深圳地铁车站通风与火灾的仿真模拟及现场测试

地铁环境控制通风系统的任务是在正常运行期间为地铁乘客提供舒适的环境,以及在紧急情况下能够迅速疏散乘客并尽可能减少损失．不同城市的气候条件、室外温湿度差异很大,因此选用何种环控方案,应根据客观条件、工程造价、运行效果等方面综合分析．为此,结合深圳地铁一号线的设计情况,建立了地铁车站的物理模型和数学模型,根据设计条件和实验情况确定物理模型的边界条件,分别对地铁车站正常工况和火灾工况进行了模拟分析与现场测试,并将模拟结果与实测结果进行了对比分析,验证了CFD模拟的可行性和正确性．     

Glycoside effect upon membrane enzymes of erythrocytes and muscle in duck myopathy

Zusammenfassung Skelettmuskelmembrane und Erythrozytenstromata normaler Enten zeigen eine adenosine triphosphatase Aktivität, die durch das herzaktive Glykosid Ouabain gehemmt wird. Das gleiche Material von Enten mit Myopathien zeigte eine durch Ouabain stimulierte ATPase-Aktivität.     

Pancreatic polypeptide: A possible role in the regulation of food intake in the mouse. Hypothesis

Summary Pancreatic polypeptide (PP) is a recently identified hormone produced by pancreatic endocrine cells. The islets of genetically obese mice (ob/ob, C57 BL/6J), which are suspected to lack a circulating satiety factor, contain relatively few of the PP-producing cells. Administration of bovine pancreatic polypeptide (bPP) reduces food intake and suppresses body weight gain in the hyperphagic obese mice. It is postulated that PP participates in the regulation of food intake in a manner as yet undefined.This work was supported by grant No. 3.553.75 from Swiss National Science Foundation. Dentinogenesis imperfecta (DGI) is characterized by discolored teeth with an opalescent sheen and dentin that fails to support enamel, causing it to easily chip. Two new studies show that DGI is associated with mutations in DSPP, a gene encoding dentin sialophosphoprotein that is processed into two proteins: dentin sialoprotein (DSP) and dentin phosphoprotein (DPP). These are key components of the dentin extracellular matrix (DECM). Notably, missense mutations in DSPP are also associated with progressive hearing loss.     

基于遗传算法的压缩机故障诊断

研究遗传算法在全封闭压缩机故障诊断中的实现,利用遗传算法的寻优特性,搜索出特征参数的最佳组合,利用行征参数的不同最佳组合分压缩机故障,将人工进化训练后生成的特征参数组合用于压缩机故障诊断试验,结果表明,有效提高了诊断精度,该方法对于压缩机故障诊断行之有效,且对机械系统故障诊断具有普遍意义。     

叶片泵定子内曲线轨迹辨识问题的研究

针对最小二乘法辨识叶片泵定子内曲线存在无法确定理论过渡曲线准确位置的缺点,提出了一种辨识曲线轨迹的新方法──残差分析法,解决了最小二乘法不能解决的问题,同时对高压叶片泵的大半径圆弧的包角提出了新的观点．
