中国双距拟天牛属分类(鞘翅目,拟天牛科)

对中国双距拟天牛属Diplectrus Kirsch,1866进行了分类整理,给出已知种检索表,描述1新种:二斑双距拟天牛D.bistigmaeus sp.nov.(中国:西藏)和1中国新纪录种:栗色双距拟天牛D.casta-neicollisvihla,1999.模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆.     

基于广义复合多尺度熵的两相流动力学分析

多尺度熵(MSE)作为一种度量非线性时间序列复杂程度的有效分析方法,已被应用于两相流动力学特性分析.针对MSE分析中粗粒化方式的不足,采用方差代替均值以及复合化熵值的广义复合多尺度熵(GCMSE)对几种典型时间序列进行了分析.与MSE相比,GCMSE分析有效且熵值的稳定性表现更好.在此基础上,分析了125种不同流动条件下垂直上升管内气液两相流3种典型流型的压差波动时间序列.研究结果表明:泡状流、塞状流、混状流的GCMSE均随尺度因子的增大而增大,但熵值增长速率存在明显的差异,在低尺度因子下熵值增长速率能够用来表征不同流型,在中高尺度因子下熵值波动特征能够映射不同流型的非线性动力学特性.     

Accurate whole-genome sequencing and haplotyping from 10 to 20 human cells

Recent advances in whole-genome sequencing have brought the vision of personal genomics and genomic medicine closer to reality. However, current methods lack clinical accuracy and the ability to describe the context (haplotypes) in which genome variants co-occur in a cost-effective manner. Here we describe a low-cost DNA sequencing and haplotyping process, long fragment read (LFR) technology, which is similar to sequencing long single DNA molecules without cloning or separation of metaphase chromosomes. In this study, ten LFR libraries were made using only ～100?picograms of human DNA per sample. Up to 97% of the heterozygous single nucleotide variants were assembled into long haplotype contigs. Removal of false positive single nucleotide variants not phased by multiple LFR haplotypes resulted in a final genome error rate of 1 in 10?megabases. Cost-effective and accurate genome sequencing and haplotyping from 10-20 human cells, as demonstrated here, will enable comprehensive genetic studies and diverse clinical applications.     

一维新型函数的光子晶体

提出一种新型函数光子晶体, 其折射率为空间位置函数.  先由费马原理给出光在一维函数光子晶体中的运动方程,  推导后得到传输矩阵, 再给出一维函数光子晶体的色散关系、 带隙结构和透射率, 并通过选择不同折射率分布函数n(z)得到比常规光子晶体更宽或更窄的能隙结构.     

Single-channel currents in isolated patches of plasma membrane from basal surface of pancreatic acini

Precise localization and characterization of conductance pathways in glandular epithelia have so far proved difficult. The patch-clamp technique for high resolution current recording, which has already been applied successfully to a number of electrically excitable cells, can in principle overcome these difficulties. We now report measurements of single-channel currents from isolated patches of plasma membrane (inside-out) from the baso-lateral surface of collagenase-isolated rat and mouse pancreatic acini. We have identified a cation channel having a conductance of approximately 30 pS and a mean open time in the range 0.3-1 s which is dependent on internal calcium. The single-channel current-voltage relationship is linear and the mean open time independent of the membrane potential. These channels may, at least in part, account for the Ca2+-mediated neural and hormonal control of pancreatic acinar membrane conductance, which is probably responsible for the Ca2+-dependent acinar fluid secretion.     

A novel class II MHC molecule with unusual tissue distribution.

The repertoire of mature class II-restricted T cells is generated through a complex process of selection whereby early T cells confront class II molecules in the thymus, especially on epithelial cells. Expression of class II molecules on such cells is prominent both in the cortex and in the medulla. We have identified a novel class II molecule, H-20, which is expressed only in epithelial cells of the thymic medulla and in B cells. The unusual tissue distribution and the nonpolymorphic nature of H-20 suggest that its function is different from that of classical class II molecules.     

磁场作用下铝合金的微观结构

研究了铝锌、铝镁、铝铜二元合金分别在直流磁场、交流磁场或脉冲磁场中凝固后的微观结构·结果表明,在各种磁场中凝固的试样与未经磁场处理的试样相比,X射线衍射谱中的(111)晶面的衍射峰一般得到增强·在磁场中凝固的试样,其晶格常数均有明显变化,溶质元素在αAl中的固溶度均有显著增加·
