广义Aluthge变换的Drazin逆

设H为无限维Hilbert空间,T为H中的有界线性算子,T~λ,T~λ(*)分别表示T的广义Aluthge变换和广义*-Aluthge变换,其中λ∈(0,1)。主要利用分块算子矩阵的方法研究了T~λ和T~λ(*)的Drazin逆及Moore-Penrose逆,证明了对任意复数μ有:①T~λ-μDrazin可逆当且仅当T~λ(*)-μDrazin可逆;②T~λ-μMoore-Penrose可逆当且仅当T~λ(*)-μMoore-Penrose可逆。同时给出了这2个算子Drazin逆及Moore-Penrose逆的相互关系的刻画。     

A genetic variation map for chicken with 2.8 million single-nucleotide polymorphisms

We describe a genetic variation map for the chicken genome containing 2.8 million single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). This map is based on a comparison of the sequences of three domestic chicken breeds (a broiler, a layer and a Chinese silkie) with that of their wild ancestor, red jungle fowl. Subsequent experiments indicate that at least 90% of the variant sites are true SNPs, and at least 70% are common SNPs that segregate in many domestic breeds. Mean nucleotide diversity is about five SNPs per kilobase for almost every possible comparison between red jungle fowl and domestic lines, between two different domestic lines, and within domestic lines--in contrast to the notion that domestic animals are highly inbred relative to their wild ancestors. In fact, most of the SNPs originated before domestication, and there is little evidence of selective sweeps for adaptive alleles on length scales greater than 100 kilobases.     

Enhancing the quality metric of protein microarray image

The novel method of improving the quality metric of protein microarray image presented in this paper reduces impulse noise by using an adaptive median filter that employs the switching scheme based on local statistics characters; and achieves the impulse detection by using the difference between the standard deviation of the pixels within the filter window and the current pixel of concern. It also uses a top-hat filter to correct the background variation. In order to decrease time consumption, the top-hat filter core is cross structure. The experimental results showed that, for a protein microarray image contaminated by impulse noise and with slow background variation, the new method can significantly increase the signal-to-noise ratio, correct the trends in the background, and enhance the flatness of the background, the consistency of the signal intensity.     

裙长对大波浪斜裙形态风格的影响

选用了悬垂性能对比明显的双绉和涤毛凉爽呢面料，以相同样板裁剪缝制出大波浪斜裙．用图象处理软件对成形照片进行分析计算，研究裙长的变化对大波浪斜裙形态风格的影响．分析得出，大波浪斜裙的形态特征值随着裙长的变化而变化，斜裙的凸条数与裙长无关，斜裙底摆的波浪大小及均匀程度、波浪分布的均匀程度均与裙长无关．     

冠状动脉支架的设计与加工工艺

提出了面向激光雕刻管状冠状动脉支架的通用化制作工艺流程,包括支架的结构设计、材料选择、切割、真空退火和电化学抛光等关键工序.研究了金属覆盖率、网孔、轴向短缩率和支撑效率等的相互影响,以选择合理的支撑环和连杆形式;确定了激光切割加工中最优化切割路径和机器参数;阐述了抛光前处理时酸洗液的选择、酸洗温度和时间的控制,以及真空退火时升温速度、冷却速度和保温时间的控制;分析了抛光液的选择和电极设计,以及抛光温度、电压和时间对电化学抛光效果的影响;并设计制作出了符合体外测试要求的支架样件.     

顺排套片式换热器的热力性能试验

套片式换热器的管束排列形式一般都是叉排，顺排非常少见．由于顺排形式的套片式换热器通常比叉排的流动阻力更小，因而对一些流动阻力有限制的场合，可以考虑使用顺排形式的套片式换热器．本文即介绍了对某种结构形式的顺排套片式换热器的热力性能的试验情况．试验表明，在某些应用场合，套片式换热器排列成顺排是更合适的选择．

该文考虑了材料的热物性参数在计算过程中的变化和入射激光的空间分布,采用二维模型,得到Ｓｉ材料在强激光作用下的轴向和径向温升分布,给出了表面层开始溶化的时间和激光功率密度关系,并与一维模型结果进行了比较。
