运用现代远程培训技术强化星火科技培训能力

论梁板桥设计形势及思考

文章结合山西省近几年梁板桥设计现状,论述了设计的新理念和必须思考的几个问题,提出设计必须结合实际,适应山西省交通环境的要求是今后改进和努力的方向。     

Testing relative evolutionary rates and estimating divergence times among six genera of Rhizophoraceae using cpDNA and nrDNA sequences

The molecular phylogenetic trees of 10 species representing 6 genera of the family Rhizophoraceae have been constructed using the sequences of chloroplast genesmatK andrbcL as well as the ITS regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA. Relative-rate tests between lineages in these phylogenetic trees have been performed. On the basis of the results of the relative-rate tests and related molecular evolutionary rate data, the divergence times between the lineages are estimated as follows: (i) the first divergence time in these genera is 132.25 million years ago (mya); (ii) the average divergence time between two tribes, i.e. inland Legnotideae (exceptCarallia brachiata) and mangrove Rhizophoreae, is 64.13 mya; and (iii) the average divergence time between two inland species,C. garciniaefolia andC. pectinifolia, is 19.92 mya.     

高职院校学生纪律处分制度应遵循以人为本

高职院校学生教育管理秩序化和法治化是实现其管理育人的必然要求,高职院校学生纪律处分制度是其实现学生管理秩序化和法制化的重要手段,高职院校对学生实施纪律处分应遵循纪律处分与育人相结合原则、坚持纪律处分的公平公正原则以及正当程序原则,并探讨构建学生纪律处分撤销制度,从而最终体现高职院校学生管理制度以人为本的理念。     

诗歌在大学英语词汇教学中的运用

为了验证诗歌在英语词汇教学中的有效性，130名大一学生参加了本次词汇教学试验，被分为实验组和对照组。试验前两个组分别接受了词汇前测，以便了解其目标词项知识和英语语法知识。目标词项知识通过基于诗歌的词汇教学活动教给实验组，用传统的教学法教给对照组。之后进行了词汇后测，内容与前测并无区别，统计分析结果表明：实验组的学生前测与后测得分差异显著；实验组学生后测得分明显高于对照组学生，尽管两组学生在前测中并无显著差异。以上研究表明：把诗歌运用于大学英语词汇教学行之有效，且优于传统的词汇教学活动。     

New product design strategies with subsidy policies

Industrial development can enrich people’s lives,but it also causes environmental pollution,which is an area of significant concern among governments,consumers,and companies.Governments formulate some environmental policies,which motivate industry by providing greater incentives for green product development.Consumers are classified into two groups - ordinary and green market segments - according to their environmental awareness and attitudes.In this regard,companies need to reconsider their primary product design strategies.By investigating the interactions among customers’ preferences,firms’ product strategies,and government subsidy policies,this paper presents a theoretical model for new product design strategies.After detailed theoretical analysis of such strategies,we found that to motivate firms to choose environmentally friendly product design strategies, governments should inaugurate effective subsidy policies.After simultaneously considering environmental issues and firms’ benefits,we designed a subsidy policy.With such a policy,firms can change their primary product design strategies and develop both green and ordinary products,thereby increasing the firms’ profits and improving the total environmental quality.     

基于全生命周期的城市轨道交通PPP项目经济性测算研究

随着城市轨道交通PPP项目规范性水平不断提升,程序的合规性已逐步得到完善,但经济的合理性尚未在业内形成有效的技术支撑。由于城市轨道交通PPP项目的投资巨大且经济组成横跨整个项目周期并具有多样性、复杂性特征,经济性测算偏差将严重影响项目绩效。对此,本研究从全生命周期视角系统分析了城市轨道交通PPP项目的经济性测算的基础要点和核心要点,并提出完善经济性测算的相应对策,旨在归纳城市轨道交通PPP项目经济性测算的重点环节和优化路径,以均衡各利益相关方的经济诉求,保证项目的顺利实施。     

氮化硅镀膜工艺参数优化

利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)法沉积给定折射率的氮化硅薄膜,通过正交实验法对衬底温度、NH_3流量和射频功率3个对氮化硅薄膜沉积速率影响较大的工艺参数进行全局优化和调整,得到了氮化硅镀膜的最优工艺参数。     

黄河滩区耕地和作物遥感提取研究——以兰考段为例

黄河滩区耕地资源是黄河流域国土资源管控的重要领域,滩区可利用耕地资源及其对应的作物呈现出小斑块和破碎化特征,采用中高分影像和前沿算法来提炼这种特征以了解其分布和对应的农作物耕种类型,这对黄河滩区的行洪安全和国土综合整治均具有重要意义.利用水体与植被指数之间的关系识别地表水体,通过UNet深度学习网络,结合地物多种特征规...     

逆涂模式下辊间涂液的参数分析

针对逆式辊涂过程将涂敷辊与汲料辊之间的液体流动简化成两无限大平板间的黏性流动,结合流体动力润滑理论和毛细效应条件建立辊涂数学模型,并对方程进行求解。重点研究在涂敷辊分别为刚辊和胶辊的情况下,辊涂参数(辊速比、辊半径、涂液表面张力、入口油膜厚度和辊间间隙)对辊间涂液的影响。结果表明,各参数对涂层液珠均有影响,其中辊速比在涂敷辊为刚辊或胶辊时都是影响涂层油膜厚度的重要因素。
