高校法制教育与心理教育整合研究

研究高校法制教育与心理教育的整合,主要目的是将两种教育融会贯通,真正达到教育大学生,指引他们形成正确的价值观、人生观以及世界观的目标。可从教材整合、授课内容丰富、专业师资力量培养、利用现代教学设备方面来整合心理教育与法律教育。     

The neuronal sortilin-related receptor SORL1 is genetically associated with Alzheimer disease

The recycling of the amyloid precursor protein (APP) from the cell surface via the endocytic pathways plays a key role in the generation of amyloid beta peptide (Abeta) in Alzheimer disease. We report here that inherited variants in the SORL1 neuronal sorting receptor are associated with late-onset Alzheimer disease. These variants, which occur in at least two different clusters of intronic sequences within the SORL1 gene (also known as LR11 or SORLA) may regulate tissue-specific expression of SORL1. We also show that SORL1 directs trafficking of APP into recycling pathways and that when SORL1 is underexpressed, APP is sorted into Abeta-generating compartments. These data suggest that inherited or acquired changes in SORL1 expression or function are mechanistically involved in causing Alzheimer disease.     

Nodal signals pattern vertebrate embryos

Vertebrate embryonic patterning requires several conserved inductive signals–including Nodal, Bmp, Wnt and Fgf signals. Nodal, which is a member of the transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) superfamily, activates a signal transduction pathway that is similar to that of other TGFβ members. Nodal genes, which have been identified in numerous vertebrate species, are expressed in specific cell types and tissues during embryonic development. Nodal signal transduction has been shown to play a pivotal role in inducing and patterning mesoderm and endoderm, and in regulating neurogenesis and left-right axis asymmetry. Antagonists, which act at different steps in the Nodal signal transduction pathway, have been shown to tightly modulate the inductive activity of Nodal. 不良气象微环境下桥塔横梁覆冰灾害过程模拟

冬季桥塔横梁坠冰是威胁桥梁交通安全的重大隐患之一,系统分析不良气象微环境下横梁覆冰灾害过程机制,是保证桥梁交通安全的迫切需求。本文依托FLUENT与FENSAP-ICE软件建立了桥塔横梁覆冰数值仿真模型,探讨了风速、液态水含量和环境温度等微气象参数对桥塔横梁覆冰灾害演化过程的影响规律。结果表明：本文提出的数值仿真方法在明冰及霜冰条件下均具有较高的可行性与准确性;对武汉长江二桥桥塔横梁结冰数值模拟发现,覆冰区域集中分布于横梁迎风侧前缘及上下边缘,整体呈现出“U”型分布特征,是横梁防冰、除冰的重点区域;不良气象微环境是影响横梁结冰形态、分布及覆冰量的重要因素,覆冰形状受风速、液态含水量影响较大,受温度影响较小。     

基于复杂网络的多机场航班延误传播分析

为了研究多机场间航班延误的传播机理,将机场作为节点,航线作为边构成复杂网络。通过分析传染病传播过程与机场间航班延误传播过程的相似性,借鉴经典传染病传播模型(SIR)的思想,并考虑不同机场间延误传播的差异,提出机场重要度的概念,构建了多机场航班延误传播模型。对多机场航班延误传播过程的仿真结果表明:在多机场网络中,初始延误机场不同以及机场重要度不同,延误传播效果不同,但延误传播规律保持不变。对网络中重要机场进行相应管控会使发生延误的机场数量峰值下降,且按照介数值确定需进行管控的重要机场,网络中发生延误机场数量峰值下降率最大。可见,该模型可以客观反映多机场间航班延误传播的动态过程和变化规律,并可为延误的预防和恢复提供理论依据。     

