硝基苯胺单克隆抗体的制备和效果评价 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为了测定水中硝基苯胺类化合物,进而开发酶联免疫分析法(EL ISA)快速检测方法,制备了抗硝基苯胺单克隆抗体。以合成的硝基苯胺完全抗原,作为免疫原免疫B a lb/c小鼠,采用B细胞杂交瘤技术,经免疫、融合、筛选和克隆等,得到了抗硝基苯胺单克隆抗体。该抗体亚类为IgG1,制备的单克隆抗体腹水效果评价达10-7,与其他硝基苯胺结构类似物无交叉反应。实验结果表明,用本间接竞争EL ISA方法可以精确地检测不同水样中硝基苯胺残留。 相似文献

本文介绍了在纳米硬度计上进行的单晶硅微压痕测试实验及结果分析,以对单晶硅的微观力学性能有所认识。微压痕测试表明:单晶硅的弹性模量在压入载荷小于2400μN的范围内随载荷变化而波动变化:而在压入哉荷大于2400μN后保持相对的稳定值(约为214GPa);单晶硅的表面硬度在压入栽荷小于1000μN的范围内随载荷变化而线性增大,而后突然降低并保持相对的稳定值(135GPa-15GPa);单晶硅在纳米压入过程中,材料的破坏形式为脆性破裂,并且随压入载荷的增大而在压痕边沿产生堆积,堆积程度亦逐渐增大。 相似文献

Petrography and mineral chemistry of two new ureilites, GRV 021512 and 022931, from the Grove Mountains, Antarctica, are reported in this paper. GRV 021512 exhibits a typical ureilite texture, and consists of 48.3% olivine, 9.4% pigeonite and 38.1% carbonaceous interstitial material and/or reduction product. GRV 022931 has a cataclastic porphyritic texture, and consists of 19.1% olivine and 14.1% pigeonite embedded in 66.3% carbonaceous interstitial material and/or reduction product. The coarse-grained olivine and pigeonite in both meteorites have homogeneous cores, and they are FeO-rich within the range of the ferroan subgroup (subgroup I) of olivine-pigeonite ureilites. All olivine grains of the meteorites show reduction zones along boundaries and cracks. Abundant diamond coexists with graphite as graphite-rich patches and veins in the carbonaceous interstitial material. Petrogenesis of both meteorites and the origin of diamond are discussed. 相似文献

The process of AT-driven contact melting of the solid phase change material (PCM) around a horizontal elliptical cylinder heat source is analyzed. Aiming at the problem existed in the published literature, namely the thickness of boundary layer tends to be infinite at φ = 90°, and considering the difference of normal angle between the horizontal elliptical cylinder surface and the solid-liquid interface of PCM, a new mathematic model is proposed, and the fundamental equations for the melting process are derived with the film theory. The new pressure distribution inside the boundary layer, the variation law of normal angle of the solid-liquid interface, the thickness of the boundary layer and the relationship between the melting velocity and resultant force are obtained. The solutions of the fundamental equations under different elliptical compression coefficients are analyzed and discussed. It is found that the thickness of the boundary layer obtained by the new model is a finite value and accords with the experimental result at φ = 90°. 相似文献

This paper develops a general hypercube-based key predistribution scheme for establishing pairwise keys between sensor nodes using polynomials, which is parameterized by the dimension of hypercube and the Hamming distance threshold variables. The scheme addresses the weaknesses of existing key predistribution schemes, which have either worse security or lower efficiency. It exhibits a nice property--when the Hamming distance between any two neighboring sensor nodes is less than the pre-defined threshold, the pairwise key can be established directly. Extensive performance and security analysis shows that by increasing Hamming distance threshold value, we can trade off the resilience against node capture attack for higher probability of direct pairwise key establishment, so as to save the energy consumption which is the most important issue for sensor networks. 相似文献

The barite deposit in the Niutitang Formation of Lower Cambrian, in Tianzhu County, Guizhou Province, western China, is a superlarge barite deposit with about 2×109 tons of reserves. Mineral, petrological and geochemical studies reveal that this barite deposit belongs to a hydrothermal sedimentary deposit. Microscopic observations indicate that a lot of algae, sponge spicules and tube-type fossils are well-preserved in this barite section, and moreover, those fossils share most characteristics of the deep-sea hydrothermal venting community in the modern Pacific. We suggest that the hydrothermal venting community was thriving in hydrothermal vent in early Cambrian, and it is of great signi?cance for elucidating the geological background of the “Cambrian explosion”. 相似文献

为分析严寒地区冬季通道轮式新风换气机室外排风侧结霜对其运行的影响,该文在能量守恒、含湿量守恒的基础上建立了通道轮式换热器排风侧结霜工况下的数学模型。利用该模型对通道轮式换热器在不同室内温、湿度条件下表面结霜厚度进行了模拟,分析了结霜厚度对换热器换热性能的影响。将模拟结果与实验数据进行了比较,进一步验证了所建模型的可靠性。该文首次提出了通道轮式新风换气机结霜的结霜模型并为控制除霜提供了依据。 相似文献
