基于贝叶斯推断的脉冲星偏振位置角拟合算法

脉冲星辐射束的偏振位置角与相位的关系可用旋转矢量模型(RVM)描述,现有的Levenberg-Marquardt非线性拟合和格点搜寻算法对RVM的拟合存在效率低、易过拟合等问题。本文发展了一套基于贝叶斯推断的马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛算法(MCMC),并用该方法对已有文献中的10颗脉冲星偏振位置角进行了拟合。结果表明,MCMC算法不仅能得到与已有文献一致的结果,而且该算法具有高效、不易过拟合、能更好地估计参数的可信度区间等优点。     

Design and fabrication of 1-D semiconductor nanomaterials for high-performance photovoltaics

To date, the cost-effective utilization of solar energy by photovoltaics for large-scale deployment remains challenging. Further cost minimization and efficiency maximization, through reduction of material consumption, simplification of device fabrication as well as optimization of device structure and geometry, are required. The usage of 1D nanomaterials is attractive due to the outstanding light coupling effect, the ease of fabrication, and integration with one-dimensional(1-D) semiconductor materials. The light absorption efficiency can be enhanced significantly, and the corresponding light-toelectricity conversion efficiency can be as high as their bulk counterparts. Also, the amount of active materials used can be reduced. This review summarizes the recent development of 1-D nanomaterials for photovoltaic applications, including the anti-reflection, the light absorption,the minority diffusion, and the semiconductor junction properties. With solid progress and prospect shown in the past 10 years, 1-D semiconductor nanomaterials are attractive and promising for the realization of high-efficiency and low-cost solar cells.     

聚丙烯腈/羟乙基纤维素共混体系溶液的流变性

探讨了聚丙烯腈/羟乙基纤维素(PAN/HEC)共混溶剂的选择及体系的相容性和流变性.结果表明,二甲基亚矾是PAN/HEC的较理想溶剂,而且它们在热力学上是不相容的.然而,由于体系粘度高,大分子链运动困难,因此在某些条件下相对稳定,显示了典型的非牛顿流体的特征.随着HEC/PAN共混比的增加,总固含量的提高,以及温度的降低,共混溶液的非牛顿指数降低,结构粘度指数上升,剪切弹性模量和最大松驰时间增加.     

航空电子系统的云计算模型研究

云技术是提高分布式系统灵活性和扩展性的关键技术,在航空电子系统中引入云技术可以降低产品研发周期和成本,但首先需要设计符合机载环境需求的云模型。在分析商用云的服务模型结构基础上,结合行业内的相关标准,给出了一种新型航空电子云模型。建立了层次化的云模型架构,包括物理资源层、本地资源管理层、资源虚拟层、平台管理层和应用功能层;采用虚拟化技术建立资源虚拟模型,隔离软件APP与硬件资源和软件环境;分布式的数据动态发布与订阅,提高应用部署的灵活性;分布式资源管理,实现资源池管理、健康监控和故障管理;分布式存储模型,提供分布式数据和文件共享能力。遵循行业标准,为应用软件提供面向服务的航空电子云计算模型,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。     

Code Component Reuse Supporting Environment (CCRSE) and its design strategy

Code Component Reuse Supporting Environment (CCRSE), which has been developed by us, is an integrated development environment. CCRSE can provide comprehensive supports for the whole process of reusing code component in the manner of dynamic composition. The architecture and functionality of CCRSE are introduced in this paper.The key achievement of this paper is giving the three strategies that are vital to successfully design CCRSE. The three strategies include: (1) according to the three pivotal technologies ( encapsulation, composition and management) for supporting composition reuse of code component, design three tools respectively. (2) keep tool for supporting code component development independent of tool for supporting code component composition. (3) strictly restrict code component specification, provide the strong "plug and play" support for code component composition reuse, and furthest provide transparence to strictly restricted specification of code component in development of component itse     

Cloning and expression of putative ethylene receptor genes in soybean plant

Ethylene plays important roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses, and ethylene receptors have been identified and studied extensively in various plant species. Here we report the cloning of four ethylene receptor genes from soybean, i.e. GmETR1, GmERS1, GmETR2 and GmEIN4. Construction of the phylogenic tree showed that GmETR1 and GmERS1 belong to subfamily I whereas GmETR2 and GmEIN4 belong to subfamily II. The four ethylene receptor genes showed different tissue-specific expression patterns in roots, stems, leaves, cotyledons, flowers, pods and seeds of soybean. These genes were differentially regulated by various abiotic stresses and plant hormones. The possible roles of the four genes in soybean plant were also discussed.     

miRNA作用通路研究

后基因组时代的分子生物学研究需要从整体的角度,系统地阐述基因参与的生物调控过程,已有的通过构建基因调控网络的方式所做的系统生物学研究主要关注于蛋白编码基因之间的相互作用。随着近年来非编码RNA（noncoding RNA）,特别是miRNA研究的深入,显示生物体内存在着广泛的基因转录后调控。本论文通过建立综合蛋白质编码基因与miRNA基因相互作用关系的基因调控网络,分析了人类基因组中涉及miRNA的三类作用模式：（1）宿主基因与内含子miRNA共同作用于另一个蛋白编码基因。（2）miRNA簇中的不同miRNA分别作用于存在着相互作用的两个蛋白编码基因。（3）由两个宿主基因与其各自的内含子miRNA形成双向负调控回路。本研究的结果为进一步认识人类miRNA基因的功能特性提供了重要参考,研究所预测的数据为实验验证提供了依据。     

利用无线通讯方式控制全站仪的研究

研究了全站仪的底层通讯原理,在此基础上借助串口蓝牙转换模块实现了同全站仪之间的无线通讯,可以在电脑端实时地对全站仪进行相应的控制操作.实验用的全站仪为Leica系列,开发环境为VS2008,用C语言对全站仪的功能进行了函数级的抽象.最终的代码既可以在PC平台上编译,也可以在Windows Mobile系列的移动设备上编译.在该函数集的基础上可编制相应的数据处理程序应用于各种具体的测量项目中,如基坑监测的实时数据处理和带马达免棱镜扫描目标的实时三维建模等工作中.     

黄粉虫的生物学特性及养殖技术的研究

黄粉虫在福州自然室温下一年可繁殖2代,发育快的个体超过2代,发育慢的不足2代。在人工控制的温度、湿度、光照及食物等条件下试验结果表明:(1)卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫产卵前期的发育起点温度分别为10.46℃、9.98℃、9.62℃和9.58℃;有效积温分别为123.57、1964.88、135.05和105.72日度;温度与发育的关系的数理统计模式分别是成虫产卵和幼虫发育的最高临界温度为34℃;(2)卵、幼虫、蛹的发育和成虫产卵量的最住湿度分别为RH75％、90％、和90％;(3)在连续光照下,成虫寿命缩短,产卵量减少;(4)幼虫和成虫的饲料均以糠、(?)为主。添加适量青饲料者显著加速幼虫生长和提高或虫产卵量。在养殖中,除控制上述条件外,各虫态的分群饲养和成虫的隔离产卵也是重要措施,并须注意粉螨对卵的危害。
