依据岩心观测以及岩石力学性质试验发现,陇东地区致密薄互层油藏具有岩性、力学性质变化频次高,变化范围尺度小的特点。结合现场压裂数据,推断薄互层油藏压裂后产能低的主要原因是:压裂过程中,由于弱胶结面的存在,水力裂缝在层间的多次错动,导致水力裂缝缝高扩展受到抑制;压裂结束后,由于地应力作用,层间错动面闭合,有效水力裂缝面积减小。针对该推断,制备薄互层物理模拟试样,进行压裂物理模拟试验。通过物理模拟试验结果发现:层间高弹性模量差异,对于水力裂缝垂向扩展的抑制作用并不明显。在破裂压力后,增加排量仅对增大水力裂缝的体积有促进作用,对水力裂缝穿入其他岩层的作用较小或是没有。  相似文献

在对特高压交流同塔双回输电线路损耗特性进行研究时,需计算输电线路损耗值,传统方法需通过实测方式获取输电线路损耗值,而受到压等级和导线方式的影响,当前还没有有效的实测方法,实现困难。为此,提出一种新的特高压交流同塔双回输电线路损耗特性研究方法。对某地区双回1000kv和双回500kv特高压交流同塔双回输电线路进行研究。采用π型等效电路对输电线路进行描述,依据电路分析结果对输电线路电阻损耗进行计算。依据不同天气下电晕损耗计算原则,在采集大量实验数据的基础上,提出一定范围内输电线路单位长度电晕损耗计算公式。研究不同天气环境、输送量、输送距离、负载率对输电线路损耗的影响。得出以下结论:4分裂导线单位长度电晕损耗低于8分裂导线;下雨情况下电晕损耗显著高于干燥情况下的电晕损耗;输电线路损耗率随输送量无显著变化,随输送距离的增加而增加,随负载的增加而增加,1000kv输电线路损耗率随复杂率的涨幅比500kv输电线路低,优势高。  相似文献

In order to screen molecular markers linked to fertility restoring genes and further improve the breeding efficiency of restorer lines, in this study, wheat varieties 18A, 18B and 99AR144-1 were used as experimental materials to establish F2 fertility-segregating population. Plant quantitative trait “major gene polygene mixed model” separation analysis method and SSR molecular markers were adopted for genetic analysis of four generations, including the parents P1, P2, and hybrids (Fl and F2 populations). The results show that AL-type fertility restoring gene is controlled by two pairs of additive-dominant-epistatic genes and additive-dominant polygene; two primers linked to fertility restoring genes were selected by SSR molecular markers, including Xgwm95 on chromosome 2A and Barc61 on chromosome 1B, with the linkage distance of 15.0 cM and 18.0 cM, respectively. Based on verification, these two markers are reliable for distinguishing AL-type wheat sterile lines and restorer lines.  相似文献

Lack of gravity during spaceflight has profound effects on cardiovascular system, but little is known about how the cardiomyocytes respond to microgravity. In the present study, the effects of spaceflight on the structure and function of cultured cardiomyocytes were reported. The primary cultures of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were carried on Shenzhou-6 spacecraft and activated at 4 h in orbit. 8 samples were fixed respectively at 4, 48 and 96 h after launching for immunofluorescence of cytoskeleton, and 2 samples remained unfixed to analyze contractile and secretory functions of the cultures. Ground samples were treated in our laboratory in parallel. After 115 h spaceflight, video recordings displayed that the number of spontaneous beating sites in flown samples decreased significantly, and the cells in the beating aggregate contracted in fast frequency without synchrony. Radioimmunoassay of the medium showed that the atrial natriuretic peptide secreted from flown cells reduced by 59.6%. Confocal images demonstrated the time-dependant disassembly of mirotubules versus unchanged distribution and organization of microfilaments. In conclusion, above results indicate reduced function and disorganized cytoskeleton of cardiomyocytes in spaceflight, which might provide some cellular basis for further investigations to probe into the mechanisms underlying space cardiovascular dysfunction.  相似文献

In order to understand the genomic changes during evolution of hexaploid wheat, two sets of synthetic hexaploid wheat from hybridization between maternal tetraploid wheat (AABB) and paternal diploid goat grass (DD) were used for DNA-AFLP and single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis to determine the genomic and genic variation in the synthetic hexaploid wheat. Results indicated that more DNA sequences from paternal diploid species were eliminated in the synthetic hexaploid wheat than from maternal tetraploid wheat, suggesting that genome from parental species of lower ploidity tends to be eliminated preferentially. However, sequence variation detected by SSCP procedure was much lower than those detected by DNA-AFLP, which indicated that much less variation in the genic regions occurred in the synthetic hexaploid wheat, and sequence variations detected by DNA-AFLP could be derived mostly from non-coding regions and repetitive sequences. Our results also indicated that sequence variation in 4 genes can be detected in hybrid F1, which suggested that this type of sequence variation could be resulted from distant hybridization. It was interesting to note that 3 out of the 4 genes were mapped and clustered on the long arm of chromosome 2D, which indicated that variation in genic sequences in synthetic hexaploid wheat might not be a randomized process.  相似文献

Understanding bacterial adsorption and the evolution of biofilms on arsenopyrite with different surface structures is of great significance to clarifying the mechanism of microbe–mineral interfacial interactions and the production of acidic mine drainage impacting the environment. In this study, the attachment of Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans cells and subsequent biofilm formation on arsenopyrite with different surface structures in the presence of dissolved As(Ⅲ) was studied. Arsenopyrite slices with a specific surface were obtained by electrochemical corrosion at 0.26 V. The scanning electronic microscopy-energy dispersion spectra analyses indicated that the arsenopyrite surface deficient in sulfur and iron obtained by electrochemical treatment was not favorable for the initial adsorption of bacteria, and the addition of As(Ⅲ) inhibited the adsorption of microbial cells. Epifluorescence microscopy showed that the number of cells attaching to the arsenopyrite surface increased with time; however, biofilm formation was delayed significantly when As(Ⅲ) was added.  相似文献
