淮南矿区煤、气一体化开采技术探讨

通过对淮南矿区煤厚、煤阶、煤岩、围岩的封闭性、煤层气的含量与组分、煤层的渗透性等煤层气资源地质特征的分析 ,认为淮南矿区是具有丰富煤层气资源及良好赋存条件的地区 ;根据矿区高地应力、煤储层低渗透率的特殊性 ,提出了在该地区进行煤、气一体化开采的设想     

植物核糖体抑制蛋白对黄曲霉（Aspergillus flavus）的抑制作用

测定了三种不同植物的核糖体抑制蛋白（RIRs）－－Momordin、Luffin和Saporin的抗真菌活性。结果显示,Momordin有最强的抗黄曲霉活性,Luffin次之,而Saporin对黄曲霉的生长无影响,所以,同一真菌对不同核糖体抑制蛋白的敏感程度不同。     

基于原型监测资料的拱坝温度场分析

基于温度原型监测数据,在对环境温度进行研究的基础上,分析了隔河岸大坝运行期的准稳定温度场的分布及变化规律,为清江隔河岩大坝安全评价及温度荷载的反演提供了重要依据。     

A STAGE-STRUCTURED SI ECO-EPIDEMIOLOGICAL MODEL WITH TIME DELAY AND IMPULSIVE CONTROLLING*

This paper formulates a robust stage-structured SI eco-epidemiological model with periodic constant pulse releasing of infectious pests with pathogens. The authors show that the conditions for global attractivity of the ＇pest-eradication＇ periodic solution and permanence of the system depend on time delay, hence, the authors call it ＂profitless＂. Further, the authors present a pest management strategy in which the pest population is kept under the economic threshold level （ETL） when the pest population is uniformly persistent. By numerical analysis, the authors also show that constant maturation time delay for the susceptible pests and pulse releasing of the infectious pests can bring obvious effects on the dynamics of system.     

Interaction model of artificial fish in virtual environment

Conventional artificial fish has some shortages on the interaction with environment, other fish, and the animator. This article proposes a multi-tier interaction control model of artificial fish, realizes the interaction model through integration of virtual reality technology and Markov sequence, and provides a virtual marine world to describe the interaction between artificial fish and the virtual environment and the interaction between the artificial fish and the animator. Simulation results show that the interaction model owns not only the basic characteristics of virtual biology, but also has high trueness interaction function.     

The neuronal sortilin-related receptor SORL1 is genetically associated with Alzheimer disease

The recycling of the amyloid precursor protein (APP) from the cell surface via the endocytic pathways plays a key role in the generation of amyloid beta peptide (Abeta) in Alzheimer disease. We report here that inherited variants in the SORL1 neuronal sorting receptor are associated with late-onset Alzheimer disease. These variants, which occur in at least two different clusters of intronic sequences within the SORL1 gene (also known as LR11 or SORLA) may regulate tissue-specific expression of SORL1. We also show that SORL1 directs trafficking of APP into recycling pathways and that when SORL1 is underexpressed, APP is sorted into Abeta-generating compartments. These data suggest that inherited or acquired changes in SORL1 expression or function are mechanistically involved in causing Alzheimer disease.     

Nodal signals pattern vertebrate embryos

Vertebrate embryonic patterning requires several conserved inductive signals–including Nodal, Bmp, Wnt and Fgf signals. Nodal, which is a member of the transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) superfamily, activates a signal transduction pathway that is similar to that of other TGFβ members. Nodal genes, which have been identified in numerous vertebrate species, are expressed in specific cell types and tissues during embryonic development. Nodal signal transduction has been shown to play a pivotal role in inducing and patterning mesoderm and endoderm, and in regulating neurogenesis and left-right axis asymmetry. Antagonists, which act at different steps in the Nodal signal transduction pathway, have been shown to tightly modulate the inductive activity of Nodal. 高频雷达中LFMCW信号的分析

高频雷达在现代战争和民用事业上发挥着越来越重要的作用 ,线性调频连续波 ( L FMCW)信号是高频雷达常采用的信号形式。就 L FMCW信号在高频雷达中的应用作了具体分析 ,并导出了其差频相位的具体表达式 ,它表现出了要检测的各量的物理意义 ,对检测的方法提供了理论依据。在此基础上 ,利用二维 FFT处理技术对目标回波信号的信息提取进行了仿真 ,并对仿真结果进行了分析     

框架柱两类二阶效应的综合单元刚度矩阵

本文首先对P-δ效应,P-△效应与二阶效应从定义上加以区分,并以悬臂柱为例说明,然后以框架柱为例,分别推出了反映二者影响的单元刚度矩阵．     

基于多尺度特征融合的超分辨率重建算法研究

超分辨率重建技术可以提高图像质量,使原图像具有更丰富的细节信息。针对现有的超分辨率重建算法存在提取特征单一、不利于对图像信息进一步提取的问题,提出了一种基于多尺度特征融合的超分辨率重建算法。采用多特征提取模块获取更多浅层信息,并在网络中添加密集连接结构,增强特征的传播,减少相关参数计算,减轻梯度消失问题。在Set5和Set14基准数据集上进行了测试,并在电力巡检数据集上进一步验证了算法的有效性。与主流的超分辨率重建方法进行了对比,实验结果表明,该方法生成的图像有更加丰富的细节信息,能够有效地改善图像质量,峰值信噪比与结构相似度值较其他主流算法均有一定的提高。
