为了解决目前气体电离放电脱硝方法存在的等离子源体积庞大、能耗高、NOx 脱除率低以及需要依靠传统脱硝方法的协同作用等问题, 拟用小流量、高浓度的氧活性粒子[O2+, O(1D),O(3P), O3]、引发剂HO2- 分别注入烟道中, 与烟气中水反应生成·OH, 在无吸收剂、催化剂、氧化剂及其他技术协同作用下, 实现了烟道中·OH 快速氧化脱除大烟气量中的微量NOx 并生成HNO3 溶液的整个反应过程, 等离子体反应管道长度为1~8 m. 实验结果表明, 氧活性粒子与NOx 摩尔比值决定了脱除率, 摩尔比选择在2~3 为宜, 此时NOx 脱除率将达到95%左右, 回收酸液中NO3-回收率达到58.1%; NOx 脱除率随着实验气体温度增高而下降; O2 含量增加对脱硝效果有20%左右的影响; H2O含量大于4%时脱硝率处于最高值. 可见本方法不但解决气体电离放电脱硝存在的问题, 同时又为大气污染治理提供一种绿色新方法.  相似文献

Konjac glucomannan beads have been investigated as metal biosorbent for Pb(Ⅱ)from aqueous solutions.The effect of contact time,solution pH,initial metal concentration,and desorption were studied in batch experiments at 20°C±2°C. Silica is the major component of the acid leaching residue of asbestos tailing.The waterglass solution can be prepared by the reaction of the residue with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.Compared to the high temperature reaction method,this process is environmental friendly and low cost.In this paper,the reaction process of the residue and the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is optimized.The optimum reaction process parameters are as follows:the usage of sodium hydroxide is 26.4 g/100 g acid leaching residue,the reaction temperature is 90℃,the reaction time is 1 h,and the ratio of the liquid/solid is 2.0.The significance sequence of the process parameters to the alkali leaching reaction effect is the usage of sodium hydroxidethe ratio of the liquid/solidthe reaction timethe reaction temperature.The significance sequence to the leaching ratio of SiO2 is the ratio of the liquid/solidthe usage of sodium hydroxidethe reaction timethe reaction temperature.The significance sequence to the modulus of the sodium silicate is the ratio of the liquid/solidthe usage of sodium hydroxidethe reaction timethe reaction temperature.Under the optimum conditions,the leaching ratio of the SiO2 is 77.5%,and the modulus of the sodium silicate is 3.15.The XRD analysis result indicates that the major components of the alkali leaching residue are serpentine,talc,quartz and some albite.  相似文献

By means of transient plastic phase process,the Al2O3-SiC-Me composites were produced throungh adding metal aluminium and silicon-powder to Al2O3-SiC materials.Under the condition of the same content of silicon and aluminium mixed-powder,the effect of silicon powder addition on properties of Al2O3-SiC-Me composites was studied by means of XRD and EPMA analyses in the temperature range of 300°C-1600°C.The results indicated that the content of metal phase in the sample at 1600°C increases with increasing silicon powder content.At the same time,when the temperature is lower than 1100°C,the strength of samples gradually increases with increasing temperature.However when the temperature is higher than 11000°C,the strength of samples gradually decreases with increasing temperature,and this change is very small.The results also indicated that at the same sintering temperature,the sample with 6%silicon powder has the maximum strength.  相似文献

Structuring the hierarchy of a system is an important link of solving problems with the analytic hierarchy process. This paper gives and proves the two theorems about the relationship between the hierarchy and the reachability matrix of the system. On the basis of it, we propose a method of structuring hierarchy by directly using the reachability matrix of the system. This method is simpler and clearer than that of interpretive structural modeling and is suitable for both manual calculating and computer proceeding. It fully shows the simplicity of the AHP.  相似文献
