抗日战争胜利前后国统区的民主政治思潮

抗战胜利前后民主政治思潮的兴起不仅是当时国际和国内局势变化的反映，而且是民主政治运动长期发展的历史新阶段。它不是旧式民主思想的简单再现，而是在延续中的跃进和深化。它以西方民主政治为蓝本、以建立民主国家为目标，其对政治民主化、经济民主化、军事和文化民主化的诉求在许多方面“带有新民主主义的性质”。它对于促进抗战、更新民族心理素质和改良文化土壤、推进历史进程与深化对民主进程的认识等具有积极意义和进步作用。但由于历史和阶级的局限，又缺乏深厚的群众基础，因而这次民主政治思潮也就失去了实现其主张的现实土壤。     

Review of the fatigue behavior of hard coating–ductile substrate systems

With the wide application of coating materials in aerospace and other fields, their safety under fatigue conditions in service is important.However, research on the fatigue properties of ceramic hard coatings started late, and a unified standard is yet to be established to evaluate the fatigue life of hard coating–ductile substrate systems.Studies also present different opinions on whether coatings can improve or reduce the fatigue life of substrates.In this paper, the influence of the properties of ceramic coatings on fatigue performance is reviewed, and the effects of coating on the mechanism of fatigue crack initiation in substrates are discussed, aiming to help readers understand the fatigue behavior of hard coating–ductile substrate systems.

Loss of cytosolic serine hydroxymethyltransferase in a formate mutant ofNeurospora crassa

Summary In the wild type ofNeurospora crassa serine hydroxymethyltransferase occurs in the cytosol and mitochondria. The formate mutant (FGSC 9) lacks the cytosolic activity but has increased levels of isocitrate lyase and glyoxylate aminotransferase. Glycine is derived from glyoxylate in the mutant.

关于矩阵共轭特征值的若干估计

给出了矩阵共轭特征值的Gerschgorin型估计式,得到了最小下界的某些估计.     

Observation of directional change of core field inside flux ropes within one reconnection diffusion region in the Earth’s magnetotail

Two consecutive magnetic flux ropes, separated by less than 30 s （△t 〈 30 s）, are observed within one magnetic reconnection diffusion region without strong guide field in the Earth＇s magnetotail by Cluster multispacecraft. The flux ropes are characterized by bipolar signatures of the south-north magnetic field component Bz accompanied with strong core magnetic field By, intense current J and density depletions inside of them. In spite of the small but non-trivial global scale negative guide field （-By）, there exists a directional change of the core fields of two flux ropes, i.e., -By for the first one, and ＋By for the second one. The directions of the core fields are the same as the ambient cross-tail magnetic field component （By） just outside of flux ropes. Therefore, we suggest that the core field of flux ropes is formed by compression of the local preexisting By and that the directional change of core field is due to the change of local preexisting By. Such a change in ambient By might be caused by some microscale physics.     

低渗透油藏老井侧钻技术研究与应用

低渗透油藏具有典型的低渗、低压,非均质性强和天然微裂缝发育特征。油藏经注水补充能量开发后开发矛盾突出,导致高含水井或水淹井比例增多和油藏采出程度低,严重影响了整体开发效果。鉴于目前针对高含水井或水淹井治理难度大的问题,立足低渗透油藏开发特征,在明确了水驱后剩余油分布规律和调研了512″套管井开窗侧钻技术现状的基础上,提出了利用大斜度井分段压裂改造提高剩余油动用程度的技术思路。针对侧钻井改造技术难点,对储层改造工艺技术进行了筛选和优化,在实现分段压裂改造提高储层泄流面积的同时,有效降低了施工安全风险。为提高暂堵压裂效果,并配套研发了耐压性高和稳定性强的关键性堵剂。现场试验表明,采用老井侧钻方式改造效果显著,是开展低渗透油藏水淹井治理的有效手段之一,为后续提高油藏开发效果具有一定的借鉴意义。
