We investigated the critical influence of in-situ nanoparticles on the mechanical properties and hydrogen embrittlement (HE) of high-strength steel. The results reveal that the mechanical strength and elongation of quenched and tempered steel (919 MPa yield strength, 17.11% elongation) are greater than those of hot-rolled steel (690 MPa yield strength, 16.81% elongation) due to the strengthening effect of in-situ Ti3O5–Nb(C,N) nanoparticles. In addition, the HE susceptibility is substantially mitigated to 55.52%, approximately 30% lower than that of steels without in-situ nanoparticles (84.04%), which we attribute to the heterogeneous nucleation of the Ti3O5 nanoparticles increasing the density of the carbides. Compared with hard TiN inclusions, the spherical and soft Al2O3–MnS core–shell inclusions that nucleate on in-situ Al2O3 particles could also suppress HE. 针对工业机器人能耗复杂,动态性强,实时功率难以预测的问题,在对机器人系统中永磁同步电机、伺服驱动器等功能部件能耗分析的基础上,提出了工业机器人功率等效模型.该模型通过高阶多项式建立起机器人损耗功率与电机扭矩、电机角速度的映射关系,其系数通过最小二乘法求解,可以在机器人电机参数未知的条件下进行功率预测.结果表明,基于功率模型的理论计算值和实验测量值的均方根相对误差为8.11%,证明了功率模型和辨识参数的正确性. 相似文献

Six soil enzymes (invertase, acid phosphatase, proteinase, catalase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase ) were chosen for investigation under different spruce forests with restoration ages of 4,10,16 years and an old-growth spruce forest over 400 years old in the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China. Results showed that the activities of invertase, phosphatase, proteinase, catalase and peroxidase decreased in newly restored forests except for pholyphenoloxidase. With the development of forests after restoration, the activities of invertase, acid phosphadase, proteinase increased gradually. Our study also indicated that the soil enzyme activities were associated with surface soils and decreased with depths. This result suggested that in the earlier restoration stage the application of organic fertilizer may be more effective by surface addition to soils than deep addition. 相似文献

The interaction between apoCopC and cupric was investigated by fluorescence spectra, in phosphate (20 mmol/L) buffer at pH 6.0. Results suggest that the environment is measured to be hydrophobic completely around tryptophan (83). At the same time, apoCopC fluorescence at 320 nm was significantly quenched with the addition of cupric and the 1:1 stoichiometric ratio of apoCopC to cupric was confirmed by fluorescence. In addition, the conditional binding constants were calculated to be Kcu-copc=(1.8±0.58)×10^13 mol^-1 L on the basis of the results of fluorescence titration curves.
