Circadian rhythm of progesterone secretion during pseudogestation in the rat

Résumé Par des canulations toutes les 6 heures chez des rattes le 7ème jour de la pseudogestation nous avons pu mettre en évidence un pic de progestérone entre 09.00 et 11.00. Sur la base de nos résultats (progestérone, 20 -OH-progestérone, poids des ovaires et corps jaune) et de la publication deFreeman etNeill ³ nous discutons le rôle de la LTH comme régulation possible de ce phénomène.

Storage of purified plant viruses in the unfrozen state free of microbial contamination

Résumé On décrit une méthode d'accumulation des virus végétaux. Elle ne comprend pas la congélation ou la conservation chimique. La contamination microbienne est évitée par filtration á travers un microfiltre aseptique placé dans un réservoir également aseptique.     

The relation between cell proliferation and adenylate cyclase activity in grafts of 3-methylcholanthrene induced mouse uterine cervical tumors

Summary In transplanted uterine cervical tumors, induced by 3-methylcholanthrene, a significant negative correlation was obtained between adenylate cyclase activity and cell proliferation.     

Unstable genetic system inDrosophila melanogaster: I. Instability at theCinnabar locus

Summary A mutant strain containing acinnabar allele (cn ^rbr ,rojo brillante) is reported, that produces wild-type revertants at thecinnabar (cn) locus. Incn ^rbr /cn heterozygotes the rate of mutation is highly increased. The presence of a mutator agent acting premeiotically is indicated.D.L. Lindsley and E.H. Preparation and properties of hexitol-lysyl conjugates

Summary The facile preparation of hexitol-lysyl derivatives is reported.
