壳管式储能换热器中传热特性的分析

对一种可用于储存高温余热及电厂电网谷期电力的相变储能换热器装置进行了理论和实验研究，对装置在多种工况下工作进行了模拟实验，并用数值法从理论上求解了非稳态条件下相变储能换热器中凝固与强迫对流耦和的问题，分析了热交换流体入口温度、流量、相变材料厚度、流道长度等多种参数对装置换热性能的影响。     

Eolian origin of the Miocene loess-soil sequence at Qin’an, China: Evidence of quartz morphology and quartz grain-size

Recent study revealed that the so-called Neogene Gansu System in the western Loess Plateau contains loess-soil sequences of Miocene age. A most complete sequence （QA-I） covers a time interval from ～22 to ～.6.2 Ma BP, consisting of more than 230 visually definable paleosols interbedded with loess layers. A loess-soil sequence of late Miocene-Pliocene age, synchronous with the Hipparian Red Clay in the eastern Loess Plateau, was also recognized, and extends the Miocene sequences into the Pliocene, ～3.5 Ma BP. Recently, Miocene eolian deposits were also reported from the high terraces near Xining.     

碳化钼和氮化钼结构、催化加氢性能及制备

就碳化钼和氮化钼结构及性质对芳香烃加氢、不饱和烃加氢、CO加氢以及加氢脱硫和脱氮等反应催化性能及其制备化学进行了综述．     

水稻RSSG8基因启动子与GUS融合基因的构建及在烟草中的瞬间表达

使用染色体步移(Genome walking)法，从籼稻(Oryza sativa subsp．indica)桂朝2号基因组中克隆到长度为471bp的水稻精细胞优势表达基因RSSG8的启动子片段R8PN，并进行了全序列测定和分析．该段序列中含有3个CAAT-box，6个Gobox和多种植物顺式作用元件，但没有发现典型的TATA-box，推测为一种特殊的启动子结构，为了鉴定RSSG8基因的基本启动子元件，将二条长度不同的5’端侧翼区缺失体(分别长471bp，260bp)定向插入载体pBI121中，取代原有的CaMV 35S启动子，构了驱动报告基因GUS的植物表达载体pRGUS1，pRGUS2，通过农杆菌介导的瞬时表达法转化烟草叶片和花粉，快速鉴定启动子片段中起关键作用的区域，结果显示两个缺失片段都能启动GUS的表达，可以初步判定这两个片段具有启动子功能。     

甘肃临泽凹凸棒石粘土矿开发应用研究

甘肃临泽凹土矿突出特点是含有植物动物必须和有益的全部19种微量元素．试验研究表明，临泽凹土对发展节水农业、提高农牧产品产量、改善产品品质、增进人类健康等具有重要的现实意义。     

荒漠化地区县级潜在土地利用冲突识别

选取荒漠化、土地利用冲突典型的宁夏盐池县为案例, 采用改进的LUCIS冲突识别模型, 构建基于建设、农业和生态用地倾向的3层潜在土地利用冲突评价指标体系, 借助冲突判别矩阵, 识别出4种潜在冲突类型区: 用地优势区、冲突微弱区、冲突一般区和冲突激烈区; 在此基础上, 又依据用地倾向强度级别组合, 细分为12种冲突类型。结果表明, 盐池县有58.90%的土地存在潜在土地利用冲突, 冲突等级以一般为主, 主要为建设用地与农业用地冲突、农业用地与生态用地冲突和三类用地的相互冲突; 有6.82%的区域发生冲突的风险性高, 主要为建设用地与农业用地间的冲突、农业用地与生态用地间的冲突; 另有40.88%的土地属于用地优势区。结合野外实际调研及近十年政策和制度研读, 对冲突的驱动因素进行分析, 并在利益相关者分析的基础上, 提出各类土地利用冲突的权衡策略。在生态脆弱地区建设、农业和生态3种类型用地潜在冲突识别及利益权衡方面进行了探索, 研究结果对维护荒漠化地区生态安全及社会经济可持续发展有现实意义。     

The Effect of Transportation and Housing Subsidies on Urban Sprawl

This paper analyses theoretically the effect of transportation and housing subsidies on urban sprawl,modal choice decisions and urban spatial structure using a spatial general equilibrium model in a monocentric city with two transport modes. Our analysis shows that public transit subsidy leads to urban shrink,whilst subsidizing automobile and housing make the city sprawl. We also find the effects of the other factors on urban sprawl,such as households income and demand,rural land rent,the income tax rate,the total fixed cost of public transit and automobile and the travelling marginal cost of public transit and automobile. Furthermore,this paper also studies how to maximize the urban-area-wide spatial equilibrium utility level.     

Damage evolution and failure mechanism of thermal barrier coatings under Vickers indentation by using acoustic emission technique

Acoustic emission(AE) technique was adopted to monitor the damage evolution of air plasma-sprayed(APS) yttria-partially-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) during instrumented indentation testing, and then the failure mechanisms were investigated by cluster analysis and wavelet transform methods.The results of cluster analysis showed that there were three classes associated with distinct failure types for the 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation. Based on wavelet transform, these three clusters could be clearly distinguished from their dominant frequency bands, which were concentrated on levels A5(0–156.25 kHz), D5(156.25–312.5 kHz) and D4(312.5–625 kHz), respectively. Thus, the failure mechanism of 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation could be clarified by the distribution of different failure types in indentation depth. To sum up, as indentation load increases, the 8YSZ coatings can accommodate the indenter by elastic or little plastic deformation, microcracks propagation and then debonding at the splat boundaries. By comparing the distribution of AE signals induced by different failure types in indentation depth for samples with different thermal exposure time, it can be inferred that thermal exposure treatment can accelerate the degradation of APS 8YSZ TBCs.     

深黄被孢霉Mortierella isabelina粉对小鼠LPO、SOD和免疫器官的影响

以昆明种小鼠为对象分别研究了深黄被孢霉粉对小鼠LPO、SOD、抗疲劳、耐缺氧等生理指标以及对脾脏、胸腺等免疫器官的影响。昆明种小鼠分组，分别灌服深黄被孢霉粉和等量生理盐水，每d1次，15d后测定各项生理指标。结果表明，试验组动物血清LPO含量比对照组下降0.8mmol/L,SOD含量升高187u/ml，抗疲劳时间延长62min，耐缺氧能力延长6min，胸腺指数增中1.7%，脾指数增加5.6%。结果显示深黄被孢霉粉具有拮抗自由基、延缓衰老、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抵抗不良环境和增强免疫功能的作用。     

传感器网络空间关键字近似Top-k查询算法

提出了一种基于节点剪枝的Top-k査询算法.定义集合支配区域与剪枝规则,根据用户查询位置的变动,按照给定的剪切规则,对传感器网络节点进行剪枝处理,将符合规则的节点预先筛除,运用统计学抽样理论,设计了空间关键字近似Top-k查询算法.在2个真实数据集上进行验证.实验结果表明,该算法能够满足传感器网络环境中用户的需求,并且相比于边界距离增量算法(IBD)与基于改进的MW-Voronoi区域的空间关键字查询算法(MSK-uvr),其网络通信开销较低.
