AlMCM-41的水热合成及其孔结构表征

以水玻璃为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在100℃水热条件下合成高度有序的AIMCM-41介孔分子筛,并用小角X射线衍射（SAXRD）、N2吸附脱附、高分辨透射电镜（HRTEM）等方法对其性质及结构进行表征。研究硅铝比（摩尔比）与表面活性剂浓度对AIMCM-41合成及其孔结构的影响。研究结果表明：在低表面活性剂浓度下形成单一孔径分布的圆柱孔;在高表面活性剂浓度下,随着铝含量的增加,结晶程度降低。高表面活性剂浓度下的AIMCM-41形成双孔分布,在硅铝比小于25时形成二维孔径结构;而硅铝比大于25时形成膨胀孔。     

Identification of the deposited layers in landslides reservoir and investigation of the sediment yields during the later sixteenth century on the Hill Loess Plateau,China

There are many sediment trapping reservoirs in the Hill Loess Plateau. The Huangtuwa small catchment is selected as a research field where samples were collected in a sediment deposit profile with a vertical length of 12.73 m. By the variation of fine particle content and pollen concentration, 54 flood couples were identified. Taking the freeze-thawing disturbed texture as the sign of the latest flood couple in a year, it is ascertained that those 54 floods should happen in 31 years. Using pyramid volume calculation formula, the sediment yields of flood ranged between 716-30376 t· km^-2, The average sediment yield was 7106 t· km^-2, The annual sediment yields varied between 968-55579 t· （km^2· a）^-1, and the average value is 12629 t· （km^2· a）^-1. Compared with the modern annual sediment discharge of the Huaining River, the erosion rate in the Huangtuwa region 450 years ago was similar to the modern erosion rate. In the period from the 27th year to the 31st year, the average annual sediment yield increased sharply to 31309 t· （km^2· a）^-1. It implied that re-reclamation of the abandoned land in the catchment since the landslide disaster, where vegetation had rehabilitated already, caused very severe soil erosion in the catchment.

Degradation of pyrene and characterization of<Emphasis Type="Italic">Saccharothrix</Emphasis> sp. PYX-6 from the oligotrophic Tianchi Lake in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China

Bacterial strain PYX-6 that utilizes anthracene,phenanthrene, or pyrene for carbon and energy sources for growth was isolated from a non-polluted lake (Tianchi Lake) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. Its morphology, physiological and biochemical properties, cell wall pattern and G C mol% content of DNA molecules were characterized. The 16S rRNA gene of strain PYX-6 was sequenced and analyzed for similarities to related bacterial species. Results indicated that strain PYX-6 is a member of the Genus Saccharothrix, and the strain was named Saccha-rothrix sp. PYX-6. When pyrene was the sole carbon source in cultural medium, the strain PYX-6 assimilated pyrene for growth and 0.005% of yeast extract stimulated pyrene degradation and assimilation. The optimal pH of cultural medium and the optimal shaking frequency during cultivation were 6-8 and 200 r/m, respectively. It was found that the disappearance of pyrene in medium occurred before significant growth of strain PYX-6 took place. Phthalic acid, benzylacetic acid, and benzylpropenoic acid were detected as catabolic intermediates during pyrene degradation with mass spectroscopy and this result indicated that Saccharothrix sp.PYX-6 adopted a pathway that is different from the pathway of the previously reported pyrene-degrading Mycobacterium sp. PYR-1.     

替米沙坦降压治疗对原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的:研究替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法:选择伴有胰岛素抵抗的高血压病患者128例.随机分为替米沙坦80mg/d组(A组)、氨氯地平5mg/d+吡格列酮15mg/d组(B组)及氨氯地平5mg/d组(C组).分别于治疗前及治疗12周后检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、餐后2 h胰岛素(P2hINS)及24 h动态血压,计算胰岛素抵抗指标(HOMA-IR).结果:用药后12周A组与B组FINS,P2hBG,P2hINS显著下降,胰岛素敏感指标(HOMA-IS)升高,HOMA-IR降低(P<0.05).治疗后A组与B组各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组治疗前后FINS,P2hBG,P2hINS,HOMA-IS及HOMA-IR无明显改善.3组治疗后血压水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后3组间血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:替米沙坦在降压的同时可以明显改善胰岛素抵抗,适用于高血压合并胰岛素抵抗患者.     

我国住房公积金制度的管理问题

住房公积金作为我国基本住房保障制度,随着覆盖范围的不断扩大,资金使用效率低下、管理混乱的现象也同时暴露出来,通过分析我国住房公积金制度的基本特点,针对制度运行过程中存在的问题提出规范化管理策略.     

高校开展游泳课程的可行性研究——以福建农林大学为例

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,对福建农林大学学生游泳的意愿、师资力量、安全理念及福建省其他高校的游泳课程开展情况进行研究,设计出2种适合学校的游泳课程模式-公共选修课和游泳选项课,通过开设游泳公共选修课,在教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等方面都获得了学生较高的满意度。     

Inclusion variations and calcium treatment optimization in pipeline steel production

SiCa line and SiCaBaFe alloy were injected into liquid pipeline steel at the end of LF refining as calcium treatment, and samples were taken from the ladles, mould, and slabs. Analysis of Ca content and inclusions shows that Ca content in steel decreases obviously in the following process after calcium treatment; the compositions, morphology, and sizes of inclusions also vary much in the production; primary inclusions in the ladles prior to calcium treatment are mainly Al₂O₃ inclusions, but they turn to fine irregular CaS-CaO-Al₂O₃ compound inclusions after the treatment, then become fine globular CaO-Al₂O₃ inclusions in the mould, and finally change to a few larger irregular CaS-CaO-Al₂O₃ complex inclusions in the slabs. Thermodynamic study reveals that inclusion variations are related with the preferential reactions among Ca, Al₂O₃, and S and the precipitation of S in CaO-Al₂O₃ inclusions with high sulfur capacity. New evaluation standards for calcium treatment in high-grade pipeline steel were put forward according to the inclusion variations and requirements of pipeline steel on inclusion controlling, and the calcium process was studied and optimized.
