Study on Test Methods for Flow Ability of Superfine Powder Extinguishing Agent

According to the physical and chemical characteristics of superfine powder extinguishing agent, three test methods are selected to measure the flow ability. By studying and comparing various test methods, apparatus and conditions, the optimum method and conditions to test flow property of superfine powder extinguishing agent are confirmed.     

Challenges and Innovations in the Sutong Bridge Foundation Project

This article introduces three outstanding innovations, i.e. utilization of the steel casing for the piles to estab- lish a construction platform for Sutong Bridge＇ s large and deep-pile groups; 5000 ton steel cofferdam lowered as a whole and used as a protective structure against impact from ship collision; Permanent scour protection. This article also pres- ents economical and reasonable design method for large bridge foundation and explains the significance of innovation and technical integration to large and complicated project construction based on the above theory.

Trans-splicing in C. elegans generates the negative RNAi regulator ERI-6/7

Mutations that enhance the response to double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) have revealed components of the RNA interference (RNAi) pathway or related small RNA pathways. To explore these small RNA pathways, we screened for Caenorhabditis elegans mutants displaying an enhanced response to exogenous dsRNAs. Here we describe the isolation of mutations in two adjacent, divergently transcribed open reading frames (eri-6 and eri-7) that fail to complement. eri-6 and eri-7 produce separate pre-messenger RNAs (pre-mRNAs) that are trans-spliced to form a functional mRNA, eri-6/7. Trans-splicing of eri-6/7 is mediated by a direct repeat that flanks the eri-6 gene. Adenosine to inosine editing within untranslated regions of eri-6 and eri-7 pre-mRNAs reveals a double-stranded pre-mRNA intermediate, forming in the nucleus before splicing occurs. The ERI-6/7 protein is a superfamily I helicase that both negatively regulates the exogenous RNAi pathway and functions in an endogenous RNAi pathway.     

Improved verifiability scheme for data storage in cloud computing

In Cloud computing,data and service requests are responded by remote processes calls on huge data server clusters that are not totally trusted.The new computing pattern may cause many potential security threats.This paper explores how to ensure the integrity and correctness of data storage in cloud computing with user’s key pair.In this paper,we aim mainly at constructing of a quick data chunk verifying scheme to maintain data in data center by implementing a balance strategy of cloud computing costs,removing the heavy computing load of clients,and applying an automatic data integrity maintenance method.In our scheme,third party auditor (TPA) is kept in the scheme,for the sake of the client,to periodically check the integrity of data blocks stored in data center.Our scheme supports quick public data integrity verification and chunk redundancy strategy.Compared with the existing scheme,it takes the advantage of ocean data support and high performance.     

中国房价与租赁价格关系研究

利用1999～2009年中国房屋销售价格指数和房屋租赁价格指数季度数据,运用季节调整、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验及脉冲响应等方法,对房价与租金的关系进行了实证分析.研究表明,中国房价与租金不存在长期稳定的均衡关系,短期内房价变动不影响租金变动,而租金变动影响房价变动,但影响力有限.从需求面看,房价变动主要由投资和投机需求而非自住需求引起;租金上涨使部分有自住需求的人转向房屋购买,引起房价上涨,但此部分人不是买卖市场的主导者,所以影响力有限.     

货币交易的演化模型

提出了一个演化模型,用以研究经济是如何从物物交换转变为货币交易的.应用复制动态方程描述了有限理性的个体转变策略的过程.研究结果表明,当货币交易的概率大于物物交换的概率时,个体的策略将从拒绝货币转变为接受货币.从而解决了在货币搜寻模型中物物交换均衡无法转变为货币均衡的难题.     

曲克芦丁钯配合物对Heck芳基化反应的催化性能研究

制备了曲克芦丁钯配合物,利用红外光谱分析仪、紫外光谱分析仪对配合物进行了表征.考察了催化剂对芳基卤与丙烯酸的Heck芳基化反应的催化性能.结果表明:曲克芦丁钯配合物能够有效地催化对芳基卤和丙烯酸的Heck芳基化反应,产率可达70%以上.尤其是对碘苯与丙烯酸的反应,具有更好的催化性能.
