呼叫中心人力资源配置鲁棒规划模型

针对现实呼叫中心中顾客到达不确定的问题,建立了基于排队论的离散流体模型,解决了考虑鲁棒性呼叫中心的人力资源配置问题.通过区间数据来表示顾客到达的不确定集,利用可调整鲁棒优化方法的思想,分析了鲁棒优化模型与确定性优化模型的关系.数值试验表明,使用可调整鲁棒参数的鲁棒优化方法减小了呼叫中心到达率不确定性给呼叫中心系统带来的影响;到达率越大,对应的最优的鲁棒参数越大,模型越保守.     

锶的生物学效应研究进展

锶是生物有机体内必需的微量元素之一,在体内发挥着重要的生物学作用。通过探讨锶在人体内的分布与代谢,锶元素与骨质疏松症、心血管疾病、龋齿和神经兴奋的关系等5个方面锶的研究进展以及目前存在的一些问题,以期为开发含锶药物、矿泉水、保健品等产品和确定每日锶的合适摄入量提供一定的科学依据。

V-N微合金化Q550D高强度中厚板

对V-N微合金化Q550D高强度中厚板进行了控轧控冷工艺试验,研究了沿厚度方向不同位置的显微组织,并测定了其综合力学性能.结果表明:V-N微合金化Q550D中厚板显微组织为多边形铁素体+针状铁素体,表面至心部的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,针状铁素体的质量分数逐渐减少,20~30 nm的(Ti,V)N及小于10 nm的V(C,N)析出物弥散地分布在多边形铁素体和针状铁素体基体上;试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率、-20℃冲击功分别为651 MPa,733 MPa,18%,170 J;细晶强化、析出强化、位错强化、固溶强化、针状铁素体组织强化为主要的强化机制;晶粒细化、低C成分设计、针状铁素体组织的形成为主要的韧化机制.

AutoCAD的扩展数据及其在规划行业的应用

AutoCAD是一个在多个行业广泛应用的软件,但是图形属性数据无法根据行业内部规则进行调整,使其应用深度受到很大限制.从CAD本身所有的扩展数据出发,使用C#语言进行二次开发,根据规划行业的需求,实现CAD环境下图形实体和扩展数据的关联和使用,为广大设计者和规划审批人员节省工作时间,提高工作效率.     

Collaborative Project Management: A Systemic Approach to Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Project Management

Quite often over the last decade, heavy equipment manufacturers are trying to improve their project management performance with the use of effective project management methods. However, the challenges encountered aren’t isolated problems and a systemic approach is required. This paper exemplifies how a systemic approach can be applied to heavy equipment manufacturing project (HEMP) management, through of a multifaceted vision. The findings present in the paper are based on a two-year case study in a metallurgic equipment manufacturing enterprise in China. Based on the analysis of HEMP management problems and the contributions on systemic approach application in project management, the paper enriches existing theory by: (1) interpreting the HEMP management system with the top-down disassembly method; (2) developing the collaborative project management approach with a systems view highlighting the project characteristics management and inter-departmental collaboration; (3) making suggestions for systemic approach application in project management. For practitioners and researchers, the findings are particularly meaningful for manufacturing project management and systemic approach application.

带排队信息提示的呼叫中心人力资源分配方法

针对一类带有排队等待时间提示的呼叫中心人力资源分配问题，提出了基于考虑顾客放弃行为的M/M/N+M排队模型的优化方法.首先，给出了系统提示等待时间的估算方法和排队等待时间提示对顾客放弃行为(直接退出和中途放弃)影响的概率函数.其次，通过生灭过程的评估方法给出了稳态系统的性能计算公式，并且设计了基于固定点算法的人力资源水平求解算法.最后，通过数值分析给出了排队信息对顾客放弃行为和对人力资源水平的影响效果.研究结果表明，所提出的方法对具有排队信息提示的呼叫中心人力资源管理具有一定的指导作用.     

Investigation of silicon on insulator fabricated by two-step O+ implantation

In this paper, we investigated the dose window of forming a continuous buried oxide (BOX) layer by single implantation at the implantation energy of 200 keV. Then, an improved two-step implantation process with second implantation dose of 3×10¹⁵ cm^?2 was developed to fabricate high quality separation by implanted oxygen (SIMOX) silicon on insulator (SOI) wafers. Compared with traditional single implantation, the implantation dose is reduced by 18.2%. In addition, the thickness and uniformity of the BOX layers were evaluated by spectroscopic ellipsometry. Defect-free top Si as well as atomic-scale sharp top Si/buried oxide interfaces were observed by transmission electron microscopy, indicating a high crystal quality and a perfect structure of the SOI fabricated by two step implantation. The top Si/BOX interface morphology of the SOI wafers fabricated by single or two-step implantation was also investigated by atomic force microscopy.
