我国高等教育校际联动评估机制的功能与实现

在对我国高等教育校际联动机制及其影响因素研究的基础上,提出以政策机制、制度机制、评估机制和资源整合机制为核心的高等教育校际联动机制,重点论述评估机制贯穿于校际联动整体机制的功能作用,分析校际联动评估机制的特征,并以此建立校际联动的评估指标,以期在理论与实践层面为推动我国高等教育校际联动发展提供参考。     

Fractal characteristics of particle size distribution in dynamic flocculation process

This study selected polyaluminum chloride(PAC) coagulant to remove suspended particles in Kaolin suspension solution and used a turbidimeter and particle counter to monitor the flocculation process online and collected the experiment data. The experiments were conducted to study the dynamic distribution characteristics of suspended particles under different hydrodynamic conditions. The results show the self-similarity and scale invariance of particle size distribution. The study further proposed the concept of fractal dimension of particle size distribution and found out that fractal dimension changed in a similar way as residual turbidity did and could excellently indicate the variation of coagulation effect. Therefore, fractal dimension could be adopted to optimize the addition of coagulants and the quality of outflow could be further improved to reduce production costs.

氟代芳基碳酸酯与氨基甲酸酯中氢键的理论研究

运用 AIM理论在 B97D 水平上计算了2-丁炔-1，4-二基二（2，3，4，5，6-五氟苯基碳酸酯）1，2-丁炔-1，4-二基二（4-氟苯基碳酸酯）2及2-丁炔-1，4-二基二（2，3，4，5，6-五氟苯氨基甲酸酯）3中的分子间有机氟 C -H…F -C 氢键．这些分子间氢键为闭壳相互作用．尽管晶体1中 H…F 距离接近经典氢键，但是该有机氟氢键仍为弱氢键．NBO 分析表明，研究的有机氟 C -H…F -C 氢键存在明显的电荷转移，用电荷转移合理地解释了分子1采取顺式结构．     

高精度双V型导轨的研磨与检测技术

对于普通精度的双V型导轨,现代机床加工行业已有成熟的技术,但对于大型光栅刻划机所用1 560mm导轨所要求的高精度(0.2″)仍难以满足要求。文中介绍了一种高精度加工方案,对传统加工技术制造的成品双V型导轨进一步研磨加工,并对导轨的直线度和平行度进行精密检测。实验结果表明,研磨加工后上下导轨配合的直线度误差在X和Y方向均不大于0.2″,两导轨垂直方向平行度误差与水平方向平行度误差均不大于1″,满足指标要求。     

新的就业形势下高校毕业生就业意识的调查与分析——以西部四所高校毕业生为例

大学生思想政治教育队伍建设的调查与思考

思想政治教育课教师、专业任课教师、辅导员及与学生直接打交道的相关职能部门的工作人员,这四支队伍的素质和水平直接关系到大学生思想政治教育的成效。通过问卷调查,分析大学生思想政治教育队伍的现状及存在的问题,进而对加强大学生思想政治教育队伍建设提出相应的措施与对策。     

Sequence analysis of the Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB-912 phytochrome gene supports positive selection in cyanobacteria

The phytochrome gene from Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB-912,isolated from algal blooms in Taihu Lake in China,was sequenced and found to code for a wavelength transition light receptor protein.The gene was composed of five distinct domains:a PAS fold domain,a GAF domain,a phytochrome domain,a His Kinase A(phosphoacceptor) domain,and a histidine kinase domain.Red-absorbing phytochrome,far-red-absorbing phytochrome,and photoconversion kinetics were monitored via the spectral characteristics of the protein.To detect positive selection,homologous sequences from cyanobacterium phytochrome genes were obtained from GenBank.Potential selective pressure was identified by phylogenetic analysis with maximum likelihood analyses.The frequency of the phytochrome gene being subjected to selective constraints suggests that positive selection is a potentially important mechanism that promotes the evolution of the cyanobacteria phytochrome gene.The sites identified in this study provide targets for further research on the structural-functional role of these residues,and on the correlation with the mechanism of algal blooms.
