系统论视角下我国农村水污染受害者救助的社区干预方法探析

支持性的社区环境可以为个人和家庭提供基本的社会、经济和情感的支持,而一个功能衰败、权力结构不平等的社区则会加深个人和家庭的功能失调和病态。本文以系统理论为基本工具,了解和介入案主的社会环境,探究我国农村水污染受害者救助社区干预方法。     

基于ARM9的嵌入式图像采集与显示系统设计

以嵌入式ARM9处理器S3C2440作为控制芯片,通过USB摄像头对图像进行采集,利用Video4Linux的编程接口编写QT图像显示程序,通过视频服务器MJPG-streamer对网络进行访问,实现了图像的采集和实时显示.所设计的系统实时性好、分辨率高、成本低、易扩展且升级快,可用于远程监控等领域.     

Benthic foraminiferal δ~(13)C minimum events in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka

A total of six d13C minimum events,i.e.,VI,V,IV,III,II,and I,were observed via a stable carbon and oxygen isotope analysis of infaunal benthic foraminifera Uvigerina spp.in gravity core OS03-1 in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka.These events occurred at112–109,102–90,85–76,57–54,44–40,and 17–10 ka BP.The largest negative excursions reached 2.5%in event V and were greater than 1%in the other events.We proposed that all d13C minimum events were caused by the increase in sea surface water productivity,the weakened formation of Okhotsk Sea intermediate water,and the enhancement of the oxygen minimum zone.The negative excursions were unaffected by methane hydrate destabilization and subsequent methane release based on the results obtained by using archaeal lipid markers.     

Polycaprolactone Grafting of Cellulose Nanocrystals in Ionic Liquid[BMIM]CI

A polycaprolactone-grafted cellulose nanocrystal(PCL-g-CN) was prepared in ionic liquid and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).A peak assigned to the carbonyl group appears at 1 730 cm~(-1) in the FT-IR of PCL-g-CN,which confirms that the grafting reaction is successfully completed.The morphologies of PCL-g-CNs still maintain rod-like structure according to the TEM images.XRD results show that the crystal type of the PCL-g-CNs changed from cellulose Ⅰ to cellulose Ⅱ.The reasons for crystal transition of CNs turn out to be combined effects of anion and cation in ionic liquid with CNs.     

对合法有序语境下的网络监督思考

网络监督是以网民为主体,以互联网为平台,通过网络技术和各种网络形式对公共权力进行监督的方式。它需要加强网络系统的建设,建立部门齐全的法律相互协作,并协调网络政治参与和网络有序发展的关系,只有这样,才能提高网民的网络监督意识与能力。     

Apolipoprotein CIII hyperactivates β cell CaV1 channels through SR-BI/β1 integrin-dependent coactivation of PKA and Src

Apolipoprotein CIII (ApoCIII) not only serves as an inhibitor of triglyceride hydrolysis but also participates in diabetes-related pathological events such as hyperactivation of voltage-gated Ca²⁺ (Ca_V) channels in the pancreatic β cell. However, nothing is known about the molecular mechanisms whereby ApoCIII hyperactivates β cell Ca_V channels. We now demonstrate that ApoCIII increased Ca_V1 channel open probability and density. ApoCIII enhanced whole-cell Ca²⁺ currents and the Ca_V1 channel blocker nimodipine completely abrogated this enhancement. The effect of ApoCIII was not influenced by individual inhibition of PKA, PKC, or Src. However, combined inhibition of PKA, PKC, and Src counteracted the effect of ApoCIII, similar results obtained by coinhibition of PKA and Src. Moreover, knockdown of β1 integrin or scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI) prevented ApoCIII from hyperactivating β cell Ca_V channels. These data reveal that ApoCIII hyperactivates β cell Ca_V1 channels through SR-BI/β1 integrin-dependent coactivation of PKA and Src.     

人影弹药安全存储报警装置研制

为解决基层人影作业点弹药安全存储问题,笔者开发研制了人影弹药安全存储报警装置,系统以三星ARM9 32位嵌入式RISC CPU S3C2410A处理器为硬件核心,根据报警装置需要实现的功能,添加适当的外围电路,主程序以嵌入式LINUX2.6.28作为操作系统而开发的具有远程报警、数据、监控画面上传等功能的报警系统。     

基于片词模糊匹配算法的智能考试系统

通过分析主观试题的特点,采用片词模糊匹配算法实现主观题的自动评分,使系统更加智能化。     

Transient pressure analysis for the reactor core and containment of a HTGR after a primary loop pressure boundary break accident

The pressure variances in the reactor core and containment of a High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) after a primary loop pressure boundary break accident determine the structural integrity and safety of the reactor. Based on mass conservation, energy conservation and state equations, explicit formulae for the transient pressure and temperature variances in the pressure vessels were deduced, and a set of differential equations for the transient pressure and temperature variances in the containment were developed. Numerical simulation was also conducted to investigate the transient pressure and temperature variances in the pressure vessels and containment. The results show that energy transformation due to expansion work cannot be neglected. The maximum pressure in the containment could increase by 40 percent due to blockage caused by air in the containment. Detailed numerical simulations of the transient pressure and temperature variance in the reactor core flow passages were also conducted. The results show that the pressures acting on the reactor core and containment are below acceptable values.
