通过光学活性的 2 ,2’-二取代 1 ,1’-联萘和间吡啶桥的连结 ,成功地合成了一种新型分子内双螺旋化合物 .其结构经 MS、NMR和元素分析得到确定     

Correlation of coral fluorescence with nearshore rainfall and runoff in Hainan Island, South China Sea

Under UV-laser excitation, the Porites coral from Longwan bay waters. Hainan Island, could emit yellow-green fluorescence. After fitting the data of the fluorescent intensity (FI) of the coral with the rainfall (RF) in nearshore area of Qionghai. a good relationship between FI and RF was found with a linear formula of RF = 889 — 4.54 FI and a correlation coefficient of 0.78. Based on this formula, the rainfall sequence from 1982 to 1997 has been reconstructed. The peak annual rainfall is usually related to global El nino events. By fitting the data of the fluorescent intensity and the runoff (RO). a quadric formula was obtained as RO = — 0.0279FI —18.59 FI - 950.9 with a correlation coefficient of 0.74. The reconstructed runoff sequence from 1982 to 1997 coincided with the rainfall occurrence. The results indicate that flood and drought incidents in coastal areas of the south China are affected by global change to a great extent.     

Temporal-spatial characteristics of vegetation cover and desertification of China by using remote sensing data

Based on the NOAA advanced very high resolution radiometer (NOAA-AVHRR) remote sensing data of 1982 — 1999. the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) reflecting the surface vegetation cover has been obtained. Using the empirical orthogonal function analysis, the temporal-spatial eigenvectors of NDVI are given, and the characteristics of the spatial distribution of vegetation cover and its temporal variation together with the desertification of China are analyzed. It is found that the surface vegetation cover has seriously deteriorated in most part of China since 1995. along with the intensified desertification. All these are mainly caused by human activities although the climate change is responsible for the damage of surface vegetation cover to some extent.     

Construction of human and mouse brain cDNA libraries and isolation of full-length cDNAs

cDNA libraries from aborted human 3-month fetal brain,adult rat and mouse brain were constructed by using a yZAP express cDNA library construction kin.Low molecular weight fragments of the second strand cDNASA were removed by flowing through the Sepharose CL-4B column and the frractionated long,Middle,Short fragments and the combined fragments weire respectively inserted into clone vectors to construct the cDNA libraries of the brain of human 3-month fetus.The 5'ends of 1200 clones from each of human fetal brain cDNA libraries were sequenced.A total of 894 ESTs were obtained and some full-length clones were squenced.By andalyaing the se-quences,12 novel full-length cDNAs were obtained.     

Reductase activity of human thioredoxin-like protein and its effects on cell apoptosis

Thioredoxin is a ubiquitous dithiol oxidoreductase found in many organisms and involved in numerous biochemical processes. Human thioredoxin-like protein (hTRXL) is differentially expressed at different development stages of human fetal cerebrum and belongs to an expanding family of thioredoxins. Recombinant hTRXL and truncated hTRXLs corresponding to the N-terminal (hTRXL-N) and C-terminal (hTRXL-C) domains are expressed and purified. In insulin disulfide reduction assay, both full-length hTRXL and hTRXL-N show reducing activity for the insulin disulfide bonds. As expected, the hTRXL-C failed to reduce insulin. MCF-7 cell stably transfected with hTRXL cDNA exhibits increased sensitivity to apoptosis induced by phorbol myristic acetate (PMA) and ionomysin.     

高精度定位传感器及其在混联切削机器人中的应用

针对混联切削机器人加工定位的特点，设计了一种高精度定位传感器。并通过应用此定位传感器开发了一种由串联驱动的工作台和并联驱动的动平台，可根据加工需要自动快速、精确回零的高精度定位系统，从而实现了工作台和刀具自动快速适应混联切削机器人的加工要求。此系统对于它类型机器人及数控机床的自动回零定位具有一定的通用性。     

杀虫剂对菜螟防效和萝卜农艺性状直线相关研究

20 0 0年 ,进行了 5种杀虫剂对萝卜主要害虫——菜螟的防效试验。结果表明 ,药后 9d,2 .5 %菜喜6 0 0倍液 ,10 %除尽 180 0倍液两种杀虫剂对菜螟的防治效果良好。两种杀虫剂对菜螟的防效与萝卜农艺性状之间呈极显著直线相关     

TC复合酸化解堵技术的研究与应用

针对河南油田由于地层黏土颗粒运移、分散膨胀 ,细菌、有机物堵塞等因素造成地层污染的问题 ,研制开发了 TC复合酸化解堵剂 .对 TC复合酸的解堵机理进行了初步的分析 ,并对 TC复合酸的解堵性能进行了室内评价 .研究结果表明 :TC复合酸与地层水及原油有良好的配伍性 ;能有效地降低有机聚合物的黏度 ,解除有机物对地层的污染 ;能 1 0 0 %的杀死硫酸盐还原菌 ;明显地增大地层渗透率 ,解除无机物造成的污染 .现场 3口井应用结果表明 :TC复合酸比常规酸化有效期长 ,效果明显 ,增注幅度大 .     

基于动态分段技术的城市管网空间数据库

针对传统的孤段－结点拓扑关系模型在建立线形要素空间数据库中存在的问题，利用动态分段技术提出了建立城市管网空间数据库的技术方案。详细介绍了动态分段技术的3个基本概念即路径、度量和事件，系统地分析了城市管网的空间数据模型。最后将动态分段技术与城市管网模型结合，提出了实用性强的城市管网空间数据库逻辑设计方法，该数据库具有数据冗余低，数据维护方便、高效、简便的特点。     

山西煤炭工业可持续发展评价方法及应用研究

通过对八大矿区可持续发展现状的调研，运用模糊综合评判方法及层次分析法，提出了山西煤炭工业可持续发展评价指标体系、评价模型，并在此基础上，对八大矿区的可持续发展程度进行了综合评价。
