Field trial of an HTS filter system on a CDMA base station

This paper presents the field trial results of a high temperature superconductor filter system (HTSFS) in a code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile communication base station (BTS) in Tangshan, China. The center frequency of the HTSFS is 830 MHz with 1.4% fractional bandwidth. The noise figure (NF) of the HTSFS, including connectors and cables, is 0.8 dB. The field trial results show that after the HTSFS was installed in the receiver front-end of a CDMA base station, the transmitting power of handset was decreased by 3.1 dB on average. Up to now, the HTSFS has been running steadily in the base station for more than 22 months, demonstrating the reliability and stability of the system.     

Interaction of aloe-emodin with human serum albumin

The presence of several high affinity binding sites on human serum albumin (HSA) makes it a possible target for many drugs. This study is designed to examine the effect of aloe-emodin on HSA by fluo-rescence, CD spectroscopy and molecular modeling. The results of fluorescence measurements sug-gested that the hydrophobic interaction was the predominant intermolecular force stabilizing the AE-HSA complex, which was in good agreement with the result of molecular modeling study. And the enthalpy change ΔH0 and the entropy change ΔS0 were calculated to be -7.041 kJ·mol-1 and 76.619 J·mol-1·K-1 according to the Van't Hoff equation. The alterations of protein secondary structure in the presence of AE in aqueous solution were quantitatively calculated from CD spectra, and the content of α-helices obviously increased.     

Magnetism in Mn and Co doped ZnO bulk samples

Bulk samples with nominal composition Zn0.95Co0.05O and Zn0.92Co0.05Mn0.03O were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method at 600℃.X-ray diffraction experiment showed that the peaks of secondary phase Co3O4 with a cubic structure were visible in both samples,besides the main peaks of wurtzite structure as ZnO.Magnetization measurement indicated that doping Co alone can induce ferromag- netism in ZnO itself,while the introduction of Mn significantly enhances ferromagnetism.However, both samples showed different magnetic behavior at temperatures below 50 K.It was also noted that ferromagnetic coupling interaction was weakened due to the presence of antiferromagnetic Co3O4.     

Feature-point-extracting-based automatically mosaic for composite microscopic images

Image mosaic is a crucial step in the three-dimensional reconstruction of composite materials to align the serial images. A novel method is adopted to mosaic two SiC/Al microscopic images with an amplification coefficient of 1000. The two images are denoised by Gaussian model, and feature points are then extracted by using Harris corner detector. The feature points are filtered through Canny edge detector. A 40×40 feature template is chosen by sowing a seed in an overlapped area of the reference image, and the homologous region in floating image is acquired automatically by the way of correlation analysis. The feature points in matched templates are used as feature point-sets. Using the transformational parameters acquired by SVD-ICP method, the two images are transformed into the universal coordinates and merged to the final mosaic image.

文章在对高校使用“校园一卡通”进行分析的基础上，以IC卡为信息载体，对校园消费、管理系统的组成、硬件的构成及网络系统进行了设计.     

蛋白质三维空间统一坐标系的建立

目的构建蛋白质三维结构的统一坐标系。方法利用蛋白质原子的质量作为权重,根据每个原子的位置信息求出蛋白质的质心,以此作为统一坐标系的坐标原点;再利用蛋白质位置坐标的二阶矩构造的矩阵求出蛋白质主成分的坐标向量,作为蛋白质三维坐标的基轴。结果编程实现了蛋白质统一坐标系的建立。结论该方法有效可行,为后续的蛋白质结构研究奠定基础。     

复射影空间中全实2-调和伪脐子流形

本文主要探讨了复射影空间CPn中实2-调和伪脐子流形与极小流形及全测地子流形之间的关系,给出该类子流形一些Pinching结果.     

中国传媒产业发展的几点认识和思考

传媒产业作为潜力巨大、前景诱人的朝阳产业,正在迅速崛起。在我国传媒产业的发展中,充分认识传媒产业与其它产业、经济价值与社会价值、传播者与受众以及规模与效益等关系,是理论与实践并重的课题。在加强我国传媒产业发展过程中,需要着力解决目前存在的观念滞后、体制不活、人才短缺等几个方面的问题。     

废弃印刷线路板超临界CO2回收实验研究

研究了以超临界CO2回收处理废弃印刷线路板的工艺过程，实验表明在270℃、35MPa和4h的反应条件下，线路板各材料层分离效果明显，金属材料层和玻璃纤维强化层可以很容易地实现各自的高效率回收再利用．分析了温度、压力、反应时间对线路板分层效果的影响，采用ANSYS8．0软件分析了超临界流体环境下印刷线路板内部的应力分布．实验结果表明：线路板分层的直接原因是由于高温高压产生的内部应力以及树脂层粘结材料被超临界流体破坏；分层效果受温度影响较大．     

紫花苜蓿高频体细胞胚与次生胚再生体系的建立

通过系统地对紫花苜蓿体细胞胚发生以及次生胚发生途径中若干影响因子的比较研究,建立了紫花苜蓿高频体细胞胚和次生胚再生体系.结果表明,体细胞胚再生体系及次生胚再生体系均具有严格的基因型依赖性,不同的品种间以及同一品种内的不同株系间再生频率存在较大差别;MSO培养基可作为胚状体成苗培养基,但次生胚在MSO培养基中成苗率较低而再次形成新的胚状体;改良无激素SH培养基可有效终止次生胚的发生,并诱导次生胚成苗.此外,从6个紫花苜蓿品种中筛选到3个具有较强胚状体再生能力的品种,6个高胚状体发生能力的株系,2个具有较强的次生胚发生能力的株系,为进一步的遗传转化奠定了基础.
