Mo/CuZSM-5的微波辐射法制备及其性能研究

借助微波辐射，制备出一系列具有不同Cu^2＋交换度的Mo／CuZSM-5催化剂，并探讨了交换液浓度、固液比、微波强度以及微波加热时间对交换度的影响．研究了不同交换方法、不同交换度下的催化剂对甲烷无氧芳构化反应的催化效果，并进一步对反应条件进行了优化．实验结果表明：交换液浓度和固液比对交换度有较大的影响；与室温离子交换法相比，微波辐射下的离子交换速率和交换度大幅度提高．对不同催化刺样品催化性能的研究结果表明：催化活性与Cu^2＋含量密切相关，Cu^2＋的适量引入有助于提高催化剂的活性和稳定性。红外光谱、X射线衍射测试结果表明：微波辐射离子交换并未改变分子筛载体的结构；Cu^2＋的引入促使更多的活性物种分布在催化剂外表面。     

极限编程初探

简单介绍了极限编程（XP）软件方法，讨论了使用极限编程的益处，进而结合自身项目经验和对极限编程的实践提出了适合当前软件业的9条实施建议，以期对提高软件生产质量和效率能有所裨益。     

黄嘴白鹭卵壳超微结构及组成元素的初步研究

以黄嘴白鹭(Egretta eulophotes)卵壳为材料,电镜下观察其超微结构,利用能谱分析其元素组成,并与其它鹭类进行比较,结果表明:黄嘴白鹭卵壳的基本结构与其它鹭科鸟类相似,包括壳膜、锥体层、柱状层和表层;但是,黄嘴白鹭卵壳的超微结构和组成元素与其它鹭科鸟类有所不同;黄嘴白鹭卵壳厚度为159.6μm±0.282 8(n=3),薄于池鹭(Ardeolabacchus),白鹭(Egretta garzetta)、牛背鹭(Bubulcus ibis)和夜鹭(Nyctycoraz nyctycoraz);黄嘴白鹭卵壳的主要元素由钙(17.49%±1.621)(n=3)、碳(21.95%±1.712)(n=3)、氧(60.81%士1.601)(n=3)组成;壳膜的主要组成元素包括钙(4.765%士0.261 6)(n=3)、氧(50.50%±0.487 9)(n=3)、碳(38.77%±0.459 6)(n=3)、硫(0.950 0%士0.056 6)(n=3)、镁(0.215%士0.212)(n=3).

Shift visual cryptography scheme of two secret images

A new visual cryptography scheme of two secret images, which is named the shift visual cryptography of two secret images, is given. The compound function family of a general construction model is also introduced. The uniqueness and validity of this model are proved, and the minimum rows and columns for realizing the scheme are obtained. Compared with visual cryptography of one secret image, the shift visual cryptography scheme can share two secret images with the same size of pixels expansion without losing the contrast. It has randomness and various forms, and furthermore, we can also visually recover two secret images even if the two shares are different in form and color.     

Rapid cold hardening process of insects and its ecologically adaptive significance

In contrast to overwintering cold hardening, a rapid cold hardening process has recently been described in insects. This process can rapidly enhance cold tolerance of insects in several hours or even minutes. The characteristics of rapid cold hardening include inducing conditions, cold hardening effects, and fitness costs. Physiological and biochemical mechanisms of rapid cold hardening include rapid changes in the phospholipid composition and the increase in hemolymph osmolalities, polyols production, proline and cold-induced proteins. Moreover, there are different views about the ecologically adaptive significance of rapid cold hardening in insects. This paper reviews research results about rapid cold hardening of insects since 1987, focusing on forms of cold injury, strategies of cold tolerance, and definitions, characteristics, physiological and biochemical mechanisms and adaptive significance of rapid cold hardening.     

Building of hFⅨ transgenic mice by spermatogenic cells

Human FⅨ expression vector pCMVⅨ was packaged by effectene^TM reagent and injected into mice seminiferous tubules with glass pipettes.The expressional frame of pCMVⅨ was examined by PCR and Southern blotting among 41 progenies.There were 2(4%) mice being integrated with hFⅨ gene into chromosomes.4.6ng/mL of hFⅨ protein was expressed in plasma of one mouse,which was tested by ELISA.We demonstrated that building of transgenic animals by spermatogonial stem cells is an efficient method.Meanwhile,it has also been proved to be an alternative choice for mammary gland bioreactor.     

干燥控制化学添加剂在制备硅气凝胶中的应用

以硅溶胶为主要原料,通过硅溶胶体系的凝胶过程中添加干燥控制化学添加剂(DCCA),并结合非超临界干燥技术制备了硅气凝胶,研究了DCCA对凝胶过程和最终所得气凝胶品质的影响。DCCA能使凝胶的生成时间增加,凝胶结构均匀化,构成凝胶的基本微粒的粒径有所减小。在一定的DCCA添加量范围内,随着DCCA添加量的增加,所得气凝胶样品的密度有所减小,比表面积增加,微观结构变得更加完善,孔分布也更加集中。不同DCCA对气凝胶品质的影响规律不尽相同,气凝胶的品质就有可能通过调节添加DCCA的种类和量得到控制。     

演绎数据库虚关系的内部表示

介绍了演绎数据库的系统结构，并着重介绍了基于SQL Serverr之上的递归查询算法和将以规则形式存放于外存的虚关系转化为内部表示的过程。

合成了(C2H5)4N+HCO-3*H2O加合物并用X射线单晶衍射解析了其晶体结构.晶体属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, a=0.8186(1) nm, b=1.5330(3) nm, c=0.9562(3)nm, β=97.82(2)°, Z=4, V=1.1888(5) nm3, Mr=209.28, ρc=1.169g*cm-3, μ(MοKα)=0.090mm-1, F(000)=464,对1837个独立衍射点的最终偏离因子R=0.0486.每个不对称单位由1个碳酸氢根离子、1个水分子与1个四乙基铵阳离子组成.阴离子和水分子之间通过氢键连成皱折纽带,被包含在四乙基铵阳离子列所形成的未完全封闭管道中.
