf-S0和Snf-S1,通过蛋白印迹法测定Snf-S0和Snf-S1介导的蛋白质反式剪接效率分别达到53.5%和33.3%;当这两类断裂蛋白质内含子C端外显子分别为半胱氨酸(Cys)和丝氨酸(Ser)时均具有剪接活性.所获的两类具有剪接活性的T+1型断裂蛋白质内含子具备一定的插入位点通用性,这一特点为蛋白质反式剪接技术在蛋白质工程领域广泛应用提供了新的契机.     

鸟类起源研究取得重大进展

鸟类起源于兽脚类恐龙的假说得到了广泛承认,但鸟类起源研究方向依然存在许多薄弱环节,主要包括鸟类手指同源问题、兽脚类分异时间框架问题以及羽毛起源和早期演化的一些问题。我们近年来在这些问题上取得了一系列重要进展。化石资料显示,兽脚类恐龙在向鸟类进化当中,其外侧两指退化;而现代发育学证据表明,鸟类手指是两侧退化,保留了中间3指。我们通过研究新疆侏罗系地层中发现的泥潭龙,提出了一种外侧和两侧退化模式结合的新假说。该假说可以解释古生物学与发育学资料之间的矛盾。我们报道的一件产自辽宁中上侏罗统髫髻山组的近鸟龙化石,代表了早于始祖鸟的带羽毛的物种,我们提出了包括鸟类在内的主要兽脚类恐龙类群出现于中侏罗世的一个快速演化事件,解决了有关鸟类兽脚类恐龙起源假说的时间悖论问题。我们报道了在北票龙化石中发现的一种新的原始羽毛类型,给出了发育学解释,推测羽毛起源的时间可能在三叠纪中期,对于羽毛起源和早期演化研究具有重要意义。     

Stock loan valuation under a regime-switching model with mean-reverting and finite maturity

<正> Stock loans are business contracts between borrowers and lenders in which the borroweruses shares of stock as collateral for the loan.Since the value of the collateral is subject to wide andfrequent price swings,valuing such a transaction behaves more like an option pricing problem thana debt valuation problem.This paper will list,prove,and analyze formulas for stock loan valuationwith finite horizon under various stock models,including classical geometric Brownian motion,meanreverting,and two-state regime-switching with both mean-reverting and geometric Brownian motionstates.Numerical examples are reported to illustrate the results.     

准晶：奇特而又平凡的晶体—— 2011年诺贝尔化学奖简介

准晶是具有长程准周期性平移序和非晶体学旋转对称的固态有序相。它的出现导致了晶体学与凝聚态物质结构理论的一次革命，极大推动了相关学科的完善和发展。其发现者Daniel Shechtman因此获得2011年度诺贝尔化学奖。本文简介了准晶的发现、结构特征和发展现状，同时介绍了中国科学家在这一领域的独特贡献。     

喷射式坑槽修补机集料喷射效率研究

为提高喷射式坑槽修补机集料喷射效率,利用龙格库塔法求解了集料颗粒群的运动微分方程,分析了气流速度、管道内径、管道倾斜角、管道材料和集料空气体积比率对集料输送特性的影响.提出了适用于喷射式坑槽修补机气力输送系统工作效率的评价指标,在多变量条件下分析输送系统压降、功率消耗和工作效率的变化规律.得出了集料空气质量混合比、管道内径和气流速度等参数的设计匹配原则.实验对比结果表明:压降最小时的气流速度误差在10%以内,管道内径只需满足所输送的集料粒径和质量流率即可,高效的集料输送区间可选择集料空气质量混合比8~10,相应气流速度大小为20~25m/s.     

Angular glint calculation and analysis of radar targets via adaptive cross approximation algorithm

Angular glint is a significant electromagnetic （EM） scattering signature of extended radar targets. Based on the adaptive cross approximation （ACA） algorithm accelerated method of moments （MoM） and the plane incident wave assumption, the narrowband, wideband and newly developed high-resolution range profile （HRRP） based angular glint calculation formulations are derived and applied to arbitrarily shaped three-dimensional （3D） perfectly electrical y conducting （PEC） objects. In addition, the near-field angular glint is emphasized, which is of great importance for radarseeker applications. Furthermore, with the HRRP based angular glint, an approach to rigorously determine range resolution cel s which own relatively smal er angular glint is provided. Numerical results are presented with new findings to demonstrate the usefulness of the developed formulations.     

疏水蛋白rHGFI与rHFBI的发泡能力研究

将巴斯德毕赤酵母异源表达出的疏水蛋白rHGFI和rHFBI修饰硅化玻璃后进行玻璃表面接触角测定.结果显示:蛋白处理的硅化玻璃表面由疏水变为亲水.蛋白溶液表面张力测定结果表明:rHGFI和rHFBI是表面活性非常强的蛋白,均可使表面张力降低.以常用的食品乳化剂酪蛋白酸钠为对照,检测rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性.0.1%的rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白溶液发泡能力明显高于同浓度的酪蛋白酸钠溶液,rHFBI蛋白溶液的泡沫稳定性最佳.     

两类n+3阶n色的色唯一图

用Tn(a,b,c)表示完全图Kn及其外一边uw作一些边后得到图,使|N(u)∩V(Kn)|=a,|N(w)∩V(Kn)|=b,|N(u)∩N(w)∩V(Kn)|=c.Tn(a,b,c)的边uw剖分一个顶点v得到的图为Fn(a,b,c).研究Fn(a,b,c)的色性问题,并给出Fn(a,b,c)是色唯一图的两个充分条件.
