程序性法律错误的救济问题研究

数值逆吊法创建的自由曲面结构形态及稳定性分析

应用数值逆吊法,创建多种力与形和谐统一的自由曲面结构形态,并与传统规则曲面结构进行了稳定性能的对比分析.以薄壳找形为例,将原始结构的几何条件和物理条件转化为参数化数值,输入ANSYS中进行建模和迭代找形,然后将平衡后的模型进行翻转,得到数值逆吊法创建的薄壳结构模型,然后改变不同工况下的荷载分布,进行静力分析和稳定性分析...     

润扬大桥斜拉桥结构安全评估的有限元建模与修正

通过对润扬长江公路大桥斜拉桥的有限元建模和模型修正过程,探讨了大跨桥梁结构以损伤预警、损伤识别与安全评估为目标的有限元建模策略.根据斜拉桥桥面系的特点和安全评估的要求,建立并修正了三维精细有限元模型,动力特性分析结果与实测结果的对比证实该有限元模型的正确性和可靠性.探讨了正交异性桥面系的有限元模拟方法,并以损伤预警与损伤识别为目标建立了简化有限元模型.与精细模型的动力特性对比表明,该模型可作为结构损伤预警与损伤识别分析的有限元模型.     

凯时联合甲钴铵治疗32例糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍

目的:观察脂化前列腺素1(凯时)与甲钴胺联合应用治疗糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法:将32例勃起功能障碍的糖尿病患者给予凯时与甲钴胺联合治疗,治疗前后根据国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)患者进行自我评分。结果:32例患者接受凯时与甲钴铵治疗后,患者IIEF-5总评分和各问题的评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:凯时联合甲钴铵治疗糖尿病合并ED具有良好的效果。     

CsI高压超导电性的第一性原理

利用基于密度泛函理论的赝势平面波方法计算了高压下CsI的电子能带结构、 电子态密度、 声子谱、 声子态密度以及电子和声子的相互作用, 探讨了CsI在高压下产生超导电性的物理机制. 研究表明, CsI层内的光学振动模式与电子之间的强耦合作用是CsI产生超导电性的主要原因.     

Nuclear Norm Subspace System Identification and Its Application on a Stochastic Model of Plague

The discrete-time model of plague is deduced by zero-order holder based on the continuoustime model. Due to the existence of stochastic disturbances, the stochastic model is given corresponding to the discrete-time model. The state estimation and noise reduction of the stochastic model are achieved by designing Kalman filter. Nuclear norm minimization is to structure the low-rank matrix approximation instead of the singular value decomposition in the process of subspace system identification. According to the plague data from the World Health Organization, the system matrices and noise intensity of the model are identified. Simulations are carried out to show the higher approximation capability of the proposed method.     

岳阳市某海绵城市道路系统降雨径流分析与评价

为解决城市内涝、缺水和水污染问题,结合工程所在区域的自然地理条件与现有低影响开发设施,提出了适用于岳阳市得胜北路海绵城市建设的整体规划方案.收集岳阳市近30 a的降雨资料,对岳阳市暴雨强度公式进行改进,并对年径流总量控制率进行评价和分析.研究结果表明:改进后的暴雨强度公式计算值与实测值之间相对误差的绝对值大部分小于5％...     

Lysosomal chymotrypsin B potentiates apoptosis via cleavage of Bid

We have reported that chymotrypsin B (CtrB) is not just a digestive enzyme but is also stored in lysosomes. Herein, we demonstrated a broad distribution of CtrB and explored the involvement of CtrB in apoptosis. Exposure of RH-35 cells to H₂O₂ or palmitate induced the redistribution of lysosomal CtrB into the cytoplasm as a result of lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP). Suppression of CtrB significantly blocked apoptosis, while overexpression of CtrB sensitized apoptosis markedly. CtrB could cleave Bid under neutral conditions. In RH-35 cells with Bid silenced, apoptosis induced by CtrB protein was attenuated, suggesting that CtrB mediates apoptosis of RH-35 cells mainly through processing Bid. Our data also suggest that LMP occurs earlier than mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization; Bid activation initiated by caspase-8 might be reinforced by CtrB in consequence of LMP, which causes a positive feedback loop leading to the accumulation of tBid, and results in lysosome- and mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis.
