用噪声谱分析法定量诊断齿轮磨损

本文探讨了用齿轮噪声频谱分析来诊断齿轮磨损程度的方法。齿轮磨损后,其噪声频谱图中啮合频率的谐波族发生了很大变化。基于频谱谐皮分析,提出了能准确有效地定量诊断齿轮磨损的方法,并给出了相应的一批试验分析结果。试验研究表明,这些方法对齿轮振动信号的分析、对各种参数的直齿圆柱齿轮都是适用的。     

Preparation of PE/MMT nanocomposite by monomer intercalation and <Emphasis Type="Italic">in situ</Emphasis> copolymerization

The catalyst [(2-ArN=C(Me))₂C₅H₃N]FeCl₂ (Ar = 2-C₆H₄(i-Pr)) with methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst was intercalated between layers of montmorillonite (MMT) for ethylene oligomerization. Metallocene catalyst Me₂Si(Ind)₂ZrCl₂ and MAO was then added to form a dual functional catalytic system. A PE/MMT nanocomposite was prepared by copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins produced in situ from ethylene over the dual functional catalytic system. The catalytic system was of high polymeric activity. The resultant PE/MMT nanocomposites were stable and got increases in tensile strength and temperature of maximum weight loss (T_onset).

介绍了国内采用蓝宝石介质谐振器法测试Rs的几种不同的结构,该方法由低损耗高介电常数的蓝宝石构成,工作在TE011 δ谐振模式的介质谐振器,在温度为77K时,利用它对高温超导薄膜的微波表面电阻Rs进行测试。并且对目前国际和国内正在制定的Rs测试标准进行了讨论。     

Simultaneous Multithreading Fau Tolerance Processor

Transient fault detection mechanism is added to simultaneous muhithreading architecture. By exploiting both ILP (Instruction l~evel Parallelism) and TLP (Thread Level Parallelism), Simultaneous Multithreading(SMT) Fault Tolerance Processor can be expected to achieve better tradeoff between performance and hardware cost than traditional Fault Tolerance Processors. Detailed simulations of 3 of SPEC95 benchmarks show that executing two redundant programs on the fault-tolerant microarchitecture takes only 40%-61% longer than running a single version of the program. The new instruction fetch algorithm enhances the performance by 0. 4%～1% to most of the benchmarks we choose randomly.     

The terrestrial NPP simulations in China since Last Glacial Maximum

Based on Atmosphere-Vegetation Interaction Model （AVIM）, the magnitude and spatial distribution of terrestrial net primary productivity （NPP） in China is simulated during three different geological eras, Last Glacial Maximum （LGM）, Mid-Holocene （MH） and the present. The simulation shows that the glacial-interglacial variation of East Asian summer monsoon in China is the key factor affectfng the NPP change. During the three eras, mean NPPs are 208 g/m^2·a, 409 g/m^2·a, and 355 g/m^2·a. The total NPPs are 2.05 Pg/a, 3.89 Pg/a and 3.33 Pg/a, respectively. The terrestrial NPP in China during warm-humid climate is larger than that during cold-arid eras, and the correlation analysis between NPP and climate factors suggests that temperature is the primary factor affecting the terrestrial NPP during 21 kaBP （LGM）, and for 6 kaBP （MH） and the present the primary factor is precipitation.

High resolution stalagmite δ18O records over the past 1000 years from Dongge Cave in Guizhou

Based on MC-ICP-MS U-series dating andstable O-isotope analysis results, a 4-5 years resolution monsoon record over the past 1000 years has been established for two stalagmites from Dongge Cave, Guizhou. The high resolution oxygen isotope record serves as a proxy for variations in rainfall of Asian southwest monsoon over the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. A close relation of the δ18O record with the A^14C record from tree rings largely reflects impact of centennial-scale solar activity on the monsoon climate changes. The conspicuous decrease in the δ18O value at AD 1720 indicates an abrupt increase in monsoon rainfall, suggesting that an atmospheric-oceanic couple over the tropical Indian Ocean plays an important role in rapid increase of the Northern Hemisphere temperature over the last century.
