双矩阵对策协同均衡的主对角占优准则及其算法

提出了判定双矩阵对策中协同均衡局势的"主对角占优"准则, 并从支付的角度对协同混合策略与混合策略以及协同均衡与纳什均衡的关系进行了探讨. 最后使用改进的PSO算法对协同均衡实现了近似求解.     

四苯基卟啉衍生物的拉曼光谱

介绍四苯基卟啉（TPP）及其中位取代氨基和硝基的拉曼光谱, 并讨论了给电子和吸电子取代基团对卟啉骨架振动的影响, 得出该取代对卟啉C_a—C_m和C_b—C_b的伸缩振动规律, 与四苯基卟啉相比, 引入给电子基团（氨基）使C_a—C_m向高波数方向移动, 吸电子（硝基）使C_a—C_m向低波数方向移动.      

基于人力资本视角下上海市高校体育教师培训体系的研究

运用人力资本理论,从改善上海市高校体育教师培训质量,优化体育教师人力资本等角度探讨了构建上海市高校体育教师培训体系的必要性,并设计出由培训需求评价、培训计划制定、培训过程实施与控制以及培训效果评估等各环节共同组成的科学培训体系。     

Genome-wide distribution of histone H3 acetylation in all- trans retinoic acid induced neuronal differentiation of SH-SY5Y cells

With chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and promoter DNA microarray analyses (ChIP-on-chip), we analyzed the variations of acetylation on histone H3 in all-trans retinoic acid (RA) induced neuronal cell differentiation. Neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were treated with RA for 24 h and the acetylation on histone H3 in the promoter region of the genes was detected. Results showed that, after treatment, the level of acetylation on histone H3 elevated in 597 genes in the genome, and reduced in the other 647 genes compared with those of the control. In summary, we have successfully adopted a high throughput technique to detect and analyze variations of acetylation of histone H3 in human genome at the early phage of RA induced neuronal differentiation of the SH-SY5Y cells. Evidence of vacuolar compartmentalization of arsenic in the hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata

Pteris vittata can hyperaccumulate arsenic （As） to 〉1% of its dry weight without showing any signs of toxicity, indicating the existence of effective plant-internal detoxificaUon mechanisms. Although vacuolar compartmentalization is known to play an important role in heavy metal detoxification and tolerance, direct evidence of arsenic compartmentalization in this hyperaccumulator was lacking. Here we report the subcellular localization of As in the callus of P. vittata. The callus induced from gametophytes of P. vittata exposed to 0.2 mmol/L arsenate for 20 days were examined by directly isolating cell walls, protoplasts and vacuoles, and determining arsenic concentrations. Of the total As in the callus, about 94% was in the protoplast, and of that, 91% was present in the vacuoles, indicating that vacuoles are a major storage site for As in P. vittata. In addition, the changes in the chemical components of vacuoles were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）.

在总结了生态恢复与重建的现有理论和生态发展研究现状的基础之上,提出了生态恢复与重建的新理论——生态发展理论,构建了生态发展理论的理论基础,并对生态发展理论进行了诠释,阐述了生态发展理论对生态恢复与重建的重要意义．     

铜梁县玉米测土配方施肥试验及模型拟合研究

采用"3414"试验方案,以玉米"海禾1号"为材料,在铜梁县钙质石骨土上进行了氮、磷、钾肥料效应及模型拟合研究.结果表明:供试土壤中有效养分含量丰缺程度为N中等级、P高等级、K极高等级,14个处理中以N_2P_2K_2处理的产量最高,产量为5 583.0 kg/hm~2;用二次回归分析,得出氮磷钾的肥料效应函数方程为:y=3 103.31+8.32N+23.64P+16.90K-0.013N~2-0.10P~2-0.09K~2-0.011NP+0.01NK-0.16PK,玉米最高产量5 584.2 kg/hm~2时,N,P_2O_5,K_2O施用量分别为301.4,76.0,39.1 kg/hm~2,肥料施用比例为7.7:2:1.     

In-situ observation on the deformation behaviors of Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel

The microstructure and crack behaviour of twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel during tensile deformation was investigated with in-situ scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that there are two modes of plastic deformation during tensile test in the Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel: dislocation gliding and deformation twins. During the process of tensile deformation, secondary deformed twins are found. Inclusions have played a role in the course of ductile fracture, and microcracks initiate from inclusions and twin-twin intersections.     

《诗经》“且”字用法考察分析

《诗经》是西周至春秋时期重要的语言材料,从汉语语法研究的角度来说,它对研究当时的语法现象具有重要的史料价值。文章以《诗》全部“且”字用例为基本材料,对其中“且”字的用法作定性定量的考察分析,描绘《诗经》中“且”字的使用状况,为研究虚词“且”的用法及变化提供佐证。     

土坡稳定分析最优控制法

结合有限元法、极限平衡理论、常微分方程的数值解法和最优控制理论等,提出用于土坡稳定的最优控制分析法.从分析土坡应力分布入手,确定抗滑能力最小的曲面,计算相应的安全系数.安全系数的最小值对应临界滑裂面的位置.
