Mathematica在精密卫星轨道确定中的应用

精密卫星轨道的确定是一项重要而又非常艰巨的工作,其中涉及复杂而又繁琐的数学推演与分析,利用人工推导不仅繁琐,而且不能保证准确性,而借助于计算机代数系统Mathematica则可避免这一缺陷,本文对卫星轨道确定中一些典型问题进行了讨论并给出相应的分析结果.可以看出利用该系统可以有效地提高解决问题的效率,且结果准确可靠.     

利用液晶空间光调制器制作彩虹合成全息图

本文综合了合成全息和二步彩虹全息的原理特点,介绍了彩虹合成全息图的制作,并利用液晶空间光调制器作为光路中的相干光转换器件,自动切换合成时所需要的二维图片,将光电子技术、计算机技术与全息技术相结合,提高了全息合成工艺的自动化水平.     

原子荧光光谱法测定烟草中的砷和汞

研究了用原子荧光光谱法同时测定烟草中的砷和汞,烟草样品采用HNO3-H2O2消化体系微波消化,然后用原子荧光光谱法测定.在最佳微波消化条件和测定条件下,线性范围为:Hg 0.1~150μg/L、As 0.1~200μg/L,检出限均为0.035μg/L,汞测定的相对标准偏差为2.8%,砷测定的相对标准偏差为2.5%,汞的标准回收率为93%,砷的标准回收率为96%,结果令人满意.

光学免疫传感器中芯片的制备

为满足光学免疫传感器在环境监测和食品卫生检测领域中应用的要求,研究了一种免疫芯片制备方法,并用平面波导型荧光免疫传感器对免疫芯片的性能进行了评价。该方法可以将小分子物质固定到玻璃基底上。试验结果表明:该芯片能够有效抑制蛋白质的非特异性吸附,并对目标物质抗体的响应符合Logistic方程;修饰基片的氨基葡聚糖的相对分子质量和氨基摩尔比都影响免疫芯片对抗体响应灵敏度;平行测定20次的信号标准偏差小于5%,测定后芯片性能没有明显下降。

利用X-射线单晶衍射技术在室温下测定了4,4’-联苯二甲酸乙醇溶剂化物(H2bpa).(ethanol)的晶体结构.结果表明,标题化合物处于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.110 6(1)nm,b=1.227 6(2)nm,c=1.248 8(2)nm,α=103.565(2)°,β=108.187(2)°,γ=97.013(2)°,V=1.536 8(3)nm3,Z=4.晶格中存在两个结晶学独立的H2bpa分子,它们分别通过各自羧基间所形成的分子间双氢键桥相连接,形成两种具有不同延伸方式和取向的一维链状结构,这些一维链相互分离且呈交叉排列,从而构成了具有一维通道的三维微孔主体晶格,客体乙醇分子包结在其中,且与H2bpa分子之间存在氢键相互作用.     

Right prefrontal laterality of Chinese boys during a Chinese high conflict Stroop task measured by multi-channel near-infrared spectroscopy imaging

Some studies have shown that native Chinese speakers have different laterality in matched Stroop tasks from native English speakers. Recently, many imaging data, which show left laterality of English-matched Stroop interference, have been reported. And a few functional imaging studies have been conducted to investigate the phenomenon of the Chinese version of Stroop task. In this study, functional activity in the lateral prefrontal cortex of a group of normal Chinese boys with functional near-infrared imaging during a Stroop color-word task was measured to show different Stroop interferences in the prefrontal cortex. The results show obvious fluctuation of the cerebral blood volume in the right prefrontal cortex in all boys, which agrees with the finding of previous studies, that is, Chinese native boys have right laterality in their brain when the Chinese version of Stroop color-word task is applied.
