RH生产超低碳钢的工艺优化

通过建立ＲＨ真空处理脱碳数学模，研究了「Ｃ」０、「Ｏ」０、吹氩流量、浸入管内径对脱碳效果的影响，模型计算结果表明，针对某厂ＲＨ处理工艺，若适当提高转炉出钢「Ｃ」，降低出钢「Ｏ」，即可满足钢中「Ｃ」的要求，又可降低脱碳终点「Ｏ」从而减少脱氧合金的消耗。     

离散参数复值鞅的性质

引进离散参数复值鞅，借助于离散参实值鞅的性质，通过求条件数学期望，给出离散参数复值鞅的某些性质，给出离散参数复值鞅的实例。     

Photoluminescence from Ge-SiO2 thin films and its mechanism

Ge-SiO₂ thin films were deposited on p-type Si substrates using the radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering technique with a Ge-SiO₂ composite target. Films were annealed in N₂ ambience for 30 min at 300℃—1000℃ with an interval of 100℃. Through the X-ray diffraction, the average size of Ge nanocrystals (nc-Ge) was determined. They increased from 3.9 to 6.1 nm with increasing annealing temperature in the range of 600℃—1000℃. Under ultraviolet excitation, all samples emit a strong violet band centered at 396 nm. With the formation of nc-Ge, the samples exhibit another emission of orange band with the peak at 580 nm and its intensity increases with the increasing size of nc-Ge. The peak positions of two bands do not shift obviously. Experimental data indicate that the violet band comes from GeO defect and the orange band originates mainly from the luminescence centers at the interface between the nc-Ge and SiO₂ matrix.     

Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution of Poly (1,1,2,2- Tetrahy-droperfluorodecyl Acrylate)

Poly(1,1,2,2- tetrahydroperfluorodecyl acrylate) (poly (TA-N)) was synthesized in laboratory. The resulting morphology of rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) sprays of poly(TA - N) was investigated. At apre - expansion temperature of 45℃), amorphous polymer was formed. At temperature around 60 ℃ to 80 ℃ , fibers were formed. Increase of temperature increasesparticle size slightly. At temperature of 105℃ , most of particles are spheres. The RESS is an attractive process. To apply the polymers desired for coating applications in an organic solvent - free process that is economically viable , and it will have implications for pollution prevention during polymer film formation     

化学镀制备SiC/Ni-P功能梯度材料

通过对化学复合镀Ｎｉ－Ｐ－ＳｉＣ复合镀层的研究，找到了制备ＳｉＣ／Ｎｉ－Ｐ功能梯度材料的工艺方法．并采用光学显微镜、电子探针分析仪、透射电镜等方法和手段对ＳｉＣ／Ｎｉ－Ｐ功能梯度材料的组织、形貌和成分进行了研究．结果表明，功能梯度材料的微观结构与材料成分梯度分布之间有很好的对应关系．     

区域可持续发展定量评估方法及其应用

提出了区域可持续发展水平和能力指标体系，给出了单项评价、权重确定和综合评价。根据1998年统计数据，对甘肃省临夏州7县1市的可持续发展水平进行了评估，并简述了发展对策。     

绿色GDP相关问题的探讨

GDP是反映当期新创造财富的价值总量,这一指标忽视了社会为经济增长所付出的沉重代价,是一种失真的经济图象。而绿色GDP的提出,恰恰弥补了现行GDP在核算中的不足,构造了一个能充分反映经济资源、环境因素的总量指标。     

EQ6100汽油机活塞销偏置的研究

本文从理论上分析了发动机活塞销偏置的目的,提出将EQ6100汽油机活塞销由原来向主推力面偏置改为向次推力面偏置。实验结果表明,活塞销改为向次推力面偏置后,发动机的经济性及动力性均得到了改善。     

烯烃的高锰酸钾羟基化的条件

在现行的各种有机化学教科书中,对烯烃的高锰酸钾羟基化反应的介质条件叙述很不一致,本文旨在论证只有在较强的碱性介质中,用冷的稀高锰酸钾水溶液氧化烯烃时,才有利于烯烃转变为邻二醇。     

从EPRI工程计算方法看Burdekin COD设计曲线

分析了 Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ ＣＯＤ设计曲线的不足点，建立了由 ＥＰＲＩ工程计算方法求原裂纹尖端张开位移的转换公式，藉以考查Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ设计曲线的保守程度。文中的实例指出：Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ设计曲线只适用于以脆断为主要破坏形式的各种构件的预测，而对于以延性撕裂为主要破坏形式的构件，设计曲线的预测偏于保守，在安全评定的应用上受到限制。