7种化学杀菌剂和拮抗菌代谢物对苹果斑点落叶病菌的抑制活性及增效组合筛选

目的 为苹果斑点落叶病的防控提供新颖的杀菌剂及其增效组合。方法 采用菌丝生长速率法测定了7种化学杀菌剂、拮抗菌发酵代谢物及其复配剂对苹果斑点落叶病菌的抑制活性。结果 7种化学杀菌剂均对病菌有较强的抑制活性,其中戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑和丙环唑3种药剂对病菌抑制效果最佳,EC₅₀分别达0.21、0.30和0.81 μg/mL,其次为吡唑醚菌酯、代森锰锌和嘧菌酯。多菌灵的抑菌效果最差,EC₅₀为15.03 μg/mL。生防菌发酵上清液和发酵上清粗提物对病菌的EC₅₀分别为2.38 μL/mL和0.53 μL/mL。发酵上清液粗提物和代森锰锌、吡唑醚菌酯的复配均表现为增效作用,其中体积比6∶4和7∶3达最大毒性比,分别为1.39和1.41。结论 戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑和丙环唑对苹果斑点落叶病菌的毒力最大。解淀粉芽孢杆菌SJ1606所产粗提物对化学杀菌剂代森锰锌和吡唑醚菌酯具有增效作用,为后续农药新制剂研发提供了参考数据。     

存货质押融资业务最优清算策略

研究了存货质押融资业务中企业违约后银行高效率、低成本清算质押存货的最优清算策略.构建了银行的损失效用函数,使用最优控制理论,获得了使得银行损失效用函数最小化的最优清算策略,并给出了相关参数的敏感性分析及算例分析.研究得出针对不同数量的质押存货所应采取的最优清算策略以及内生的最优清算时间.     

Novel matched filtering method and its application

The method of using a narrowband filter to realize matched filtering is derived. A novel method of using spectrum sampling to realize matched filtering is presented, and the method can conquer the disadvantages that the narrowband filter cannot adopt the adaptive scheduling of phased array radars and realize matched filtering for several waveforms. A novel error extraction method is proposed, which uses a time division multipath method to realize the intermediate frequency extraction. This method can save lots of space for vehicle-born radar systems, reduce the influence of amplitude and phase distortion caused by devices, and enhance the system reliability. Simulation results show that the spectrum sampling method is applicable, and the implementation of frequency spectrum sampling is elaborated.     

Analysis for gene networks based on logic relationships

The reverse construction and analysis of the networks of molecular interactions are essential for understanding their functions within cells. In this paper, a logic network model is constructed to investigate the complicated regulation mechanism of shoot genes of Arabidopsis Thaliana in response to stimuli. The dynamics of the complicated logic network is analyzed, discussed, and simulated. The simulation results show that the logic network of the active genes of shoot eventually evolves into eleven attractors under the stimuli, including five 1-periodic and six 2-periodic attractors. Our work provides valuable reference and guidance for biologists to understand and explain Arabidopsis’ response to external stimuli by experiments.     

基于混沌差分进化算法的飞机等效系统拟配研究

提出了基于Tent映射的混沌差分进化算法。以某飞机纵向短周期系统为例,首次研究了基于混沌差分进化算法的飞机等效系统的拟配,克服了一些传统的拟配算法存在的一些缺点。仿真结果表明,基于混沌差分进化算法拟配得到的等效系统满足等效系统拟配的各项要求和一级飞行品质的要求,取得了更好的拟配效果。证明该算法在飞机等效系统拟配中的有效性和高效性。

Abstract：

Chaotic differential evolution algorithm based on Tent map was introduced. Taking aircraft longitudinal short period system as an example,the analog-matching of the aircraft longitudinal equivalent system based on chaotic differential evolution algorithm was studied firstly and overcome the disadvantages of the conventional algorithms in the analog-matching of equivalent system. The simulation results show that the equivalent system by chaotic differential evolution algorithm is satisfied the various requirements in the analog-matching of equivalent system and the requirement of level 1 flight qualities,and has obtained better analog-matching results. The usefulness and high effectiveness of the chaotic differential evolution algorithm in the analog-matching of aircraft equivalent system is proved.
