Diastereoselective addition of lithium enolate of γ-substituted α-diazoacetoacetate to <Emphasis Type="Italic">N</Emphasis>-sulfinyl imines

Highly diastereoselective addition of lithium enolate of γ-substituted α-diazoacetoacetate to chiral N-sulfinyl imines has been developed. The addition products were further subjected to photo-induced Wolff rearrangement or Rh(II)-catalyzed intramolecular N–H insertion to afford chiral 4,5-disubstituted 2-oxo and 3-oxo pyrrolidines, respectively.

Late Mesozoic metamorphic core complexes: new constraints on lithosphere thinning in North China

Metamorphic core complexes (mcc’s) are among the most prominent structural styles of lithosphere extension and thinning during late Mesozoic in North China. In this paper, the geometrical, kinematic and age characteristics of some of the mcc’s, e.g. Liaonan, Waziyu (Yiwulüshan), Yunmengshan, etc., are discussed. Some common characteristics, such as kinematic polarity, geometric asymmetry, occurrence over a time span, scattered and isolated distribution, and progressive development, can provide direct constraints on the regional lithosphere extension and thinning in North China, which does not favor the prevailing plume model，a general delamination model or extensional collapse of overthickened orogenic crust. We argue that several aspects, such as the kinematic polarity at depths during lithosphere extension, gradual break-up of lithosphere plate, relationship between magmatism and regional extension, and coeval activity of mcc’s and Tan Lu fault, should be taken into consideration when constructing a more reasonable model for lithosphere extension and thinning in North China.     

Microelectronics-embedded channel bridging and signal regeneration of injured spinal cords

Due to the difficulty in spinal cord regeneration with biological methods, the microelectronic neural bridge, a new concept based on microelectronic technology, is presented. The microelectronic system has been realized in the forms of hybrid and integrated circuits. The integrated circuits for neural signal detection, stimulation, and regeneration are realized in a CMOS process. In animal experiments with 100 toads, 48 rats, and 3 rabbits, nerve signals have been successfully detected from spinal cords and sciatic nerves, and functional electrical stimulation has been carried out for spinal cords and sciatic nerves. When the microelectronic system is bridged between the controlling and stimulated nerve, the relevant motion of legs and nerve signal waveforms, which are stimulated by the evoked or spontaneous nerve signal through such a system, have been observed. Therefore, the feasibility of the presented method was demonstrated.

基于STL的斜壁结构支撑及自动生成算法

为进一步降低熔丝沉积成形设备的运行成本,同时提高成形效率,设计一种斜壁结构的支撑,基于STL模型提出并实现其自动生成算法.实验证明该支撑结构与常用直壁结构支撑相比,不仅能够有效辅助零件实体的成形过程,而且能够尽可能地减少支撑材料消耗量和成形时间.算法实用可靠,已成功集成至Power RP软件支撑模块中.     

2008级新生UPI调查分析与对策研究:以政法与经管学院为例

塑造健全的人格特征已成为大学教育的重要内容.通过对大理学院政法与经管学院2008级新生的人格测量,证明:有1/3的新生存在不同程度的心理问题;2.1%有轻生意念和7.5%心理严重异常的新生是以后重点关注的对象;经济学专业新生的心理问题相对严重,而旅游管理专业新生的心理问题相对稍轻;女生中存在的心理困扰比例要比男生大.
