Urotensin Ⅱ increases endothelin production by vascular smooth muscle cells in rats

The aim of this study was to observe the effects of urotensin Ⅱ (UII) on production of endothelin (ET) in rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC). Cultured VSMCs incubated with various concentrations of UII were used to measure the VSMC ³H-TdR incorporation, the amount of ET mRNA and ET production in VSMCs. In this work we found that UII (10^-10—10^-8 mol/L) promoted VSMC ³H-TdR incorporation (47%—83%, P < 0.01) and increased the amount of ET mRNA by 17.1% (P < 0.05) to 112.8% (P < 0.01), respectively, in a concentration dependent manner compared with control. After 4 and 8 h incubation, 10^-10—10^-8 mol/L of UII elevated the ET synthesis and release in a concentration dependent manner. After 4 h incubation, the content of ET in medium was 4.9, 5.36 and 7.12 pg/mL (P < 0.01). After 8 h incubation, the ET content released from VSMCs was 12.6, 12.07 and 17.17 pg/mL (P < 0.01). In addition, it was found that BQ₁₂₃, a specific ET_A receptor antagonist, obviously decreased the VSMC DNA synthesis induced by UII. The results of this study showed that UII could stimulate the ET mRNA expression and ET production in VSMC. The effects of UII on VSMC DNA synthesis were partly mediated by ET autocrine pathway. It suggests that the interaction between UII and ET plays an important biological regulating role as endogenous active peptides.     

Genomic structure of metabotropic glutamate receptor 7 and comparison of genomic structures of extracellular domains of mGluR family

Metabotropic glutamate receptor 7, coupled with a chemical neurotransmitter L-glutamate, plays an important role in the development of many psychiatric and neurological disorders. To study the biological and genetic mechanism of the mGluR7-related diseases, a physical map covering the full-length mGluR7 genomic sequence has been constructed through seed clone screening and fingerprinting database searching. These BAC clones in the physical map have been sequenced with shotgun strategy and assembled by Phred-Phrap-Consed software; the error rate of the final genomic sequence is less than 0.01%. mGluR7 spans 880 kb genomic region, the GC content and repeat content of mGluR7 genomic sequence are 38% and 37.5% respectively. mGluR7 has a typical “house-keeping” promoter and consists of 11 exons, with introns ranging from 6 kb to 285 kb. mGhiR7a and mGluR7b are two known alternatively splicing variants. Comparing the genomic structures of extracellular domains of mGluR family, their genomic structures can be subdivided into three groups, which are consistent with that of proteins. Although the genomic organization of mGluR7’s group is conserved, the majority of introns in the extracellular segments vary dramatically. It is an obvious trend of the increasing intron size inverse proportion to phylogenetic time. Variation of genomic structure is higher than that of protein, which is attributed to the species characteristic regulation of gene expression.     

基于盲分离技术的肺音信号中心音干扰的去除

在分析去除肺音信号中心音干扰重要性和目前几种分离方法局限性的基础上，利用二者之间的相对独立性，首次将盲分离技术应用于分离肺音信号中的心音干扰，实验结果显示，本方法能有效地分离肺、心音混合信号，得到更加干净的肺音信号。

复演轨迹的双凸轮连杆机构综合

连杆机构具有复演轨迹的功能并得到广泛应用。由于其精确复演的点位数有限而不得不采用只能得到近似解的优化方法，且求解过程比较复杂。单凸轮连杆组合机构可克服上述缺点，即可以方便地再现预定轨迹并有精确解，但其缺点是难以实现内凹曲线的轨迹复演。提出双凸轮连杆机构的综合方法，根据从动件的位移构造样条函数，为确定凸轮基圆半径提供了可行的途径。该机构可以精确实现任何形状的封闭轨迹曲线的复演操作     

溢流反弧段紊流过渡区的边界层特性

利用高速水力学国家重．或实验室的激光测速仪对三种不同粗糙度、两种反弧半径的溢流反弧段的水流流速进行了测量，对边界居特性进行了分析研究。试验分析表明，水流流态、壁面粗糙度和壁面曲率对边界居特性有明显的影响。

不同途径给药及联合应用血液灌流对表阿霉素血浆、组织浓度的影响

探讨不同途径给表阿霉素（ＥＰＩ）的优劣和血液灌流（ＤＨＰ）对ＥＰＩ的吸附能力。方法：观察肝癌病人肝动脉和外周静脉持续输注ＥＰＩ后外周血浆ＥＰＩ浓度的改变,并应用ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ吸附ＥＰＩ的临床研究。结果：肝动脉给药能降低外周血浆ＥＰＩ浓度（Ｐ＜００５）及血浆高峰浓度（Ｐ＜０００５）,而两组ＡＵＣ的差别不明显（１∶１０５）。ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ对ＥＰＩ有明显吸附性能,吸附率达６７％。结论：局部给抗癌药优于全身给药,ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ对ＥＰＩ有明显吸附性能
