论陕西黄土高原地貌的景观美学属性

文章以陕西黄土高原地貌景观作为审美对象，提出了陕西黄土高原地貌景观的空间组合结构概念，在此基础上进行了黄土高原地貌景观的美学特征分析，认为应充分挖掘其旅游潜力，强化宣传，将自然和人文旅游景观组合推出，打造黄土高原地貌旅游品牌，丰富和深化陕北旅游的内容和内涵．     

重组抑肽酶的表达纯化和活性测定

抑肽酶是一种用途广泛的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂.用基因重组技术将化学合成的抑肽酶基因插入表达载体pET28a,并转化至大肠杆菌Rosetta(DE3)中,经IPTG诱导后,表达产物以包涵体形式存在于菌体内包涵体纯化后经复性及CM-阳离子交换层析后,从每升培养液可获得2.4 mg抑肽酶,纯度可达90%.活性测定结果显示,重组抑肽酶可竞争性抑制纤溶酶对小分子底物S2251的水解活性.抑制常数(Ki)为(0.6±0.3)nmol/L,与天然抑肽酶的抑制活性相似.     

半导体热电材料Bi2Te3膜的电化学制备

研究了不同沉积电位对电化学生长半导体热电材料Bi2Te3膜沉积过程、膜形貌、结晶性及相结构的影响。利用I-V循环扫描曲线分别研究了纯Bi3 、纯Te4 及其两种离子的混合溶液电化学特性;应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)对膜的微观表面形貌、相结构及成分进行了表征。研究表明:生长的样品为斜方六面体(rhombohedral)晶体结构的Bi2Te3,薄膜表面平整致密,为明显的柱状晶结构,具有(110)择优取向;沉积电位越接近还原峰最大电流处,膜的生长电荷效率越高,薄膜结晶性也越好。     

放矿随机过程中散体颗粒移动概率密度方程

通过对放矿随机过程的分析，提出了以布朗运动为理论基础的放矿过程散体颗粒移动的概率密度方程。为真实的模拟放矿随机过程中颗粒的移动奠定了理论基础，同时也为放矿理论研究提出了一条新的思路     

On-line Cutting Quality Recognition in Milling Using a Radical Basis Function Neural Network

Tool wear, chatter vibration, chip breaking and built-up edge are main phenomena to be monitored in modern manufacturing processes, which are considered as important factors to the quality of products.They are closely related to the cutting parameters, which are to be selected in manufacturing process.However, it is very difficult to measure directly the cutting quality based on on-line monitoring.In this study, the relationship between the cutting parameters and cutting quality is analyzed.A Radical Basis Function (RBF) neural network based on-line quality recognition scheme is also presented, which monitors the level of surface roughness.The experimental results reveal that the RBF neural network has a high prediction success rate.     

Harmonic Retrieval Embedded in Hybrid Colored Noise: a Novel Pisarenko Method Based on Cross-high-order Cumulant

Spectral estimation method is an effective method in the case of parameter estimation of sinusoid signal in noises.It always applies cross-spectral estimation theory and high-order self-spectral estimation methods up to now.Yule-Walker equation based on cross-fourth-order cumulant is developed and Pisarenko method is provided in this paper.Simulation results show that the method is effective to retrieve sinusoid signal frequencies from hybrid colored noises and has good performance.

加强高校道德教育之浅见

道德教育是我国高校德育的重要组成部分。青年大学生的道德素质状况如何,不仅直接决定着社会的形象和民族的精神面貌,还直接关系着建设有中国特色社会主义事业的前途。道德教育历来受到党和国家的高度重视。然而,近年来随着社会上“功利主义”、“利己主义”等思潮的滋生和蔓延,大学生们的良好道德观念受到很大冲击,于是,他们为道德而困惑和迷惘。由此作者认为,进一步加强对大学生的道德教育刻不容缓。     

Cloning of aminopeptidase N promoter and its activity in hematopoietic cell and different tumor cell lines

Aminopeptidase N (APN) promoter region was cloned and sequenced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The recombinant reporter construct containing the promoter and luciferase gene, designated pXP1-APNLuc, was introduced into myeloblastic cell line, T lymphocyte cell line and various tumor cell lines. Luciferase assay showed that APN upstream promoter is myeloid-specific for high expression in myeloblastic cell line and much lower expression in T lymphocyte cell line. The promoter activity was relatively high in lung adenoma cell line compared with other tumor cell lines including hepatoma cell line, tong cancer cell line and esophageal cancer cell line in which the promoter activity significantly diminished or was almost undetectable. The characteristics of APN promoter may provide a new strategy for specific myeloprotection while tumor patients are being treated with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.
